Currently Watching: Season 10 of Hermitcraft! We’re trying to keep up with MumboJumbo, Grian, Rendog, Geminitay, Bdouble0, Smallishbeans, Zedaph, and ImpulseSV :) …. Remember how I reblogged that pill about having interests I just don’t talk about? Yeah this is one of them. Lol. We’re also watching Zedaph’s new solo create mod series 😌

Last Movie: Beetlejuice (1988) for my brothers birthday, it was just as silly and fun as I remembered!

Sweet/Spicy/Savory: yes. I think my general go-to is, Sweet breads, Spicy Noodles/Meats and Savory Veggies…. But I couldn’t pick just one over the others 🤔 I could MAYBE drop Savory for a sweet/spicy in S-tier tho

Relationship Status: Poly, married (commitment/ceremony only can’t legally marry where I live), and not super fussed (personally) about finding more dates/people to add to it. I can’t even joke about needing a sugar daddy I’m just not cut out for that I’m too aro-ace

Current Obsession: U h….. being alive. Jkjk I just chewed through all the available chapters of Greatest real Estate Developer, it took me a while to suck up and read ‘the popular thing’ cos i thought it was gonna be like other infinite power up fantasy Story-Book Isekai’s but it’s actually really charming- the artist, adaptor, AND author are all having a really good time working on the series from the ‘extras’ they posted and the expressions are………. Well if I ever get around to posing the stuff I have in mind you’ll see the influences I’m sure. 🫣 …. Also I’m still super obsessed with FFXIV and all my blorbs- rn the spotlight is flickering a lil tho cos I gotta clench my jaw and just take the time to do some work in blender instead of playing the game and spinning the camera real fast around my beans cos my beans are still BROKEN lol. I gotta find a way to update Lev’s skin and Mochiie needs to be rebuilt from the ground floor still basically.

He had come up in Gongaga of all places.

His parents were still there, and they moved him in with joy and relief on their faces. No doubt they had feared the worst -- and they were right to; he had, in fact, died on those cliffs outside of Midgar. But the dead weren't content to stay in the Lifestream any longer, and now, he was here.

The stigma came and hit Gongaga as much as it did anywhere else, and one morning, he found the sick black ichor infecting the area of his chest that should have been full of bullet holes. He kept it secret for a while, not wanting his parents to know that they were soon going to lose their son a second time. But they found his sodden bandages soon enough.

But then the news came; a spring in old Midgar, not far from Edge, that could heal Geostigma. And so he made preparations for a trip to save his second chance at life.

He had wanted to travel anyway, see who else might have come up. Angeal, maybe. Cloud -- assuming he hadn't made it after Zack's untimely death. Maybe he could look up Aerith in Edge, if she had even made it out of Midgar. Kunsel was probably still alive somewhere, too.

His parents bid him farewell again, the same way they had when he was twelve and setting off for Midgar for the first time. And he made his way north to Costa Del Sol, across the ocean to Junon, and over the mountains to Edge. There, he found that many were coming from far away for the healing fountain. An old man kindly directed him to a church in Sector 5, but warned him, "There's a remnant there, not letting people heal. A Sephiroth remnant."

Zack had failed to consider the fact that Sephiroth might be alive again too.

But someone had to deal with this. He didn't have Buster anymore, so he bought himself a broadsword and hoped for the best. He was sick and not in the best shape of his life, but he wasn't getting better unless he could get into that church.

It didn't really surprise him, somehow, that it was Aerith's church, still standing in the midst of the devastation caused by Meteorfall. He felt surreal as he pushed open the doors of the church, the way he had always used to do, and looked around inside. The pews were mostly destroyed now, and the flowers were all but gone, leaving instead a pool of water at the front of the church. Someone had remembered him, it seemed, because the Buster sword was on display in the remaining flowers, like someone had put up a monument.

All of this was taken in secondarily, though, because sitting by the side of the pool was someone who was very clearly the Sephiroth remnant mentioned before. He looked no older than fourteen or fifteen, with that same silver hair. Zack didn't really know much about the remnants of Sephiroth, but he assumed this was bad news.

The boy looked up at him as he entered, all green eyes and questioning.

"Hi," Zack said, unsure of what else to say. He was petrified in a way -- Sephiroth had nearly killed him all those years ago, after all. But this wasn't Sephiroth, not really. Not exactly, anyway. He wasn't quite sure what to make of this.

If I'm not a hack—" she laughed, "—I think you're enjoying life a damn lot right now. You kept moving forward, and now you've got something to celebrate." And lastly, the future. Jayne's smile softened but did not fade. "Two of Swords. You're going to face a hard choice, and you might not have all of the information you need to make it. Or, well, you might refuse to acknowledge the reality of the choice at first." Jayne paused, sitting back in her chair. "That sounds dire, I'm sure, but believe me, it could be about anything. Sometimes a difficult choice can be between two equally good options, so don't worry yourself."
