Thinking abt the logistics of this AU is actually kinda fun (yknow besides all the "how do ponies put on shirts" stuff)!! i like to imagine that they'd use a fake horn/fake wings depending on who's using the costume to make people think the perpetrator is actually an alicorn and throw them (mostly Sidney) off their trail.
