A lovely chocolate shop in the financial district closed at least 10 yrs ago. It was named after the chocolatier, I think his first name was Christopher? If anyone can help me figure it out, I'll give you a slice of the cake recipe I will make when I remember his full name. I won't be able to find the recipe without it.

honeys guide to fall⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🧸💕
i am so so excited for fall 2024. this fall we're serving bambi doll, cupcake and espresso scented, french tips and nudes, crispy chocolate croissants and coffees, sweaters and mini skirts…💬🎀
FALL BEAUTY ;
♡ soft bouncy curls
♡ nude lip combos
i recommend the nyx butter gloss (madeleine) and the nyx chocolate lip liner for a pretty chocolaty look. if ur looking for another nude lip combo use the nyx butter gloss (angel food cake) and the nyx club hopper lip liner…💬🎀
♡ french tips
♡ nude colored manicures and pedicures
♡ marshmallow scented hand creams
as the weather gets colder it becomes more and more important to keep ur skin moisturized and hydrated. carrying around a sweet smelling hand cream can help your hands to stay soft and not dry…💬🎀
♡ fall scented lip balms, body nectars and fragrances
pumpkin, coffee, vanilla, cupcake, chocolate, cinnamon, caramel and buttercream scents are giving fall…💬🎀
lets talk fall beauty products and scents because my favorite part about literally everything is the pampering aspect and the smelling super yummy so lets get into it. the body products i recommend to capture that fall, bambi eyed, doll scent and vibes are.
the sugar cookie body wash from native
ooey gooey cookie body wash from philosophy
chocolate chip body wash from philosophy
all the cozy fireside s’more scents from bodycology
coco coffee body scrub from victorias secret pink
cupcake swirl body fragrance from bodycology
♡ for nails, tapered square french tips or oval shaped nails in nude colors
♡ claw clip hairstyles including half up-half downs or just a classic claw clip pony
FALL FASHION ;
fall fashion to me is tights and mini skirts. leg warmers and uggs and form fitting sweaters. let’s talk about some fall fashion. the tights and mini skirt combo is a classic and it’s an amazing way to incorporate wearing mini skirts even as the weather begins to get a little colder. the tights add a nice touch, even if it isn’t the color of ur skin tone, tights IN GENERAL look rly nice.
ankle boots, ugg boots, BOOTS are so so fall. i rly love ankle boots that have a heel to them and bonus points if ur fall shoes include fur. the fall shoes on my shopping list are ->
ugg boots
ankle boots
mary jane style shoes
ballet flats
form fitting sweaters and jackets are so in for the fall. along with tracksuits. the color pallete for having a bambi doll fall are very much browns, cashmeres, and baby pink. honestly think of neapolitan colours. pink, brown and an off-whitish almost pastel yellow. think PASTRY PRINCESS.
baby phat puffers are perfect for the transition from fall to winter and a good pair of jeans is CRUCIAL for fall. another thing i wanna talk about with fall fashion is LAYERING. layering is such an important aspect of fashion period but ESPECIALLY fall fashion. experiment with different lengths, textures etc. one of my favorite layering combination during the fall is ->
long sleeve tops with a camisole underneath
a form fitting long sleeve top (the ones with buttons at the front) look so DOLLY and adorable when u dont button it, and wear a camisole underneath. its just MWAH. some more fall fashion details also include ->
fur details
ribbons and lace details
delicate jewelry choices
tights and leg warmers
layering
boots
neopolitan cinnamon princess color scheme
long sleeves
mini skirts + tights combo
HOW TO BE A HOTTIE DURING FALL ;
to be a hottie during the fall lets talk about our fall essentials to be our hottest, healthiest and happiest selves this fall…💬🎀
♡ warm milk and honey with a pinch of cinnamon (a real treat)
♡ warm, buttery croissants
♡ wired headphones and a good fall playlist
a good fall playlist consists of artists like lana del rey, pink pantheress, sabrina carpenter and sade…💬🎀
♡ candles that smell like cinnamon cupcakes
♡ a few juicy novels to read
my favorite genres of books to read during this season include mystery, romance and historical fiction…💬🎀
♡ keep up with ur health
during the colder seasons its important to take good care of ur health so make sure that ur taking ur supplements/vitamins, drinking herbal teas and eating a balanced diet to avoid getting sick…💬🎀

Well, my brother told me "You should put copyright on it" and I really don't want to, but, if you ever make any of my desserts and/or use any of the names I'd like you to send me a picture of it, and be tagged, other than that you're free to use any, and since I see you want ALL O_o the recipes, I'll post them on my personal account and tag them here, because I refuse to have so many recipes here, I have to scroll down too far to find my past posts

1. Applin Pie by Moss (@iamuniverseblog)
"A very simple applin pie with excess dough baked to look like leaves and a roped brim, baked to a golden hue."
2. Rhubarb Pie by @uprisist
"A pie is mysteriously left late at night... it's rhubarb, foreign in make, with honey adorning its sides. It's taller than one would expect for a pie, but it's not all rhubarb- it's layered like a cake, with the lower half a spongey texture reminiscent of marshmallow. It's delicately sweet, and smells extremely aromatic for a pie."
3. Blackberry Cobbler by Jay (@im-taako-you-know-from-tv)
"Anyone up for some blackberry cobbler?"
4. Shuppet Brownies by Cricket (@centipedefriends)
"Brownies with frosting decorated to look like shuppets on each individual brownie, with mini chocolate chips for eyes."
5. Banana Pumpkin Muffin by Shay (@leavesandbounds)
"Banana pumpkin muffins with a dyed cinnamon sugar glaze and edible flowers. Themed after autumn deerling and inspired by the kinds of muffins Shay's mom would bake back in faer hometown."
(This entry has a cute little story with it beneath the cut!)
6. Savory Chikorita Pie by Thistle (N/A)
"He has, of course, done unspeakable things to a chikorita to make this pie. It's a creamy cheesy roasted savory vegetable pie."
7. Cinnamon Spice Applin Cookies by Dustin (@sundecided)
"Dustin spent hours on these, but the icing is a little thick..."
8. Applin Cider Donuts by Lark (@janalowitz)
"Apple cider donuts dusted in cinnamon sugar and little applin themed mint sprigs."
9. Strawberry Spice Cake..? by Shiloh (@isa_ah)
"I forgot to let the cake cool before I tried to- it's not important."
Shay's story for baking faer muffins!:
Shay had never been a particularly strong baker. Fae could follow a recipe just fine, but if fae tried to experiment even a little? Well, gogoat would get a lot of extra treats, we can put it that way. So when he moved to Dapplewood and an annual fall baking competition was established, he was a little apprehensive about participating. In fact fae hadn't planned to at all until fae found faerself stuck in faer apartment for a few beautiful autumn days.
A window was open to let in the crisp air, but it did nothing to relieve Shay's stir-craziness as he tentatively tried once more to rest weight on his bad foot. Fae hadn't had a flare-up so severe in ages, not since leaving home. And with that single thought Shay was sent tumbling through old memories.
Memories of bundling up in blankets while tucked against faer father's side on the couch. Memories of autumn scented candles lit in the kitchen because the city air wasn't nearly as festive. Memories of warm muffins in his small hands, and a smile from his mother.
Shay took another breath of the fresh air coming through his open window, and he looked outside at the forest and the mountains separating him from where he came from.
Fae may just participate in the baking competition after all.

Incorporating Goat Ghee into Your Cooking: Delicious Recipes and Tips
Goat ghee, a traditional and nutrient-packed cooking fat, is quickly becoming a favorite for health-conscious individuals seeking an alternative to regular butter or cow ghee. Known for its rich flavor, high smoke point, and impressive health benefits, goat ghee can elevate your culinary experience while providing essential nutrients that support overall wellness. If you're new to cooking with goat ghee, or even if you're already a fan, this guide will show you how to incorporate it into your dishes with delicious recipes and helpful tips.
Why Choose Goat Ghee?
Before diving into the recipes, let's first explore why goat ghee should be your go-to cooking fat. Goat ghee is rich in healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute to brain function, heart health, and reduce inflammation. It is also a source of butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that promotes gut health by supporting the growth of healthy gut bacteria. Moreover, goat ghee is easier to digest than cow ghee because it contains smaller fat molecules that are readily broken down by the body.
Additionally, goat ghee has a higher smoke point than many other fats, making it ideal for high-heat cooking methods like sautéing, frying, and roasting. Its creamy texture and slightly nutty flavor bring a depth of taste to any dish, making it a versatile ingredient in both savory and sweet recipes.
Delicious Ways to Incorporate Goat Ghee into Your Cooking
Here are some creative and delicious ways to use goat ghee in your cooking:
1. Sautéing Vegetables
One of the simplest ways to use goat ghee is by sautéing vegetables. Heat a tablespoon of goat ghee in a pan over medium heat, then toss in your favorite vegetables—such as spinach, broccoli, bell peppers, or carrots. Goat ghee adds a lovely, subtle flavor while ensuring that the vegetables stay tender and juicy. For extra flavor, add garlic, ginger, and a dash of salt and pepper. This makes for a healthy, nutrient-rich side dish.
Tip: Goat ghee works well with a variety of spices, so try adding cumin, coriander, or turmeric for an Indian-inspired twist.
2. Making a Flavorful Risotto
Risotto is a creamy and comforting dish that benefits from the richness of goat ghee. Instead of using olive oil or butter, use goat ghee to sauté your onions and garlic at the beginning of the recipe. Once the rice is added, the ghee imparts a luxurious, nutty flavor, and helps the grains cook evenly. Whether you're making a classic mushroom risotto, or adding seasonal vegetables like peas or pumpkin, goat ghee enhances the texture and flavor, giving the dish a silky smooth finish.
Tip: For extra richness, finish your risotto with a dollop of goat ghee just before serving.
3. Cooking Eggs
Goat ghee is perfect for cooking eggs, whether you’re scrambling, frying, or making an omelette. Its high smoke point allows it to cook eggs at the ideal temperature without burning or smoking. Simply heat a small amount of ghee in a pan and crack your eggs into it. Goat ghee makes your eggs taste extra rich, with a light, airy texture.
Tip: Add a sprinkle of herbs like chives, parsley, or thyme to your eggs cooked in goat ghee for a fresh and flavorful twist.
4. Baking with Goat Ghee
Many baked goods, such as cookies, cakes, and muffins, can be made healthier by substituting butter or vegetable oil with goat ghee. Goat ghee has a slightly nutty flavor that pairs well with sweet treats. You can substitute it in equal amounts for butter or margarine in most recipes, and it will not only improve the flavor but also provide a healthier fat source. Use it in your favorite baked goods, such as chocolate chip cookies or banana bread, for an extra layer of richness.
Tip: For a dairy-free alternative to butter in baking, goat ghee works wonderfully in pastries like pie crusts or shortbread cookies.
5. Making Ghee-Cooked Popcorn
If you're looking for a healthier way to enjoy popcorn, try making it with goat ghee. Instead of using processed butter or vegetable oil, melt goat ghee in a pot, add your popcorn kernels, and cover the pot. Once popped, toss the popcorn in a little more melted ghee for a rich, indulgent snack. You can also add seasonings such as sea salt, smoked paprika, or even nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
Tip: For a sweet twist, try sprinkling cinnamon and a little honey over your goat ghee popcorn.
6. Goat Ghee-Infused Smoothies
Goat ghee is not just for savory dishes. You can also add it to your smoothies to enhance their nutritional profile. It adds healthy fats that provide sustained energy and make the smoothie extra creamy. Blend your favorite fruits like berries, bananas, or mango with a tablespoon of goat ghee, some milk (dairy or plant-based), and a bit of honey or maple syrup for sweetness. This creates a delicious and satisfying smoothie that can keep you feeling full longer.
Tip: Add some protein powder or chia seeds to the smoothie for an extra nutritional boost.
7. Indian Curries and Dal
Goat ghee is a staple in Indian cuisine, especially in rich, flavorful curries and dal. Its deep, nutty flavor complements the spices used in Indian cooking, including cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Begin by heating goat ghee in a pan to sauté onions, garlic, and ginger. Then, add your choice of vegetables, meat, or legumes, and let the ghee enhance the dish as it simmers. Goat ghee in curry bases adds a rich, creamy texture without the heaviness of cream or yogurt.
Tip: Garnish your curry with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of ghee for an authentic touch.
8. Goat Ghee Tea or Coffee
For an energy-boosting drink, try adding goat ghee to your tea or coffee. Known as "bulletproof coffee," this method of adding healthy fats to your beverage can increase your metabolism, enhance cognitive function, and provide a steady release of energy throughout the day. Simply blend a tablespoon of goat ghee with hot coffee, tea, or even herbal infusions like ginger or turmeric tea. You can also add some honey or cinnamon to elevate the flavor.
Tip: For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or black pepper to your ghee-infused drink.
Tips for Cooking with Goat Ghee
Storage: Store goat ghee in a cool, dry place. Unlike butter, ghee has a long shelf life and doesn’t need refrigeration if kept in an airtight container.
Use in moderation: Although goat ghee is packed with health benefits, it’s still a fat, so use it in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
High heat cooking: Goat ghee has a high smoke point (around 450°F or 232°C), which makes it perfect for frying, sautéing, and roasting without the risk of harmful smoke or burning.
Flavor enhancement: Goat ghee is a fantastic flavor enhancer. Try drizzling it over popcorn, vegetables, or grains to bring out their natural sweetness.
Conclusion
Goat ghee is a versatile, nutrient-dense fat that adds a rich, nutty flavor to a wide variety of dishes. Whether you’re sautéing vegetables, baking treats, or creating creamy curries, goat ghee offers a healthful and flavorful alternative to traditional fats. By incorporating goat ghee into your cooking, you can enjoy its many health benefits while creating meals that are both delicious and satisfying. So, next time you're in the kitchen, reach for goat ghee and experiment with these simple, yet flavorful recipes!
