Crack fic prompt go!

Danny is in Gotham for *insert generic reasons* He quickly discovers that red Hood is in fact a halfa like him. He also comes to the correct conclusion that Red Hood doesn't know he's a halfa yet.

Danny decides to help in a completely reasonable way....

By hiding away and making chirping noises at him from the shadows!

It's basically like

Danny from the rooftops: *chirp*

Red Hood: *chirps back* What the fuck!

It goes on like this for days! Red Hood is very confused because, baby ghostling??? Where is baby? He hears Danny's chirps and immediately his core latches on to him claiming Danny as his kid.

Danny doesn't know Jason basically parentally imprinted he just thinks it's funny how confused Red Hood gets when he does it. At least he thought it was funny until Red Hood started searching rather violently whenever he did it.

Danny leaves Gotham for *insert plot convenient reason* Jason is distraught and still very confused. He begins searching thoroughly through everything for even a hint of what happened to his kid.

When his family inevitably asks what the hell he's doing we get a scene like this

Redhood: *sighs* I miss my kid Nightwing,

Nightwing: ??!!???

Redhood tearing up: I miss him a lot

Redhood on his way to Amity park: I'll be back

Halloween prompts year 2 day 28

Thomas stared down at Bruce-no- Danny as he led him by the hand toward what he had dubbed as his "Secret Lair" which was just an old fall out shelter in the woods that had been well hidden and forgotten about. The door to it was old and still buried under years of dirt and plant growth, requiring Danny to phase them into it which made Thomas wonder how his grandson had found it in the first place.

Inside was surprisingly high tech. "You have a secret lair filled with all this equipment but don't have any weapons or armor?" Thomas asked, making mental preparations to fix that.

Danny sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck and explained his only allies were two other 14 year olds who were also untrained, unarmed, unarmored, and unsuper-powered which would explain why Danny was so excited to be working with an adult vigilante who at least knew what they were doing.

The kid didn't even mind when some of his more evil or harmful rogues "stopped showing up" thankfully no one would really question the reclusive Vlad Masters "going back to Wisconsin" only to never be seen again. No one saw much of him before coming to Amity Park, it made since he would become a hermit again once he had his fill of human interaction.

And if hes later found dead in his cheese castle? Well, the body had decomposed too much to really say what killed him. His will left everything to a Daniel James Fenton/Daniel James Masters which visibly infuriated Danny. Thomas mentally patted himself on the back. It was a good call to get rid of that one. The will was a surprise, though one that can only benefit Thomas in his crusade of protecting his grandson. Its not like he can return to a timeline that no longer exists anyway.

Unfortunately this doesn't stop the bats from hearing about "Batman" operating in a city in Illinois for the past few months...

My dearest butterfly, 

I usually pride myself on having a way with words, never having my tongue tied, never having to stutter or stumble, and yet, with you, I find it hard to even breathe let alone speak. As a doctor, I assumed I was ill, sick, perhaps coming down with something that would pass with rest and time. However, I found out the truth- I was sick of course, but nothing that would be cured with needles and antibiotics. 

My dear butterfly, I have come to find out, my ailment is love sickness. As cutesy as that sounds, what I mean to say is- I'm utterly obsessed with you, and cannot rest or feel alive until I see you in my sight, or feel you by my side. 

The fact I am blessed enough to touch you, to examine every area, intimate or not, to be trusted with your darkest medical secrets-It fuels me more than any other patient has. With you, curing you and your health just has more meaning to me, has more depth and humanity. You have that way about you, making me feel deeper than any human ever has, reaching my core and burrowing deep within the walls of my heart. 

This letter is nothing but a love filled ramble, but one I simply had to write. I can no longer hide how I feel, how I crave. I don't expect you to know what to do with all of this information right away, so, I’ll give you a few good rules to go by while everything sets in and has time to process. 

This is all true. I adore you, deeper than anyone could ever adore you, and more intense than any past lover could ever dream 

I refuse to let you try and deny me. You can be coy, you can be shy, you can even need time and space, but you wont be with anyone else but me in the romantic sense. I’ll take whatever precautions I need to ensure this rule is followed. 

I mean you absolutely no harm, however, as mentioned above, I’ll do what I must. Just sit back and take in what you need, but know, I’m utterly sick for you darling, there’s no way you can turn me away, be your attempts silly or desperate. 

I’ll be sure to send this letter over the weekend to give you more time, but, if by chance the postal service messes up, a few days letting your mind wander at your work wouldn’t be awful either. 

I’ll see you soon, my love. We’ll discuss this more in person, where my words are sharper than the pen I used, and my voice will convey just how serious I am about all of this.

We wanted to share some extra prompts and headcanons related to our Bylerween themes! We will be posting these here and there as we get closer to our Bylerween event.

These are to help inspire anyone interested in participating in Bylerween (feel free to work off of these ideas!)… or just for anyone in a spooky Byler mood as we're approaching October. 😈🎃🗡️🧛

Day 1: Horror AU

Dexter AU: Mike is a serial killer that kills other serial killers, working for the police department under Hopper. Hopper, however, believes something's off about him, especially since Mike is dating his son Will, who is not only Mike's childhood best friend but also a survivor of a serial killer named the Shadow Monster.

Bones and All AU: Will has a hunger in him that normal food can't satiate. It's hard on his family, knowing that trauma and Lonnie's genetics is the reason for Will's acquired taste. To stop being a burden, Will leaves and hitch hikes with fellow eater Mike Wheeler, while they evade another eater nicknamed Vecna that wants Will's companionship.

True Blood AU: Mike and the rest of the human world know that vampires exist, live among them, and also do business with them in this modern AU. Mike inherits his Nana Wheeler's large Southern Gothic house and encounters the mysterious vampire Will.

Ideas part 5

TW: captive whump, mentions of death and killing, torture, immortal whumpee, serial killer whumper, can be read as crack

The Whumper is a serial killer, they kidnap people and torture them, later on killing them.

Eventually they capture the Whumpee and do the same to them, beat them, cut them up and either leave them to die of blood loss or do it in some elaborate way.

Yet when they go back in the room to get rid of the body they find Whumpee alive and well, it turns out the Whumpee is immortal and can regenerate.

Now, the Whumpee could be happy that they can torture Whumpee more, but I imagine them to be upset instead.

They can’t let Whumpee go because they know their identity, but also just keeping them is not something they are willing to do. It would take so much energy and resources to keep the Whumpee from escaping (especially since they are immortal, they can just twist their body out of most blinds and regenerate) and they are not up for it.

And then when the Whumper takes another victim, and they torture them with the Whumpee in the room, it doesn’t feel the same. It kills all the vibes and intimacy of the kill.

Bonus points if the Whumpee can and will shit talk the Whumper.

I imagine the Whumper being increasingly frustrated with the Whumpee’s immortality.
