Diana is working. The night is dark and cold, and as she turns to look out the window, she thinks once again of her island. It never was so cold on Themyscira. Winters in New York have a way of sinking to your soul.

In the quietude of her office, knocks on the door seem all the louder, and tonight is no exception. Diana stands and walks to the door, where she opens it to find a young man, still a child but on the cusps of adulthood.

"What can I do for you?" Diana asks.

"I didn't know where else to go," the boy says, and she can see bruises under his pale blue eyes. "I'm sorry, I-I need your help, please."

"Tell me," she says, as she looks behind the boy for any sign of trouble, but they are alone on the street.

"My younger sister," the boy starts. "She's in trouble and I don't know what to do."

"Come in," Diana says as she opens the door wider. "Let us talk inside."

In the cold dark night, the figure of a boy, almost a man, walks into the warm inviting light of the building.

A few seconds later, the door closes behind him, and the street is once again bathed in shadow, frozen by the hour and the chill.

I've been pretty sick this week but I started reading the Twilight Princess manga so have a page redraw. (Page is from ch.28 btw)

Everybody buy 4 copies of this new book I don't even like so that capitalism allows the character more solo titles

Its about 200 pages of story, all slice of life stuff. Its actually quite good and if you're a Starfire or teen titans fan you will probably like this TPB, don't expect action though this is a drama.

i love azula and i've definitely yelled to my friends about her a lot but i really think she deserves-not necessarily a redemption arc-but healing. she was fourteen i don't even care about all the fucked up crap she did, she was severely emotionally manipulated and isolated by her father, i don't think she could ever fully get over that, but god she needs help.

So my wife is finally reading Pathways and I'm getting some pretty sick blurbs from her

"So I'm reading it and I'm like...actually? This is pretty good!!"

"I was reading Pathways [on the train] and I missed a stop." XD

"It reads easily, like really good manga!" ^///^

And she does not mince her words, she'll tell me when something is missing, when a thing doesn't make sense, etc. And she is in it mostly for Zanae & Netis XD

So getting her praise? like...dang! I didn't know it felt this nice to have family that GETS what you make ^__^

Sometimes it's not all that fun to hear what someone thinks if it's not what you hope it would be (she's very honest about her thoughts of stuff, especially media), but when someone like that tells you they liked the thing you made? And that person is ALSO your wife? THE BEST
