Coming back to myself…again and again.

Waxing gibbous journal 13/11/21 “

Its been so long since I’ve had the energy to express,release, or reflect emotions. If you’re reading this and have felt like “ omg! That’s so me”, I feel you…it’s a normal checkpoint that we all gotta stop at more than once in our lifetime.

Four months full of huge events have passed, and I just realized that I haven’t been seeing that sunny side of me as clear as before. Losing the awareness, mind control, unbalanced food and alcohol intake. Resulting in an unstable health status, losing the ability to meditate. blocked body and mind. But that’s also okay, there are no constants in the world anyway :)

Coming back to myself…again and again

Awareness..one of the greatest lessons I’ve learnt, the awareness of the life rhythms that it was never constant and it will never be.

Acceptance.. accepting the fact that you might find yourself at very low point in your life, and that you might lose the energy to wrap up yourself although the way out is so familiar now to you.

Stay present and allow yourself to hibernate as much as you need, it’s okay to feel confused or lost. Don’t panic if you feel like you’re losing the ability to process your emotions. It’s okay if you can’t find the reason behind this low point right now. Just believe in yourself, and remember that you have made it through tough times a lot..soon everything will fall into place.

Stimming isn’t bad.

Stimming isn’t disruptive.

Stimming is a way to emotional regulate.

Stimming helps people’s mental state.

Stimming isn’t always all cute.

Stimming is normal.

Stimming shouldn’t be made fun of.

Stimming shouldn’t be something people would rather suppress. (Maybe due to the being made fun)

There’s definitely more to say, but I can’t think of anything else on the top of my head. I mainly did this to remind myself that my stimming is valid and something I shouldn’t have to suppress, and maybe to remind someone else! <3

I would just like to mention the bathroom wall in the middle school hall.

These are all written by students over the past 3 years, being taken down, wiped away, written over by other students and faculty, but they keep putting it up.

Everytime I think of giving up, of dropping out and just running away, I look at this wall, and remember humans are good.

I don't have any jatp headcanons atm but I can tell you that one of my cats is an extremely affectionate moron who's constantly trying to get food, the other is a skittish idiot who tries to act like she doesn't care about us but is secretly just as affectionate, and my dog is a chilled out moron with really weird phobias and a strong connection to my mum. So basically my pets are the phantoms

i would say check your pets for 90s ghosts but honestly what’s the harm in letting them be a little possessed? maybe even give one a pair of drum sticks and see what happens

Think of it and be grateful...That every moment is a new chance to start over. No matter how far you think you are right now.

Its your life, its your story, and you are the one and only author of it. Allow yourself to learn that it is okay to stop in the middle of the journey and change direction,feel free to take a break in the middle of the way and recharge.

Accept the fact that all of the roads aren’t perfectly straight, and smoothly paved, but still it was made for you, so be patient, and trust your chosen journey.

Where you are standing right now is completely your choice, try to clear the shadows of the past and the ghosts of the future… away from your mind.

Focus on the present, and give yourself some time to figure out what your soul really needs.

Set your intentions and trust that deep intentions and strong faith, are powerful enough to turn what you are looking forward to, into reality.
