Stop Saying it Like That
Pairing: Loki x female reader (Y/N)
Summary: Just a little blurb based off the meme below (from Loki:intotheowenverse), hope you like it 💚
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Loki, you need to stop saying it like that," you laugh, shaking your head as he opens the door to the small bakery for you.
He follows you out onto the street carrying a small box full of treats, "Saying what?"
You stop, clearing your throat so you can do your best impression of your boyfriend's accent, "Enjoy the next twenty-four hours."
The God of Mischief chuckles at your poor attempt, "Was that supposed to sound like me?"
"I sounded exactly like you," you answer with a wide smile despite knowing it wasn't even close.
"Look, that's not my point," laughing as you try to get the conversation back on track. "Its really creepy when you say it like that," you inform him.
He wraps his free arm around your waist and starts walking again, leading you back towards the Tower. "It was truly awful darling," Loki shakes his head with a smile.
"Creepy?" he raises an eyebrow as he looks down at you.
"Don't act like you have no idea what I'm talking about," you roll your eyes. "It literally sounds like a threat, like they only have twenty-four hours left to live or something."
He chuckles, "Trust me darling, when I threaten people they know." You sigh, trying to look annoyed but he bends to kiss your cheek and your smile slips free. "What would you prefer I say?" he asks genuinely curious.
Tumblr media
"Just say 'have a good day'," you tell him.
"Y/N, that's the same thing," Loki states and you shake your head. Before you can argue back he presses his lips to yours to silence you. "Fine, I will try that next time," he agrees and you smile.
Loki walks with you in comfortable silence for two more blocks, his arm still around your waist, slowing his pace when he notices your attention is caught by the bouquets outside a flower shop. "See something you like?" he asks as you both stop in front of the colorful display of mixed flowers.
You smile, pointing to a bundle of your favorite flowers. Loki picks them up and you follow him into the shop where he pays the employee.
She hands Loki his change, he looks down at you briefly then back at the woman behind the counter. "Have a good day, mortal," he tells her with a wide smirk that causes the florist to let out a nervous laugh before thanking him quietly.
You walk back outside, your flowers in one hand and swat Loki's chest lightly in a joking manner. He chuckles, "What did I do wrong now? I told her to have a good day like you insisted."
"Mortal?" you tilt your head and look up at him.
"Would 'human' have been better?" he smiles.
You ignore his question, knowing he is only asking to see your reaction. "And the evil smirk, really?"
"Evil?" Loki let's go of your waist, putting his hand over his heart dramatically. "You wound me Y/N."
You laugh, reaching up to kiss his cheek when he tries to act as if he's offended. "You're cute when you're being annoying on purpose," you tell him and he chuckles, holding on to you again.
"I'm glad someone thinks so," he smiles.
"But stop talking to people when we go out," you add with a laugh.
I hope you liked this!! Please like, share and comment if you did 💚💚 Please let me know if you want to be added to my taglist!

♡ deciding to take a ride on the ‘tunnel of love’ roller coaster at the annual valentine’s day fair, rafe happens to catch you before it starts, conveniently locking himself in next to you. annoyed, you tell yourself you’ll be out and away from the man once the ride is over but (un)luckily for you, it just so happens to break down, leaving you two stuck together until it’s fixed..
warnings: one sided enemies to lovers (reader is the one who can’t stand rafe lol), forced proximity, teasing, flirty banter, slight angst (just a teeny tiny bit, it’s literally almost nonexistent), light fluff
a/n: now presenting… ‘TUNNEL OF LOVE’ 🤍 my town just so happens to be having a valentine’s day fair.. maybe (hopefully) i’ll go!

[7:57 PM] bestie ♡: it looks like kelce is going to take me out for v-day after all!! don’t wait for me, i’ll catch up soon, promise!
you had just bought an extra large funnel cake for you and your best friend to share when you read her text, your sugary sweet smile faltering as you took a seat at a nearby bench. “more for me, i guess..” you sighed, feeling a little bit silly at the fact that you sat here by yourself when everyone who passed you by was either in a group setting or hand in hand with someone who was most likely their significant other.
you picked at the fried goodness, not really feeling as festive as you were just two minutes ago. “yo, y/n!” you recognized the voice before you even looked up, your eyes immediately rolling as none other than rafe ‘insufferable daddy’s money’ cameron made his way over to you. ‘please let this be quick..’ you whispered under your breath, not sparing the man a single glance as he plopped down ridiculously close to you.
“what do you want, rafe?” he smiled when he heard his name roll off of your tongue, his muscular arm draping across your shoulders as his mouth dropped next to your ear. “can you at least act like you could tolerate me?” you scoffed, shrugging him off. “no, i can’t,” you finally looked at him, “because even that is too difficult to do.” he swallowed thickly, feeling slightly defeated before he went for the funnel cake that sat in your lap.
“i’m really not that bad, i’ll make you realize that soon.” rafe was also too confident and cocky for your liking— more reasons you could add to your seemingly never ending list as to why you think you two would never work out.
“i highly doubt that.” rafe was licking powdered sugar off of his fingers when you met his gaze again, your eyes flickering down to his tongue. the one thing that you couldn’t put on your list was that he wasn’t hot. anyone with eyes can tell you that rafe was insanely attractive, but of course, you’d never admit that to him out loud.. or so you thought. “you’re staring.” he smiled when he saw that your eyes stayed trained on his mouth, a smug expression taking over his features.
you blinked away, deciding you had enough chit-chat for one night. “in your dreams, ‘cameron.” rafe watched you get up from your seat, gladly taking the funnel cake you basically shoved into his hands. “why, thank you.” he took another piece, popping it into his mouth. you flashed him a fake smile before adjusting the strap of your crossbody purse. “i’ll see you around!” he called out, waving obnoxiously in your direction. “no you won’t!” you whispered to yourself, deciding to explore the fair a bit more.
little did you know conversation between you and rafe was far from over.
you walked around the fair grounds for almost fifteen more minutes before you had decided you were better off at home eating some greasy takeout and having a rom-com movie marathon in nothing but your comfy pj’s.
just as you were on your way to the exit, a flashing heart with the words ‘TUNNEL OF LOVE.. find your lover inside!’ caught your attention. deciding you’d at least inquire about it, you walked up to the ride operator and asked away. “excuse me! hi, i was just wondering what does the whole ‘find your lover inside!’ thing mean?” the woman lit up as if she had been dying to answer this question.
“so basically there’s another roller coaster coming from the other side, and once you two meet inside, the ride will stop for two minutes before coming back out to the respective entrances.” she explained. “so it’s like speed dating?” you smiled, the idea enthralling you. “yeah, that’s exactly it!” she nodded. you weighed out your options and decided a little excitement wouldn’t be such a bad idea.
“i’m suprised you don’t have a line, how much is it to get on?” you took your wallet out of your purse as she replied. “if you have a full-access wristband it’s free, but if not then it’ll be five dollars exactly.” you handed over the small bill, smiling to yourself as she let you through the metal gate. “it looks like two people can fit in here—” just as you stepped in, rafe came running from the opposite direction.
“stop the ride!” he shouted, his chest rising and falling as he bent over to catch his breath. you blinked. “it’s not even on, you drama queen.” taking a seat, you were about to pull the metal bar over your lap before he shouted again. “i’ll give you fifty bucks if you let me get on with her!” you crossed your arms over your chest, not expecting the ride operator to actually let him in. “seriously?!” you gasped when he walked through, flashing you a wink.
“sorry!” she pushed the guardrail over you and rafe until it locked in place before starting the ride. “this will all be over in two minutes.” you glared at him, trying to scoot as many centimeters away from him as you could. “that’s fine with me.” he shrugged. he leaned back in the cart, red and pink flashing lights illuminating the space in which you two rolled into slowly.
rafe kept his eyes on you, watching as you avoided his gaze. “why don’t you like me? serious question..” you sighed, finally giving him your full undivided attention. you opened your mouth to speak but no words came out. “what?” you acted like you didn’t hear him the first time, wracking your brain for any kind of answer. he smiled teasingly, pointing a finger at you. “i asked you why you don’t like me and you can’t even answer me!” you waved him off, facing the other way to hide the smile on your lips.
truthfully, you didn’t really know who rafe was. like just by himself as an individual. you knew that his friends were all assholes though, including the one who your best friend was willing to drop everything for. “i hate your friends,” you started, “and you are who you keep company with, sooo..” rafe cleared his throat as the roller coaster came to a stop. the inside of the ‘love tunnel’ was lit up with baby cherubs along the walls, red hearts and fairy lights adorning the interior.
“me and my friends are very different from each other.. i think you’d be surprised.” you hummed, adjusting the pendant on your necklace. “maybe..” the other roller coaster cart strolled in from the other side, the seats empty. “i guess it’s a good thing that i tagged along, since you would’ve been all by yourself if i didn’t.”
you glanced over at him, his blue eyes standing out in the pinkish lighting. “..yeah, i guess.” rafe’s head shot up as soon as the words left your mouth. “you really think so?” he scooted closer, the action making you laugh. “don’t push it.” you warned him, in which he held his hands up defensively. “okay, okay!” rafe had this smitten look on his face as if making you smile was his life’s greatest achievement.
“so you told me why you didn’t like me, which is fair, but i want a real chance at proving you wrong. can you at least give me that?” rafe hesitantly rested a hand on your knee, the hopeful look in his eyes making your heart melt into a soft puddle of mush. “hmm..” you pretended to think, the anticipation making rafe’s leg bounce. “okay. only under one condition though..” rafe nodded frantically.
“anything.”
“tell me why you like me so much when i avoid you like the plague, and never seemingly look in your direction.. like ever.” the man next to you snorted. “you want me to go down my full list? ‘cause we’ll be sitting here all night—” just then, the ride operator’s voice boomed through the intercom speakers from inside the tunnel. “hi, i’m so sorry for the inconvenience, but we’re having some technical difficulties and my electrician guy says it’ll be at least an hour or two before you could leave. i promise to issue a full refund once you two are off.”
you and rafe looked at each other half concerned and half amused. “..so, you were saying?”

TERRAPIN;
pairing: caitlyn kiramman x fem!reader
synopsis: what's a better day than cuddling up to your girlfriend and playing games while she reads?
VERY short. sorry. I have many completed drafts for cait and even ellie so ill be posting them very fast. But PLEASE feel free to share your ideas in my reqs. I'm more than happy to comply. smut might take a while bec I'm not very efficient when it comes to that. Still it's open for reqs!!
Tumblr media
The evening settles around you like a soft blanket, the kind Caitlyn always drapes over your shoulders when she thinks you’re too cold. The warm glow of the bedside lamp paints the room in amber hues, contrasting with the cooler, bluish light of your phone screen. Caitlyn’s beside you, sitting up against the headboard, one hand holding a book open while the other absentmindedly strokes your hair.
You’re curled up against her side, legs tangled with hers, head resting against her shoulder as you tap away at your game. The soft rustle of pages turning blends with the faint, rhythmic sounds of your gameplay. It’s a comfortable quiet, the kind you’ve come to cherish with her.
"You're frowning," Caitlyn murmurs, her voice gentle, her lips barely brushing your forehead as she speaks.
You huff, still focused on the screen. "This boss is annoying."
She chuckles, low and affectionate. "Is it one of those fights where you’re being stubborn instead of playing smart?"
You lift your head to give her an exaggerated glare, and she meets it with an amused, knowing smile. "You don’t know that," you grumble.
"I do," she teases, shifting slightly so she can kiss the top of your head. "You get that look when you're too deep in your pride to back down."
You sigh dramatically but don’t argue. She’s right, after all. Instead, you let your phone drop onto your stomach and lean further into her warmth. "What’re you reading?"
Caitlyn tilts the book slightly so you can see. "It’s a reread," she says. "One of my comfort books."
You don’t recognize the title, but it doesn’t matter. You like the way she talks about books, the way she gets this quiet reverence when she loves a story. You press your cheek against her shoulder, letting your eyes drift over the words even if you aren’t really following.
"Read to me?" you ask softly.
She hesitates, just for a second. Then, with a slight smile, she shifts the book, her voice slipping into a low, soothing cadence as she begins. You close your eyes, letting her words wash over you, warm and familiar like waves against the shore.
Minutes pass, or maybe longer—you lose track of time in the steady rhythm of her voice and the steady rise and fall of her chest beneath you. When she pauses to turn the page, you take the opportunity to press a kiss against her collarbone.
She hums in approval, the sound vibrating against your lips. "Distracted already?"
"Mm, not my fault," you murmur, pressing another kiss, this time against her jaw. She tilts her head slightly, giving you more room, and you take full advantage, trailing kisses up to the corner of her mouth.
Caitlyn catches your chin between her fingers, tilting your face up to look at her. Her expression is soft, eyes half-lidded with quiet amusement and something deeper, something warm. "You're beautiful."
You grin. "So are you."
Caitlyn sighs, but it's a fond one, her thumb brushing over your lower lip before she finally leans down to kiss you properly. Her lips are soft, slow, unhurried—like she has all the time in the world to savor this. And maybe she does. Maybe you both do.
When she pulls away, she lets her forehead rest against yours for a moment before nudging you lightly. "I thought you were fighting an annoying boss."
You groan, flopping back against her side dramatically. "Ugh, don’t remind me."
She laughs, and you feel it in the way her chest moves against you, the way her fingers tighten slightly in your hair. "Come on," she says, reaching for your phone and placing it back in your hands. "I’ll hold you while you finish. No rage-quitting, though."
You grumble but settle back in, her arms wrapping around you as you refocus on the game. The warmth of her, the steady thrum of her heartbeat, the occasional soft kiss she presses against your temple—it all makes the fight a little easier, the loss a little less frustrating.
And when you finally win, she praises you like you’ve just conquered something monumental, her voice full of pride, her hands cupping your face as she kisses you again.
"See?" she murmurs against your lips. "Told you you’d get it."
You sigh contentedly, letting your phone slip from your fingers as you curl into her once more. "You’re so smug."
"I’m always right," Caitlyn corrects playfully, pulling the blanket tighter around both of you.
You roll your eyes but don't argue. Instead, you nestle closer, pressing your face against the crook of her neck. "Read to me again?"
Caitlyn smiles against your hair, her voice softer this time, carrying you both into the kind of quiet that lingers, warm and safe and full of love.

vi x reader, established relationship, fluff, crack (?), masculine titles for vi (boyfriend), idk man i wrote this in 10 minutes, was thinking abt using he/him for vi in this one but decided against it idk how the crowd feels abt that, this is just cute n short silly okay?!!! layout inspired by kitguts and cowgirlvi
a.n: no way I posted after 400 years ok anyway this fic is not supposed to represent an accurate process of a testosterone shot please do not try to recreate at home i have never given myself or someone else a testosterone shot and im not entirely sure how the process works so if this isn’t realistically depicted please excuse me for I am inexperienced
Tumblr media
You’re curled up on the side of the couch, mindlessly watching a random episode of Gossip Girl while occasionally scrolling through your phone.
It’s already dark out, and Vi still isn’t home. You know she likes to take her time at the gym, but you’re starting to wonder where she is and what she’s doing since she hasn’t come home yet.
As if on cue, the lock to your shared apartment clicks open, and in strides Vi, slightly out of breath, with her gym bag in one hand and what seems to be a pharmacy bag in the other. Her tan skin and bulging muscles glisten with a thin layer of sweat, making her all the more attractive.
“Hey, I’m back!” she huffs as she tosses her keys to the side, dropping her duffel bag to the floor and running a hand through her damp hair. She’s been growing it out, and you think she’s the handsomest she’s ever been. She lets out a loud sigh before heading to the fridge to chug an ice-cold bottle of water like a man parched.
“Hey yourself, what took you so long?” you ask, your attention entirely focused on her—especially on her moving back muscles. God, she’s so broad…
Vi snaps you out of your trance with her reply. “I got held up,” she says, taking another gulp of water before holding up the pharmacy bag. “Had to pick up my T from the pharmacy.”
“Oh, cool,” you say with a small hum and a slight nod, keeping your eyes on your boyfriend as she walks over to the couch and plops down next to you, stretching out her strong limbs.
“Gonna force me to give you your shot again?” you grin lightheartedly. Vi knows you actually don’t mind at all—on the contrary, you love helping her.
Vi raises a brow and nudges your side with an amused smirk. “You bet your ass I am,” she retorts playfully, making you roll your eyes.
You get up to gather everything you need for Vi’s shot: an alcohol pad, a clean needle, and, of course, her newly picked-up vial of testosterone.
“C’mere,” you command.
“Whatever ya say, Doc,” Vi quips as she lays herself over your lap like a little kitten, clearly getting comfortable.
“Butt again this ti—?”
“Yep,” Vi cuts you off before you can even finish the sentence.
You exhale softly as you grab the small vial. “Why don’t you let me put it in your leg or something normal? It’s like you want me to inject your butt,” you mutter while carefully filling the syringe with the hormone.
“Nah, butt’s funnier,” she says with a cocky grin, clearly enjoying the fact that she’s making you inject her ass.
You flick the syringe to get rid of any air bubbles. “Alright, alright, pants down, weirdo.”
“Someone’s eager to see my ass,” Vi teases as she shimmies down her sweatpants. You have to hold yourself back from giving her a slap or a pinch for that comment. She stops when she’s revealed enough skin to give you room to work with.
You gently grab the soft skin and carefully insert the syringe into her cheek, injecting her with the T.
Vi balls her hand into a fist, one eye squeezing shut. Despite doing this plenty of times, it still comes with a little pinch.
“Ow…” she huffs, her face scrunching up for a second.
You make sure to fully inject the dose before pulling the needle out, giving her ass an appreciative pat. “Alright, there’s your T-shot, big boy,” you say with a smile.
Vi rolls her eyes and pulls her pants back up. “Oh, shut up,” she groans sarcastically, readjusting herself into a more comfortable position.
You continue rubbing the curve of her ass—she sure is blessed in that department, after all.
“Have you noticed any symptoms?” you hum, genuinely interested in your boyfriend’s hormone journey.
“Hmm… well, my acne’s a bit worse, my mood’s kinda short at times, and I’m hairier,” she says with a yawn, looking up at you lovingly. “But my voice is deeper, I’m bulking easier, and there’s definitely an increase in strength, so there’s that.”
She grins, clearly enjoying those two aspects in particular.
“Oooh~! Lemme pop your pimples,” you leer, already wiggling your fingers.
Vi scoffs, wrinkling her nose in disgust. “No way in hell!”

pairing : idol best friend!jisung x gn!reader
summary : after a night of many shots of soju, a drunk confession slips before fans rush in, creating an awkward hungover morning.
warnings : fluff, SLIGHT angst, fans are kinda annoying tbh, drunk jisung (duh), drunk reader, both get hungover
a/n : o m g. tbh i might open requests for jisung cuz he is SAUR cute omg please (one chance jisung🙏). for the pookie @the0p
queueing : kitchen - sza, table of one - natalie jinju, restless - bibi
— wc : 4.0k — not proof read —
you and jisung have always been close. friends, mostly. the kind of friends who joke around, goof off, and sometimes even share your secrets. you’re sitting at a bar together tonight, the dim lights and the soft hum of chatter making the atmosphere cozy, but there's something in the air. maybe it's the alcohol, maybe it’s jisung being a little too close, or maybe it's just you finally admitting that you have a crush on your best friend.
"hey," jisung says, his voice just a little louder than usual as he nudges your arm. "are you feeling it yet?"
he's already a few drinks in, his face flushed and his smile big and goofy, though it's clear he’s trying to keep it cool. you laugh, maybe a little too loud, and glance at the soju bottle in front of you. you've only had a couple of shots, but it's already hitting you.
"i think so," you say, letting your words slur a bit. "you?"
jisung snickers, leaning back in his chair, clearly already tipsy. "me? i'm gone," he says, slurring the words with an exaggerated pout. "but i'm having fun. this is great."
you grin at his antics. jisung has always been playful, but tonight, there's something else about him. maybe it's the way his hair falls into his eyes, or how his hand keeps brushing against yours when you both reach for your drinks. either way, you’re feeling a little more nervous than usual, like the buzz from the alcohol is making you more aware of his every movement.
"yeah, this is great," you agree, a little breathless.
jisung’s grin widens, and he leans closer, his face inching toward yours as he teases, “you know, i don’t think i’ve ever hung out with you this much. it’s kinda fun."
you laugh, trying to hide your embarrassment. "what, like we don’t hang out enough?"
he gives you a playful look, then nudges your shoulder with his. “nah, i mean, this feels different, y’know? i dunno, maybe it’s the soju talking,” jisung says, his voice a little quieter now, but there’s an undercurrent to it that you can’t quite place.
you dismiss it. the alcohol's starting to make everything a little hazy, and you’re starting to feel warm in all the right places. it’s easy to ignore things like that when you’re tipsy, right?
"yeah, maybe," you say, trying to make the words sound light, even though you can’t quite ignore how his shoulder is still brushing against yours. "you’re just drunk."
jisung smirks, and for a moment, you think he might say something more. but instead, he leans back in his chair, slinging his arm over the backrest and looking at you with a lazy, half-lidded gaze. “i’m drunk, but you’re tipsy,” he teases. "i think that means you're the more responsible one tonight."
"ha," you chuckle, shaking your head. "i think you’re wrong."
he grins, but then his smile softens, just a little. “no, seriously. you’re good at this,” jisung says, voice surprisingly sincere as he looks at you. “i think you’re always good at... things. you know? like, you’re just... cool. i’ve always thought that.”
you blink, surprised by his words, but your mind doesn’t quite connect the dots. tipsy and just a little too giggly, you shrug it off. “what? i’m just me,” you reply with a laugh, knocking back another shot of soju. "don’t get all serious on me now, we're just here to have fun."
jisung laughs, too, though his is a little quieter, like he’s holding back something. “yeah, yeah,” he says, clearly trying to play it off, but his eyes linger on you longer than usual. you don’t notice. instead, you're distracted by the bright lights and the buzz of the crowd around you. maybe this whole evening is just that. a fun night, nothing more. at least, that’s what you try to convince yourself.
the night continues in a blur of laughter, more drinks, and random conversations. you and jisung joke about everything, from the music playing in the background to the awkward waiter who keeps glancing over at your table. but there's a shift in jisung. the more you watch him, the more you realize he’s been acting differently, a little more touchy than usual, brushing against your arm more often, leaning in just a little closer when he speaks.
you catch him staring at you once, and when he notices you’ve seen, he quickly looks away, his face turning red. you laugh, thinking it’s just the alcohol talking. after all, jisung’s always been a little... unpredictable. especially when he’s drunk.
"what’s up with you?" you ask, leaning over to nudge him playfully. "getting shy now?"
jisung shrugs, looking at you from the corner of his eye. “nah,” he says, voice lower than usual. “just... uh... thinking about stuff.”
“thinking about what?” you ask, genuinely curious, though you’re starting to feel the alcohol take full effect. your words slur a little as you lean against the table, trying to focus on jisung.
he hesitates, the playful glint in his eyes dimming for just a moment, before he grins again. "nothing. just drunk thoughts." he laughs, but it’s not quite the same carefree laugh he’s been giving all night. it feels... different. feels... nervous.
but you’re too tipsy to care. “yeah, right,” you mutter, brushing it off with a wave of your hand. “drunk thoughts are the best.”
“uh-huh,” jisung says, a little too seriously. "best thoughts ever."
the night is a blur of laughter and the warm glow of soju, the alcohol slowly building up inside both of you. your words slur and mix with giggles, your head growing heavier as the evening drags on. it’s fun, though. so much fun. jisung is always a good time, and tonight, with the alcohol loosening your thoughts, everything feels like it’s just a little bit more intense than usual.
the conversation shifts, and jisung, now thoroughly drunk, becomes more playful, teasing you in that way he always does. his hand brushes against your shoulder, a subtle touch, but it lingers a little longer than necessary. the warmth of his hand on your skin sends a flutter through you, and your heart skips a beat.
"you know," jisung says, his voice quieter now, the usual playfulness in it replaced with something softer. it catches your attention, the sudden shift in tone. "i really like spending time with you. a lot."
you freeze, blinking up at him. the words settle into your mind, but they don’t quite make sense. maybe it’s the soju talking. maybe you’re just imagining things. "what, like... friends, right?" you ask, laughing nervously, hoping it’s just a passing comment. but there’s something in jisung’s eyes. something that says not to take it at the surface level.
jisung’s eyes widen, and he leans in just a little closer. his face is flushed, but he doesn’t look away. "no... i mean, yeah, but..." his voice falters slightly, and you can see the hesitation in his movements. "i mean... i kinda think i like you. more than a friend. i’ve liked you for a while, actually. like, a long while."
your breath catches in your throat, the words ringing in your ears. you blink rapidly, trying to make sense of what he’s saying. did he just..? was he really saying that? jisung, your best friend, the one who always joked around with you, the one who made everything feel easy. he’s telling you he likes you? more than a friend?
your heart starts to race. the room seems to spin slightly, but it’s not from the alcohol, it’s from the sudden shift in reality. jisung likes you. he’s saying it so openly, so honestly, and yet... you don’t know how to react.
before you can respond, a loud voice breaks through your dazed thoughts. "hey! jisung!" a group of fans suddenly appear, calling his name excitedly, their eyes bright with recognition. jisung snaps out of his daze, his gaze moving from you to the group of girls now approaching your table.
"oh, uh," jisung stammers, his face flushing an even deeper red, his playful demeanor snapping back into place like a mask. he sits back in his chair too quickly, almost knocking over his drink, and gives the fans a wide, charming smile. "yeah, yeah! sure! let’s take a picture!"
you sit frozen, unsure of what just happened. jisung’s confession, the words hanging in the air, but now replaced by the sudden rush of fans wanting attention. it’s like the moment never happened at all.
your mouth feels dry, and you try to shake the confusion off, but your mind is still reeling. jisung likes you. more than a friend. it doesn’t seem real. it’s too much to process, especially with the alcohol clouding your judgment. the fans crowd around jisung, and you watch as he laughs and poses for selfies, sliding easily back into his idol persona.
you look down at the shot glass in front of you, swirling the liquid inside absentmindedly. your fingers feel unsteady, and your thoughts are racing. should you tell him you feel the same way? should you do something about it? the words are there, sitting on the tip of your tongue, but they don’t come out. you’re still too caught in the rush of everything, the soju, the fans, the unexpected confession.
jisung doesn’t even glance back at you. his attention is fully on the group of fans now surrounding him, taking pictures and chatting. you should be happy for him. after all, this is his world. you’ve seen it countless times. his fans, his charm, his ability to shift from casual to idol mode with a single smile. but tonight... tonight feels different. it feels like you’re on the outside looking in.
you sigh quietly to yourself, pushing the thoughts away. you’re tipsy, it’s fine. jisung’s probably just drunk and being silly. he doesn’t really mean it, right? maybe he was just feeling sentimental or had too much to drink. the way he’s acting now, laughing with fans, the flirtatious glint in his eyes, it all seems so... normal.
“hey, you okay?” a fan asks, noticing you sitting quietly at the table, away from the group.
you give a half-hearted smile, nodding. “yeah, just... just tired. too much soju,” you mutter, your voice low, not really wanting to explain the thoughts racing through your head. “nothing to worry about.”
they nod and return their attention to jisung, and you’re left alone again. a small part of you feels relieved, but another part, maybe the one that’s been feeling strange since jisung’s confession, feels empty. you want to shout at him, to tell him that you feel the same way. but the moment is gone. lost in the chaos of his fans and the noise of the bar.
time passes slowly, and you find yourself back at the dorm, the cool night air doing little to sober you up. jisung’s laughter echoes down the hall as he stumbles ahead of you, still clearly drunk, his arm slung around one of the other guys. you follow behind, still caught in the fog of what happened.
you’re barely coherent, but the moment you shared with jisung keeps replaying in your head. he liked you. more than a friend. how could you have missed that? maybe he didn’t mean it. maybe he was just rambling, drunk and lost in the moment. still, the way his eyes held yours and the sincerity in his words. it just felt so real.
when you reach the dorm room, jisung collapses onto the couch with a dramatic groan, immediately pulling a pillow over his face. you stop by the door, still feeling like a whirlwind is spinning inside you. you don’t know whether to laugh, cry, or do something completely different.
jisung lifts the pillow slightly, looking over at you with a sheepish grin. “hey,” he says, his voice slurring, “you good?”
“yeah, just tired,” you respond, trying to keep your voice steady, though your heart is still racing. “but, uh... you?”
jisung shrugs, his smile lazy. “i’m fine. just... you know. i like you.” his words are slurred, but they hit you like a freight train.
you freeze, blinking. “what?”
he waves a hand lazily in the air, as if the confession was nothing. “nah, it’s nothing. i’m just drunk. forget i said that.” he chuckles and flops back down on the couch, completely unaware of how those words hit you, like a bomb, like everything you’ve been feeling was just thrown out in the open.
you stand there for a moment, heart pounding, but you don’t say anything. maybe he’s not being serious. maybe it’s just the alcohol. maybe you’re imagining things.
you glance over at him, his back to you now, clearly more interested in the couch than anything else.
but deep down, you know. jisung may have just let something slip. and you’re not sure what to do with it yet.
the next morning comes far too quickly. you wake up to the dull throb of a hangover and the light creeping through the curtains. the weight of everything that happened last night hits you all at once. you blink, groaning as you try to sit up, but the motion sends a wave of dizziness over you. you lie back down, rubbing your temples as you attempt to piece everything together.
last night was a blur, but there are flashes of clarity. jisung’s words, the confession, his flirty demeanor, and then... the fans. everything happened so fast, and now you’re left with this uncomfortable feeling in your chest. did he mean what he said? was he just drunk, messing around?
you glance over at the couch, where jisung had passed out. his arms are sprawled out, and the blanket he threw over himself has slid to the floor. he’s snoring softly, oblivious to the storm in your mind. you sigh heavily, feeling your stomach twist.
you don’t know what to do with any of it. what did he mean by “i like you”? you feel your heart race as the memory replays in your head. you want to believe it was real, but the way he brushed it off afterward makes you second-guess everything.
eventually, you drag yourself out of bed, trying to ignore the headache that comes with it. you need coffee. that’s the only thing that’s going to help right now. you shuffle into the kitchen, already reaching for the coffee pot when you hear movement from the living room. jisung is awake, apparently, and a moment later, he walks in, still a little disheveled but looking surprisingly chipper for someone who’d clearly been just as drunk as you.
“morning,” jisung says, his voice rough from sleep, but there’s that familiar grin on his face. he looks completely at ease, his usual energy returning now that he’s no longer completely drunk.
you offer a half-hearted smile. “morning.”
he flops down onto the couch with a loud groan, stretching his limbs out like a cat. “what time is it? my head is killing me. i think we need more soju to fix this.”
you chuckle weakly, but it doesn’t reach your eyes. "probably not a good idea."
jisung laughs and looks over at you with a playful grin. “yeah, yeah. i'm just kidding." he pauses, watching you for a moment as if contemplating something. "you know, i think we had fun last night.”
you blink, unsure of where he’s going with this. “yeah, definitely. a lot of fun.”
he leans forward, elbows resting on his knees, and gives you a more serious look. “we should do it again sometime. you and me, more soju, more hanging out. you know? i mean, i think we should do it more often.”
you stare at him, your heart thudding in your chest. does he remember last night? does he remember what he said? “uh, yeah, sure,” you say, trying to sound casual, but your voice comes out quieter than you intended. you’re unsure if you should mention it, his confession. maybe he’s forgotten about it. maybe it’s better if you just pretend it didn’t happen.
jisung grins widely, clearly oblivious to your internal turmoil. “cool. i’m down for that. maybe we can... uh...” he hesitates for a moment, his eyes darting away from you. “maybe we can talk more. just... us. y’know? sometimes i think you don’t let me in enough.”
you blink at him, trying to process his words. “what do you mean?”
jisung looks a little uncomfortable for a second, his usual confidence faltering. “i don’t know. like, sometimes you’re just... i dunno, distant. i want to be closer to you, but it feels like you’re keeping something from me.”
your heart skips a beat at his words. is he being serious? you glance at him, unsure of how to respond. you want to tell him everything. about your feelings. about how his confession last night has been replaying in your head. but you don’t know if you should. is he really being honest with you, or is he just drunk again? what if he was just messing around?
before you can find the words, jisung continues, his voice softer now, almost vulnerable. “i just want you to know, i... i really like you. i do. i’m not just saying that because i was drunk last night. i mean it. i’ve liked you for a while, and it’s hard not to... feel it, you know?”
your heart races, your mind spinning. you weren’t expecting this. not after everything that happened last night. jisung’s words are clear now, no ambiguity, no alcohol-fueled haze. he likes you. and he’s not backing down.
“you... you really mean that?” you ask, your voice barely above a whisper. “because... i don’t know. last night was—”
“i know,” jisung interrupts gently, his eyes sincere. “i was drunk, and i get it if you think i was just being dumb or whatever. but i’m not messing with you. i’m serious.”
you feel a lump form in your throat. you want to tell him everything. you want to tell him that you like him too, that you’ve liked him for so long, but the words get stuck. instead, you nod, barely managing a smile. “yeah, me too. i think... i think i like you, too.”
jisung’s expression softens, and for a moment, there’s a quiet understanding between you both. he smiles, a small, genuine smile that makes your chest tighten with warmth. “really?”
“yeah,” you say, finally finding your voice. “really.”
he laughs, but it’s not the usual teasing laugh. it’s soft and relieved, like a weight has been lifted. “well, damn. guess we’ve got a lot of talking to do then.”
you smile, your heart still racing, but it feels lighter now. the air between you is charged, the tension that’s been building up for who knows how long finally starting to dissipate. jisung leans back on the couch, crossing his arms behind his head, still looking at you with that soft smile.
“so, when do we do this?” jisung asks, his voice light but serious. “when do we actually... hang out like this, just us, no distractions?”
you chuckle, your nerves slowly fading. “whenever you want.”
he grins at you, his playful demeanor returning, but there’s something more there now—something deeper. you’re not sure where this is going, but for the first time, you feel like it might actually be going somewhere good.
the rest of the morning passes in a blur of easy conversation and comfortable silences. everything feels a little more natural now, a little more real. the tension is still there, the spark between you and jisung undeniable, but for once, it feels like you’re both on the same page.
maybe it took a drunken night and a confession for everything to come to light, but now, you don’t have to hide anymore. you like him, he likes you, and that’s all that matters right now. everything else can wait.
you both sit in the living room, sipping on cups of water instead of coffee, because caffeine is a terrible idea when you’re this hungover. jisung groans every few minutes about his headache, dramatically flopping onto the couch like he’s on the verge of death.
“i think this might be it for me,” he sighs, draping an arm over his eyes. “i had a good run, right?”
you roll your eyes, nudging his leg with your foot. “you’re so dramatic.”
he peeks at you from under his arm, a lazy grin tugging at his lips. “maybe, but my head is actually killing me.”
“mine too,” you mumble, rubbing your temples. the dull ache behind your eyes refuses to go away, and the exhaustion from last night’s emotional rollercoaster is creeping in.
jisung sits up, stretching his arms above his head before letting out a long sigh. “you know,” he says, voice quieter now, “i still can’t believe i actually said all that stuff to you last night.”
your stomach flips. “do you regret it?”
his eyes widen slightly, like he hadn’t considered that possibility. “no,” he says quickly, shaking his head. “not even a little bit.”
you swallow, feeling your chest tighten at his sincerity. “good,” you say softly. “because i don’t regret anything either.”
jisung’s lips curve into a small smile, and for a moment, you just sit there, staring at each other. there’s no awkwardness, no hesitation anymore. just an unspoken understanding that whatever this is, whatever it’s turning into, you’re both okay with it.
“okay,” jisung sighs, dramatically throwing himself back against the couch. “but, like, what now? do we do the whole couple thing? do i start calling you babe? because i feel like you’d hit me if i did that.”
you snort. “probably.”
he grins. “figured.”
the conversation slows, the exhaustion from last night settling into your bones. you yawn, stretching your arms above your head before slumping against the couch. “i don’t wanna do anything today.”
jisung hums in agreement, his eyes already drooping shut. “same.”
there’s a beat of silence before he shifts, his head falling against your shoulder. it’s a little awkward at first, his weight unfamiliar, but you don’t move away. instead, you let him lean against you, his warmth seeping through the fabric of your shirt.
“you’re comfy,” jisung mumbles sleepily.
you chuckle, tilting your head to rest lightly against his. “thanks, i guess.”
he hums, his breathing evening out slightly. “wanna just… sleep all day?”
you consider it. your bed sounds amazing right now, and honestly, you don’t have the energy to do anything else.
“yeah,” you mumble. “let’s sleep.”
jisung grins, his eyes still closed. “cool. but your bed. not the couch.”
you huff out a soft laugh but don’t argue. slowly, you both drag yourselves up, stumbling toward your room in a haze of exhaustion. jisung doesn’t hesitate to flop onto your bed, immediately burrowing under the blankets like he belongs there.
“wow, you didn’t even wait for me,” you tease, climbing in beside him.
jisung peeks at you from under the covers, grinning. “you took too long.”
you roll your eyes but settle in, feeling the warmth of the blankets and jisung’s presence beside you. for a moment, there’s silence, just the steady sound of your breathing as you both start to drift off.
but then, just as you’re about to fall asleep, jisung shifts closer, his arm lazily draping over your waist. “this okay?” he murmurs, voice thick with sleep.
your heart stutters, but you don’t pull away. instead, you nod, even though he probably can’t see it. “yeah,” you whisper. “it’s okay.”
jisung hums in contentment, his grip tightening slightly. “good.”
and just like that, the two of you fall asleep, tangled up in warmth and quiet understanding.
no pressure, no expectations. just you and jisung, finally on the same page.

Hi hi!! Can I request a yan! Jing yuan with an assistant reader? Like manipulative Yuanie. Thinking about how he’ll have one of the people who are your colleagues overload you with work so he can swoop in and save you like he was your “knight in shining armor”. Having you fill out lots of paperwork so you’ll have to work overtime and stay with him more is definitely something he’d do!
I think yan! Jing yuan would also take you out on ‘business dinners’ as he’d like to call it. 🤭🤭
I also wanted to ask do you take nsfw requests? Or maybe you can make a rules list too please!
Mwah ❤️ I hope you have a good day!!!
Yandere!Jing Yuan x Assistant!Reader
Tumblr media
The workload had been suffocating lately. Stacks upon stacks of paperwork found their way onto your desk, each page demanding your immediate attention. Your fingers ached from gripping the brush for too long, eyes burning as you struggled to keep up. It didn’t make sense how your responsibilities had doubled out of nowhere.
"Ah, still working?" A familiar voice interrupted your thoughts.
Jing Yuan leaned against the doorway of your office, golden eyes filled with amusement as he took in the sight of your disheveled state.
"You're overworking yourself" he chided, stepping in. "That’s no good. If you collapse, who will assist me?"
You let out a tired sigh, rubbing your temples. "I don’t have a choice. These reports need to be done before the deadline."
Jing Yuan hummed thoughtfully, gaze flickering over the piles of documents. "Strange. I was under the impression that some of these tasks weren’t meant for you…"
His voice was light, almost casual, but something about it made your skin prickle. Before you could respond, he reached out, plucking a report from the top of the stack.
"Ah, this one" he mused, flipping through the pages. "This should have been handled by your colleague. How peculiar."
Your brows furrowed. Had you really been doing work that wasn’t meant for you? It made sense now—why everything had felt overwhelming lately.
Jing Yuan sighed dramatically, setting the papers aside. "It seems someone has been overloading you, either by accident… or design." He tilted his head, white strands of hair slipping over his shoulder as he offered a sympathetic smile. "I’ll have to look into this."
"For now" he continued, "why don’t you take a break? Stay a little longer with me. I was just about to have dinner—perhaps you’d care to join me? Consider it a business dinner, of course."
You shook your head, exhaustion pressing down on your shoulders. "I appreciate the offer, General, but I can’t. I still have work to finish."
Jing Yuan’s golden eyes flickered with something unreadable before he let out a soft chuckle. "Ah, such diligence. It’s admirable, really." He leaned in slightly, lowering his voice as if sharing a secret. "But overworking yourself won’t earn you any favors, you know."
Still, you refused to budge. "I’ll manage."
Jing Yuan sighed, feigning defeat. "Very well, if you insist." He straightened, a small smile playing on his lips. "At least allow me to lend a hand. I can ease some of your burdens—"
"No."
The word left your lips firmer than expected. His smile didn’t falter, but there was a flicker of something in his gaze, something unreadable yet sharp.
You didn’t give him a chance to press further. With a quick bow, you excused yourself, diving back into your work before he could weave his words around you again.
By the time you finished, the lights are already on. The cool night air biting against your skin. You exhaled, finally free from the suffocating weight of paperwork.
Or so you thought.
Jing Yuan was leaning against one of the pillars near the entrance, arms crossed in an almost lazy manner.
"You’re late" he murmured, pushing himself off the pillar. "I was beginning to worry."
"General? What are you doing here?"
"I could ask you the same thing. Working until this hour—alone, no less? That’s hardly safe."
"I can take care of myself. How old do you think I am?"
Jing Yuan tilted his head, his amusement growing. "I don’t doubt that. But even the strongest warriors aren’t invincible." He stepped closer. "If you had accepted my help earlier, I wouldn’t have had to wait for you like this."
"You—waited for me?"
Jing Yuan let out a soft hum. "Of course. What kind of superior would I be if I let my hardworking assistant wander home alone at such an ungodly hour?"
His logic was twisted, you knew that. But the way he said it, the way his voice dripped with gentle concern, made it difficult to argue.
"Come," he said, placing a hand on your back, guiding you forward. "I’ll escort you home."
-----
The moment you stepped into your office, dread settled deep in your stomach.
More paperwork. MORE PAPERWORK?
The stacks had doubled—no, tripled overnight. Piles upon piles of documents sat on your desk, some even spilling onto the floor. It was impossible. There was no way this much work had suddenly appeared unless…
Your mind flickered back to the conversation from yesterday. Jing Yuan’s words echoed in your head.
"It seems someone has been overloading you, either by accident… or design."
A sinking feeling settled in your chest, but you shook it off. You didn’t have time to dwell on suspicions, not when you were buried under all this.
You spent the morning frantically working, but no matter how fast you went, the papers never seemed to end. By midday, your exhaustion became unbearable. Your pride screamed at you to push through, to handle it yourself, but reality was much crueler.
You needed help.
And you knew exactly who to ask.
Reluctantly, you made your way to Jing Yuan’s office, fingers curling into the fabric of your sleeves. The guards outside barely spared you a glance before letting you in.
Inside, Jing Yuan lounged comfortably behind his desk, golden eyes lifting lazily as you entered. His lips curled into a knowing smile.
"Ah, what a pleasant surprise" he mused. "To what do I owe the honor?"
You hesitated. Even without looking at him, you could feel his gaze, sharp and expectant.
Taking a small breath, you finally spoke, voice quieter than intended.
"I… need help."
The silence stretched between you for a moment, thick with something you couldn’t quite place. Then, Jing Yuan chuckled.
"My, my," he drawled, resting his chin against his palm. "So even my diligent assistant has limits. How adorable."
Your face burned, and you instinctively looked away.
"I would never abandon a subordinate in need," he said smoothly while walking over to you. "But…"
You tensed as he stopped just inches away from you, his presence overwhelming.
"I have one condition."
You swallowed. "What is it?"
He smiled. "You’ll sit near me while we work. That’s all."
That was… it? No outrageous demand, no unreasonable request?
Sensing your hesitation, Jing Yuan leaned in ever so slightly, his voice a soft murmur. "Surely, that’s not too much to ask?"
You bit your lip before reluctantly nodding. "...Alright."
Jing Yuan’s smile widened. "Good."
Without another word, he led you to his desk, gesturing toward the seat beside his. The placement left little space between you, the close proximity forcing you to feel the warmth of his presence.
"Now," he said, handing you a brush, his fingers grazing yours for just a moment too long. "Let’s begin, shall we?"
As you dipped the brush into the ink, you couldn’t shake the feeling that you had fallen right into his trap.
The quiet scratching of brushes against paper filled the office, the occasional rustling of documents the only other sound. You sat stiffly beside Jing Yuan, fully aware of his presence as he worked leisurely beside you.
It wasn’t just the closeness that unsettled you—it was the way his eyes would flicker to you every so often, studying you between strokes of his brush.
"You’re quite tense" Jing Yuan noted, voice laced with amusement.
You didn’t look up. "I’m just focusing."
"Hmm." He leaned back slightly, stretching. "I wonder… do I make you nervous?"
Your fingers twitched slightly around the brush, but you forced yourself to keep writing. "Of course not, General."
Jing Yuan chuckled, clearly entertained. "No need for such formalities. We’re spending so much time together—surely, you can call me Jing Yuan?"
You hesitated, but before you could think of a response, he smoothly shifted the subject.
"I must say," he mused, "this is quite an improvement. If I had known all it took to keep you close was a bit of extra work, I would have arranged this much sooner."
You turned to him, only to be met with his usual easy-going smile.
"Just a joke," he reassured lightly. "Unless… you’d rather I keep you overworked? I could make sure you need my help every day."
There it was again. That subtle pressure wrapped in velvet words.
You swallowed hard and forced a polite chuckle. "That won’t be necessary."
Jing Yuan exhaled as if disappointed. "Pity."
Hours passed, and despite his slow, deliberate pace, he finished his portion faster than you. He hummed, watching you struggle to keep up.
"You’re still working?" he asked, feigning concern. "You really should take a break."
"I can’t afford to. There’s still too much left."
Jing Yuan hummed in thought. Then, as if struck by an idea, he leaned in slightly, his voice a near whisper.
"How about this?" His tone was warm, coaxing. "I’ll help you again tomorrow… but only if you have dinner with me afterward."
"You deserve a meal after working so hard," he continued, resting his chin on his palm. "And it’d be nice, wouldn’t it? Just the two of us, away from all these dreadful reports?"
It sounded harmless enough.
Reluctantly, you nodded. "Alright."
Jing Yuan smiled, pleased.
"Good" he murmured. "Then it’s a promise."
The sun had long since dipped below the horizon, casting the Xianzhou Luofu in a soft, warm glow. Lanterns flickered to life as you walked beside Jing Yuan, your exhaustion weighing heavily on your shoulders. He had insisted on walking with you, his usual lazy smile in place, but there was an unmistakable satisfaction in his gaze.
You had been too drained to argue.
The restaurant he chose was far from the usual places where officials gathered for formal meetings. It was intimate, the kind of place that felt too personal for just work.
"You didn’t have to pick somewhere this… refined" you murmured, hesitant as you stepped inside.
Jing Yuan chuckled. "Nonsense. You deserve a proper meal after all your hard work." He guided you to a private table tucked away from prying eyes, his hand lingering just a second too long against your back.
As you sat down, a waiter arrived almost instantly, as if they had been expecting you.
"Order whatever you like," Jing Yuan encouraged, waving a hand dismissively. "Consider it a reward for your dedication."
You hesitated before cautiously selecting something modest. The last thing you wanted was to feel indebted.
Jing Yuan, on the other hand, ordered without restraint.
"You know" he mused, "I admire your work ethic, but I do wonder—do you ever take time for yourself?"
"I don’t have much choice. The workload has been… demanding."
His golden eyes glinted. "Ah, yes. It seems someone keeps piling too much on you, doesn’t it?"
You glanced at him suspiciously, but he merely took a sip of his wine, his expression unreadable.
"It’s a shame" he continued, "how easily people take advantage of you. Always so responsible, so eager to prove yourself… It makes you an easy target."
His words struck a nerve—not because they were wrong, but because he was speaking as if he weren’t the very person orchestrating your exhaustion.
"You make it sound like I’m helpless" you muttered.
Jing Yuan let out a soft chuckle, shaking his head. "Not at all. You’re quite capable… But even the strongest warriors need someone to protect them sometimes."
There it was again. That gentle, insistent push—reminding you that he was the only one who truly saw you, the only one who cared enough to step in.
Your meal arrived, breaking the tension momentarily. You focused on eating, but Jing Yuan never stopped watching, his gaze following every small movement you made.
"You should eat more" he remarked at one point, nudging a dish toward you. "You push yourself too hard. It worries me."
"This is just a business dinner" you reminded him, almost as if you were reminding yourself.
"Of course," he agreed easily. "Just business."
But the way he poured you another drink, the way his fingers brushed against yours with each small gesture, told you otherwise.
Jing Yuan was in no rush to leave, drawing out the meal with casual conversation and idle remarks about work, yet every topic always circled back to you.
"You should rest more." "You work too hard." "It must be exhausting, always carrying everything on your shoulders."
His voice was gentle, warm, the perfect balance of concern and admiration.
“I should head home” you finally said, setting your chopsticks down. “It’s getting late.”
Jing Yuan tilted his head slightly, his golden eyes studying you in silence. Then, he sighed dramatically, leaning back in his chair.
"I suppose you’re right" he said, sounding almost disappointed. "I wouldn’t want to keep you from your much-needed rest."
Relief flooded you—until he added, “I’ll escort you.”
You tensed. “That’s really not necessary...”
"I insist."
You swallowed your protest, knowing that arguing would only drag this out longer. With a quiet nod, you allowed him to walk you home. The city was quiet at this hour, save for the occasional passerby. Yet somehow, despite the openness of it all, you felt cornered.
Jing Yuan didn’t speak much, but the silence between you was anything but comfortable. When you finally arrived at your door, you turned to him quickly, hoping to end the night before he could push further. "Thank you for the dinner, General."
Jing Yuan smiled. "No need to be so formal. After all," he reached out, lightly brushing his fingers against the back of your hand, "we're much closer now, aren’t we?"
Your breath caught in your throat, but before you could step back, he withdrew his hand with a chuckle.
"Rest well, I'll see you at work tomorrow."
With that, he turned and walked away, his figure slowly disappearing into the night.
-----
Jing Yuan had been in a good mood that morning.
You had shyly asked for his help, relied on him, and even allowed him to walk you home. His patience was paying off, you were already beginning to lean on him, just as he had planned.
So when he strolled into the office, humming softly to himself, he expected to find you waiting for him, as usual.
Instead, what he saw made his easygoing expression freeze.
There you were, standing beside another officer, chatting casually as if the exhaustion from yesterday had never existed.
Jing Yuan’s sharp eyes immediately honed in on the scene—on the way you nodded, the small laugh you let out at something the officer said.
That wasn’t part of the plan.
The lazy, pleased expression he had worn all morning dulled into something unreadable.
Slowly, he stepped forward, his presence casting a long shadow as he approached.
Your conversation stalled the moment you noticed him. The officer beside you stiffened, standing at attention.
"Ah, General!" the officer greeted with forced politeness. "Good morning."
Jing Yuan’s golden eyes didn’t even acknowledge him. Instead, they remained on you.
"Good morning," he said pleasantly, but there was no warmth in his voice. "I hope I’m not… interrupting anything important?"
"No, we were just talking about-"
"Ah, I see," Jing Yuan interrupted "And here I thought you had your hands full with work."
The officer looked between the two of you, sensing the tension. "I should get going" he mumbled quickly before excusing himself.
"Was something wrong?"
Jing Yuan chuckled, shaking his head. "Not at all," he said lightly, stepping closer. "I just found it surprising."
"Surprising?"
"That you still have the energy to entertain idle chatter… after all that work."
You opened your mouth to respond, but before you could, Jing Yuan placed a hand on your shoulder—gentle, yet firm enough to root you in place.
"Come now" he murmured, voice as smooth as silk. "There’s still plenty to do, isn’t there?"
In that moment, you understood—he wasn’t pleased.
And he wouldn’t let this slide.
The tension from the morning never fully left.
Jing Yuan acted as if nothing had happened, his usual lazy smile in place, his voice carrying the same smooth, amused tone.
But you could feel it.
The real punishment began soon after.
It started subtly.
Your workload, already overwhelming, suddenly doubled.
Requests that would usually be divided among the other assistants somehow all ended up on your desk. Forms, reports, urgent documents—all requiring immediate attention, all piling up at an alarming rate.
By noon, you could barely breathe under the pressure.
Still, you pushed through, refusing to give him the satisfaction of seeing you struggle.
But just as you were starting to make progress, Jing Yuan’s voice interrupted your focus.
"Ah, this one’s incorrect." he mused, holding up a form you had completed earlier.
You blinked, frowning. "But I—"
"Fix it for me, won’t you?" he cut in smoothly, placing it back on your desk.
You stared at the document, confusion creeping in. You were certain you had filled it out correctly. But when you reached for another, you saw that the one you had submitted before, the one he himself had approved, was suddenly filled with minor errors.
Mistakes that hadn’t been there before.
Had he… altered them?
Before you could question it, he spoke again, his tone light and teasing.
"It’s unlike you to be so careless" he mused, resting his chin on his hand as he watched you. "Are you perhaps… distracted?"
He was toying with you.
And yet, what could you say?
Accusing him directly would only backfire.
So, you swallowed your frustration and forced yourself to keep working.
By the time evening arrived, exhaustion clung to you like a second skin. You could barely think straight, your hands aching from the relentless writing. Just as you were about to gather your things to leave, a shadow fell over your desk. Jing Yuan.
"You’ve worked so hard today" he said, his voice like silk. "Why don’t I treat you to dinner again?"
Your body screamed for rest, but you knew—this wasn’t an invitation.
It was a test.
And you already knew what happened to those who disappointed him.
So, with a quiet nod, you accepted.
And just like that, he won again.

Mark
Mark isn’t the best with expressing emotions, but when he realizes how much words mean to you, he makes an effort.
You sigh, looking out the window of your shared apartment. “Sometimes… I just wonder if I’m enough.”
Mark’s eyes widen, setting down his guitar. “What? What are you talking about? Of course, you are.”
You hesitate. “You don’t say it often. I know you care, but I just—”
Mark gently grabs your hands. “Hey. Listen to me. You are the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I mean it. You make my days better, you’re my safe place. I love you, and I’ll remind you as many times as you need, okay?”
Your heart flutters at his sincerity. “Okay.”
He chuckles, leaning in to kiss your forehead. “I’ll say it every day if it makes you feel secure. Because you’re more than enough for me.”
Renjun
Renjun doesn’t always say how much he loves you—he shows it.
One evening, you come home exhausted, barely able to keep your eyes open. “Renjun, I—”
Before you can finish, he gently pushes you toward the couch. “Shh, just sit. I got this.”
You blink as he brings over a tray of hot soup, tea, and your favorite snacks. “You cooked?”
He nods, his ears turning red. “You’ve been working too hard. I don’t like seeing you so tired.”
You smile, touched by his thoughtfulness. “You’re amazing, you know that?”
He huffs, but his lips twitch into a smile. “Just eat. And don’t think of anything else, okay? I’ll take care of everything.”
Jeno
Jeno isn’t overly affectionate in public, but with you, he’s all about physical touch.
You sigh, rubbing your temples after a long day. Jeno notices immediately, pulling you into his arms. “Rough day?”
You nod against his chest. “Yeah.”
Instead of saying anything, he just holds you, rubbing soothing circles on your back. His warmth melts away your stress.
“You always know what I need,” you mumble.
He chuckles, resting his chin on your head. “That’s ‘cause I know you better than anyone.”
You close your eyes, letting yourself relax in his embrace. With Jeno, actions speak louder than words.
Haechan
Haechan believes love is best shown through time spent together.
“Let’s go out!” he announces one evening.
You glance up from your book. “Haechan, it’s late.”
“So? We can go get late-night snacks. Just you and me.”
You hesitate, but the sparkle in his eyes convinces you. Soon, you’re walking down the quiet streets, hand in hand.
Haechan grins, swinging your arms. “I just wanna be with you, you know?”
You smile. “Even if it’s just for snacks?”
“Especially if it’s for snacks,” he teases before his expression softens. “Nah, I just… love spending time with you. Doesn’t matter what we’re doing.”
Your heart swells with warmth. “Me too.”
Jaemin
Jaemin’s love language is a mix of touch and words.
One evening, you’re sitting beside him, feeling insecure. “Do you think I’m… good enough?”
Jaemin frowns and immediately pulls you into his lap. “What? Who put that thought in your head?”
You shrug. “I just… feel that way sometimes.”
He cups your face, forcing you to meet his gaze. “You’re perfect to me. And if anyone ever makes you doubt that, tell me so I can fight them.”
You giggle, but your heart flutters at his sincerity. “You’re so dramatic.”
“Only for you,” he says, pressing kisses to your forehead. “I’ll keep reminding you until you believe it.”
Chenle
For Chenle, love is shown through thoughtful gifts.
“Open it,” he says, handing you a beautifully wrapped box.
You blink in surprise. “But… it’s not a special occasion.”
He shrugs. “Who cares? I saw it and thought of you.”
You open the box to find a necklace with a charm shaped like something meaningful between you two. Tears prick your eyes. “Chenle… this is perfect.”
He grins. “Well, duh. I have good taste.”
You hug him tightly. “Thank you.”
He laughs but hugs you back. “I just want you to have little things that remind you of me.”
Jisung
Jisung is shy about affection, but he shows his love through time spent together and subtle touches.
One afternoon, he drags you to the practice room. “I want to teach you a dance.”
You pout. “But I’m terrible at dancing.”
He grins. “I’ll help you.”
As he guides you through the steps, his hands linger on your waist, keeping you steady. “See? You’re doing great.”
You laugh. “Only because you won’t let me fall.”
“Of course not,” he says softly, holding your hand tighter. “I’d never let you fall.”
Your heart skips a beat. Maybe dancing with Jisung isn’t so bad after all.

Let's Talk About Ir Abelas, Da'ean
As some of you may know, I am vehemently against the dishonest use of AI in fandom and creative spaces. It has been brought to my attention by many, many people (and something I myself have thought on many times) that there is a DreadRook fic that is super popular and confirmed to be written at least partially with AI. I have the texts to prove it was written (at least) with the help of the Grammarly Rewrite generative feature.
Before I go any further, let it be known I was friends with this author; their use of rewrite features is something they told me and have told many other people who they have shared their fic with. It is not however, at the time of posting this, tagged or mentioned on their fic on AO3, in any capacity. I did in fact reach out to the author before making this post. They made absolutely no attempt to agree to state the use of Rewrite AI on their fic, nor be honest or upfront (in my opinion) about the possibility of their fic being complete generative AI. They denied the use of generative AI as a whole, though they did confirm (once again) use of the rewrite feature on Grammarly.
That all said: I do not feel comfortable letting this lie; since I have been asked by many people to make this, this post is simply for awareness.
You can form your own opinion, if you wish to. In fact, I encourage you to do such.
Aside from the, once again, high volume word output of around 352K words in less than 3 months (author says they had 10 chapters pre-written over "about a month" before they began posting; they are also on record saying they can write 5K-10K daily) from November until now, I have also said if you are familiar with AI services or peruse AI sites like ChatGPT, C.AI, J.AI, or any others similar to these, AI writing is very easy to pick out.
After some intense digging, research, and what I believe to be full confirmation via AI detection software used by professional publishers, there is a large and staggering possibility that the fic is almost entirely AI generated, bar some excerpts and paragraphs, here and there. I will post links below of the highly-resourced detection software that a few paragraphs and an entire chapter from this fic were plugged into; you are more than welcome to do with this information what you please.
I implore you to use critical thinking skills, and understand that when this many pieces in a work come back with such a high percentage of AI detected, that there is something going on. (There was a plethora of other AI detection softwares used that also corroborate these findings; I only find it useful to attach the most reputable source.)
Excerpts:
82% Likely Written by AI, 4% Plagiarism Match
98% Likely Written by AI, 2% Plagiarism Match
100% Likely Written by AI, 4% Plagiarism Match
Some excerpts do in fact come back as 100% likely written by human; however, this does not mean that the author was not using the Grammarly Paraphrase/Rewrite feature for these excerpts.
The Grammarly Paraphrase/Rewrite feature does not typically clock as AI generative text, and alongside the example below, many excerpts from other fics were take and put through this feature, and then fed back into the AI detection software. Every single one came back looking like this, within 2% of results:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So, in my opinion, and many others, this goes beyond the use of the simple paraphrase/rewrite feature on Grammarly.
Entire Chapter (Most Recent):
67% Likely Written by AI
As well, just for some variety, another detection software that also clocked plagiarism in the text:
15% Plagiarism Match
To make it clear that I am not simply 'jealous' of this author or 'angry' at their work for simply being a popular work in the fandom, here are some excerpts from other fanfics in this fandom and in other fandoms that were ran through the same exact same detection software, all coming back as 100% human written. (If you would like to run my fic through this software or any others, you are more than welcome to. I do not want to run the risk of OP post manipulation, so I did not include my own.)
The Wolf's Mantle
100% Likely Human Written, 2% Plagiarism Match
A Memory Called Desire
99% Likely Human Written
Brand Loyalty
100% Likely Human Written
Heart of The Sun
98% Likely Human Written
Whether you choose to use AI in your own fandom works is entirely at your own discretion. However, it is important to be transparent about such usage.
AI has many negative impacts for creatives across many mediums, including writers, artists, and voice actors.
If you use AI, it should be tagged as such, so that people who do not want to engage in AI works can avoid engaging with it if they wish to.

Is a Heart of a Woman…
Tumblr media
Indya leaned over the large island in the kitchen of the house she shared with her boyfriend of three years, Isayah.
Pissed wasn't even the word. She was livid.
Moments ago she received a random message from an unknown number. It was a message every woman dreads to get.
A coming to you as a woman message.
Normally she would ignore it, majority of the time it was just women trying to ruin their relationship. She knew how popular Isayah has become in the last year. His wrestling career really taking off this past year. She knew groupies came with this lifestyle. She had trusted him. But this was a constant cycle they went through.
But this message was different. It had actual concrete proof. Pictures, screenshots and screen recordings of multiple messages and FaceTime calls.
She couldn't help but to feel the hurt and betrayal. Most of all she was more upset with herself. Knowing that this wasn't the first time, but continuously keep giving him second chances.
She was so focused on the messages. Continuously scrolling through them, in denial, trying to find something that didn't make this true. The more she kept looking it the more she became upset. Indya was so focused on the messages until the familiar ringtone, signaling an incoming FaceTime from Isayah, came to her phone.
When she answered the phone she could see he was outside somewhere. Seem like he was talking to someone beside before his focus turned to the phone. "What's up ma, you good?"
"I'm coo'" she was very short with him. Her attitude evident as he furrowed his brows together. She walked into the living room, propping the phone on the table before sitting on the couch.
Isayah could sense her energy through the phone. "You sure? Yo' tone says otherwise" concern laced in his voice.
"Who's Erica?" She didn't waste any time, crossing her arms waiting for an answer.
Isayah scrunched up his eyebrow, a look of confusion on his face "What'chu talkin' about?"
She rolled her eyes before continuing to speak. "I won't ask again Isayah," she stated pointedly "who is Erica?"
He looked away briefly before looking down into the phone "I don't know what'chu talkin' bout Indy"
"So we're going down the route of acting like we're dumb" she nodded her head. She grabbed her phone off the table, going to the message thread. Once she pulled it up she sent all the messages and screen recordings to him.
Isayah phone dinged from the other end. She watched his face as he read through the messages. He kissed his teeth, exiting out the thread. "Indya that's someone I used to deal with a long time ago. Haven't seen that girl in years"
"Do you really expect me to believe that?" Indya frowned. "You must take me as a dumb bitch if you think I'ma just let you sit here and lie to me when there's fucking proof!" she raised her voice. Getting more and more upset.
"You just gon' believe her over what I'm tellin' you. I'm yo' man right?" Isayah voice rising with every word.
"Are you my man though?" Indya lifted an eyebrow. She stared right back at him as he shot dagger through the screen.
"Indya, stop fuckin' playin' with me. I told you I ain't seen that girl in years, the fuck you trippin' for?" Indya was token back from his words, before nodding her head.
"You know what since you wanna play dumb, I'll act fucking stupid. Go be with that bitch and stay the fuck away from me. You're single, fuck you!" Indya hung up before he could get another word in. She threw her phone down, before placing her head in her hands. She felt the tears that have been threatening to fall for a while. The constant ringing of her phone, as Isayah kept calling and texting, sounded throughout the living room.
After a while, she wiped her eyes before grabbing her phone and blocking his number. Heading upstairs to sleep the night off.
Tumblr media
[Few Days Later]
Indya was out on a girl's day with her best friends, Sabrina and Tara. They got her out the house to take her mind off the fight she had a few days ago with Isayah. Refusing to let their friend to wallow in her feelings.
They spent the day shopping, getting their nails done, and were currently at their favorite restaurant to have lunch.
After placing their order with their server, Sabrina looked over at Indya. "We've been avoiding this conversation all day, but I think it's time to address it" Tara nodded knowing what Sabrina was getting into. "How are you feeling Indy?"
Indya sighed, throwing her head back slightly "I think I am just more mad at myself for continuing to keep taking him back."
"You can't be upset with yourself about that," Tara grabbed Indya's hand "It is not your fault that he can't grow up and see what an amazing woman he has and to treat you accordingly"
Sabrina nodded in agreement before adding in her two cents "You have been nothing but great towards him and will literally drop everything just to make sure he's ok. We all make mistakes but it's just how we learn from it"
Indya nodded. Taking in her best friends words. "It's just so hard because I really do love him." she sniffled a bit, wiping the tear that fell.
"We understand girl," Tara sympathize with her best friend "but sometimes love isn't worth the hurt he's causing you"
"What do you plan on doing now?" Sabrina asked as she leaned back in her chair.
Indya sat in silence for a moment, she knew what she had to do. The decision didn't come so lightly "I'm done and forreal this time. I can't keep doing this"
"We your girls, we love you and will support you" Sabrina smiled grabbing her other hand. Tara nodding in agreement.
Indya blinked back more tears smiling at both her best friends. Truly appreciative of them. "Thanks I love y'all"
Soon the server brought over their food and the conversation shifted to something lighter. For the first time in a last few days Indya felt a weight lifted off her shoulders. Forgetting about the drama and enjoying the rest of the time with her best friends.
They paid the bill once they were done. Hopping into Sabrina's car, she started heading towards Indya's house. When the pulled up Indya sighed when she noticed Isayah's car in the driveway.
He was back after being gone for a week due to having shows and appearances. Sabrina looked over at Indya, a certain look in her eye. "Do you need us to come in with you?"
Indya shook her head as she grabbed her keys out her purse "It's fine"
"You sure?" Tara leaned up from the front seat "We can just go in and beat his ass real quick and get your stuff"
Indya softly laughed at her friends "I promise I'll be fine. I'll text y'all"
"Ok," Sabrina said unsure "you better text us"
Indya promised she would text them as she got out, Tara taking her place in the passenger seat. She waved bye to them before walking up to the front door. She blew out a breathe before unlocking the door going inside.
Tumblr media
When she walked in Isayah was standing in the middle of the living room. She turned to the door locking it.
"Where you been?" Isayah questioned, watching her every movement. Indya ignored him, throwing her keys in the bowl by the door. Walking right by him. He furrowed his eye brow as he watched her walk towards the stairs.
With quick movements he grabbed upper arm, making her turn towards him. "You hear me talkin' to you"
"Unless you're here to admit to what the fuck you did, we don't have shit to talk about" she tried ripping her arm away from him. This caused him to grip tighter.
"I keep telling' yo' ass that ain't shit happen between me and that girl" His frown deepened looking her dead in the eyes.
"She literally sent me screenshots of y'all messages!" Indya felt her temper slowly increase the longer he held her arm. She was beginning to become frustrated.
"Her ass could've faked those messages and yo' goofy ass sitting here believin' them!" He raised his voice slightly.
Indya widen her eyes in shock. In disbelief of what he said. She pushed on his chest, finally releasing herself from his grip. "Explain the pictures and videos of y'all on FaceTime then Isayah! Do you think I'm dumb?!"
"Indya tread lightly on how you speakin' to me. This is your warnin'" He squinted his eyes her direction. This only fueled the petty side of her. No longer caring how she was making him feel.
"I don't give a fuck, you ain't scaring shit over here. You can go be with that bitch and y'all both can be hoes together!" She turned to go up the stairs, but before she could, she was pulled back.
Isayah wrapped a hand around the based of her throat, pulled her close which made her look up his towering frame. She slightly shuddered at the the look in his eyes. His eyes going completely dark, a mix of anger and lust lingering inside them.
"I done let'chu get fly at the mouth one too many times. Now it's time for you to listen to me" Indya was getting upset with herself for just how quick she submits to him. Knowing that this was the issue in the ever ending cycle of their relationship.
First their good, then she catches him cheating, he uses his manipulative ways, he dicks her down and then the cycle starts over.
He could see the wheels turning in her head. Knowing she was going to try to resist he quickly scooped her up, making his way up the stairs to their shared room.
He plopped her on the bed, hovering over her. Placing both hands on the sides of her head. He leaned down placing kisses along her neck and behind her ear.
Indya didn't want to fall into the same old pattern again. She took her hands, pushing against his chest. "Isayah we can-" her breathe hitched as he sucked on the spot right below her ear.
Surely leaving a mark, he took one of his hands trialing down her sides til he reached the hem of the shorts she was wearing. His hands found their way in, brushing against her wet folds.
Indya softly moaned, arching more into his touch. He entered one finger in her, groaning at how wet and tight she was. He leaned up to look her in the eyes, entering another finger. Indya moaning out as he quickened his movements.
"What were you sayin' baby?" Indya couldn't make up any coherent sentences, as her core tightened. "You want me to stop?" When he didn't get a response he slowed down "Do you want me to stop?" his voice deepened. Indya eyes popped open looking at him.
She whined as she moved her hips, desperate for any type of friction. Isayah took his other hand, placing them on her hips to still her movements. "No I don't want you to stop" completely submitting to him.
Satisfied with her answer he pulled her shorts and underwear off, leaving her lower half completely bare. He removed his shirt, throwing it across the room.
He left wet kisses trailing down her chest and stomach til he was leveled with her intimate area.
He skipped all the teasing, quickly latching on to her sensitive bundle on nerves, switching from flicking his tongue across it and slightly sucking on it. His fingers entered her once more.
Indya loudly moaned at the double stimulation. She grabbed at the sheets on the bed, trying to ground herself. "F-fuck Isayah .. I'm cumming"
Isayah sped up the strokes of his fingers. Hitting her spot continuously, Indya reaching her climax soon afterwards.
Isayah sat up, cupping her chin with his hands "open up for me baby" Indya stuck out her tongue, knowing exactly what he wanted. He stuck his fingers in her mouth, letting her lick off all her juices off his fingers. Once she was done he brought her into a searing kiss, tasting her sweet essence.
He pulled away looking her deep in her eyes. "Face down. Ass up. You better arch how I like it"  he stated in a commanding tone.
Indya wasted time doing exactly what he said. Arching her back just how he liked. Isayah let out a groan of approval, sending a smack to her backside.
As Indya waiting in anticipation, she heard the soft sound of a zipper, as Isayah shredded the last bit of clothing, coming up right behind her. She felt Isayah glide the tip between her wet folds.
He slowly pushed in, Indya moaning out as he stretched her out. He stilled for few moments to allow her time to adjust. "Fuck, you're so tight for me ma"
Craving more, Indya moved her hips back. Isayah taking it as a sign, picking up his rhythm quickly. Indya screamed out as he practically fucked her into the bed.
She brought her back against his abdomen, trying to slow him down. He quickly grabbed her wrist, pinning it against her back. "Ain't no running. You been talkin' yo' shit, talk it now"
Indya couldn't think, her brain clouded by the immense pleasure he was giving her.
"I-Isayah I can't!" she moaned out loud. Feeling that familiar burn in the pit of her stomach.
"Shut the fuck up and take it. This what'chu wanted right" Indya moaned loudly, Isayah groaned as he felt her clench around his length. He knew she was getting close and stopped all movements causing Indya to whimper. "You don't get to cum til I tell you to"
Isayah grabbed her other arm, holding both in one hand. He rammed back into her, causing Indya to gasp loudly. Isayah's strokes were relentless.
The only sounds throughout the room were their skin slapping together, "Fuck, look at'chu takin' it for daddy so well" He sent a smack to her backside, Indya moaning at the stinging sensation.
"Baby I can't hold it," she let out a breathy moan, her climax being so close "I need to cum please" she begged desperately.
Once again Isayah stopped his strokes abruptly, pulling out of her. He laid down, pulling her on top of him. "You want yo' nut, you gotta earn it"
Indya straddled his waist, reaching back grabbing a whole of his length. She slowly slid down, both groaning at the contact. He took a hold of her hips, bringing her down more, engulfing all of him.  "S-shit"
Indya placed one hand on his chest as she slowly went up and down. She moaned at the new angle she was in. Isayah hitting a new spot. Indya threw her head back as she picked up the pace.
"Who pussy is it" Isayah wrapped his hand around her throat "hmm, tell daddy who pussy this is"
Indya gasped, feeling that burn in the stomach "Fuck daddy it's yours"
She rotated her hips, earning a deep guttural groan from Isayah. "Fuck, you ain't leaving' me." He moaned out again, feeling his release brewing "Damn, you feel so good baby keep it right there."
She smiled inwardly. Feeling a little motivated sped up her movement, the grip he had on her hips tightened. "Isayah I'm cumming" she whined out.
Isayah felt her movements slow down, he sent another smack to her backside causing her to whimper. "Keep goin' and you better not fuckin' stop, daddy cummin' wit'chu"
With his hands wrapped around her waist he assisted by moving her faster up and down. Indya let out a drawn out moan as she released.
Her released triggering Isayah's own, pulling her into a searing kiss as they both came down from their euphoric high.
Tumblr media
Indya woke up, feeling extremely groggy and sore from the events earlier. She groaned as she turned over, seeing Isayah still sleep. She heart feeling heavy, remembering everything that happened.
She reached for her phone seeing she had multiple missed calls and messages from Sabrina and Tara.
Bri🔥: Indya are you good? Bri🔥: I swear if something happened I will sliced tf out of that big ass Samoan idc Tara❤️: Girl you need to call us back. Tara❤️: Bri is going crazy over here. You better call soon or we're pulling up.
Indya quickly texted them both back, telling them that she was ok and that she would explain in a little bit. She noticed it was a quarter after midnight. She quickly but quietly got up, throwing her clothes from earlier back on.
When she looked back at Isayah, she felt rage start to build inside of her. Many thoughts were going through her mind. Then an idea clicked. She acted quickly, going into the closet and started grabbing his clothes.
She moved quietly, not wanting to wake him up. She walked outside going over to Isayah's Mercedes, stuffing the clothes in there. She repeated this process about 3 more times. She grabbed the keys, backing the car away from the house.
She went back inside grabbing the bags she had already packed, putting them in her car. Turning towards Isaiah's car once more, she took a lighter out of her pocket, flicking it on.
She hovered the flame over a piece of clothing til it caught the flame. Quickly spreading to other article of clothing.
Indya stood there for a moment, staring at the flame. Feeling it burn away all the hurt Isayah has cause her, feeling a sense of calm. She was quickly token out of her trance when she heard noise come from the house. Knowing it was Isayah coming, she quickly got in her car, starting it.
When she started backing up she saw him run out the house with nothing but a towel wrapped around his waist.
He saw his car in-flamed, his eyes widening in shock and rage "Indya what the fuck?!"
"Have fun with that bitch!" She quickly pulled off as he tried running towards the car.
Indya couldn't help but laugh but also cry as she felt the overwhelming feeling of freedom and her shoulders feeling lighter.
She didn't know how she did it but she found herself pulling in to Sabrina's house. Grabbing her things, she walked up the short walk way, knocking on the door.
The wait wasn't long, as Sabrina quickly opened up the door, staring at her friend. Eyes drifting to the bags beside her. Without saying a word she grabbed a bag, leading Indya in the house and to the guest bedroom.
She turned towards Indya, stood in the middle of the room. Silently crying. She brought her into hug as Indya began sobbing on her shoulder.
"I am here for you. I am so proud of you, finally choosing yourself" She let her cry on her shoulder for a while til she stopped. She pulled out the hug, wiping her friend's tears. "Get some sleep and we'll talk in the morning" leaving the room.
Indya sighed, going into one of the bags, changing into a pajama set. She crawled in the bed, engulfing herself with the pillows and blankets, sleep finding her quickly.

Tumblr media
The tears that had fallen down your flushed cheeks almost felt frozen against your skin. The funeral was just a sickening reminder of what once was, was now gone.
Your sister had been one of your best friends in some of the darkest times of the span of your life, helping you cross paths with obstacles and holding your hand to reassure you she’d never let go.
And once you’d found out you were going to be an aunt to two beautiful girls, you were elated — buy little dresses and shoes for both.
Anna had won at life in every aspect.
Including Friedrich.
A man whom you’d spotted one morning while you’d gone for a walk. A man who’d caught your attention by how beautiful he was to you — sad blue eyes, dark hair, pale skin.
You’d never hold anger for Anna for finding someone who loved her just as much as she deserved — even if you longed for that feeling. Even if you longed for who was showing her that love.
Now grief is heavy in your chest. There’s something missing — and if you didn’t know any better, you’d think someone had stolen your heart.
The Priest’s voice slowly fades out into silence, a ringing in your ear replacing the prayer.
Please forgive me, Lord. You manage a small prayer in your mind, yet you have yet to blink away a blurry vision of the caskets being led away and towards their final resting place.
Your chin quivers slightly, eyebrows pinching together in what could only be described as anguish from anyone who looks at you. You can feel the eyes of Ellen who looks drained and tired.
You can’t manage to meet the eyes of anyone else.
Once the Priest has closed the book in his hand, your feet are quick to walk away, not wanting to be there any longer than what you had to.
A shuddering breath leaves your parted lips, a slight stumble in your steps. It seems like a never ending path towards the carriage. A gloved hand quickly reaches out towards the door, making you stop in your steps.
“I need to make sure you get home safely.”
Your eyes drift over towards Friedrich. His blue eyes pop out more from his bloodshot, teary eyes. Snow dusts the shoulders of his jacket and hat.
Shaking your head, you look away quickly. “No. I will be fine.”
“This is not a negotiation.”
Clenching your jaw, the door opens and his hand lands on your back to help you inside. Sitting down on the left side, he steps inside and sits in front of you. Once he shuts the door, the sounds of the horses trotting are muffled as the carriage begins to move.
The weight of his heavy stare remains on you the remainder of the way, the nauseous feeling almost dizzying. It makes you bite down on your tongue slightly as your eyes remain on the bare trees as you pass.
The inside of your home is warm. It was small, even if you could afford a bigger home, you had no one to share that with. A small one was just as good.
Your back straightens when the door closes and you glance over at Friedrich who looks around the home. You look away and pull at your gloves. “I am home now,” You place them on the table along with your jacket. “You can leave.”
It’s silent for a moment. Then you hear a small sigh. “Why are you trying to dismiss me? I am trying…” He trails off. You remain with your back towards him, picking at the skin around your nails. You flinch when his hand suddenly wraps around your bicep, turning you towards him.
You look mortified, he notices. At that, he frowns and tilts his head when you look away, trying to follow your line of sight. “Why are you practically avoiding me? You can’t even look at me!”
“Because looking at you makes me sick!” You finally snap, looking at him finally. Even if there was no reason to raise your voice, there also wasn’t much to push you over the edge at the moment. “I can not bear to look at you without…” You trail off, your chin quivering once again.
Your hands lift to cover your face, a sob escaping once again causing your shoulders to shake and knees to buckle.
Friedrich’s hands are quick to capture your sides, his own knees falling with you to the ground. Shaking your head, your hands push at his arms. “No. No,” Your voice cracks and wavers. “Don’t touch me. I don’t want you to touch me!”
He allows you to push at his arms, yet he never relents. Once your clawing and desperate attempts to push his arms away, your own arms fall slowly against your side, your cheek pressed against his chest as you continue to cry.
His hand lifts and holds the back of your head, a small furrow to his brows as his own eyes begin to water once again. Pushing your head back with his hand, you look up at him with a shuddering chest. His head tilts as he looks at you, eyeing the loose strands of hair that stick to your cheeks.
Lips pulled into a frown, he pushes those strands away gently. Your brows pinch together and your eyes slowly close as your head turns. His thumb presses into the corner of your mouth — a gentle, soft press.
In another timeline, this would’ve been what you wanted — the feeling of his breath against your cheek and the nudge of his nose against yours as his lips brush over your bottom lip.
Shaking your head, you turn it quickly and feel as his nose presses into your cheekbone now. “No. I can not do this to my sister,” You whisper. “I can not do it to you or myself,” Your voice quivers.
“You are only hurting, Friedrich.”
“And so are you.” He whispers. Your head turns slowly, resting your forehead against his, nudging the tip of your nose against his softly.
“I won’t do this,” You shake your head. “I…I love you. I always have. But if I allow myself what I’ve always wanted, I’m betraying Anna. I will not allow myself to give in to you.”
His chin quivers this time, his thumb brushing over your cheek as he stares at you quietly. Hand lifting slowly, you place it over his as your cheek leans into his rough palm slightly.
His lips are shaky and the small laugh he lets out is more like a puff of air. “Can I stay just this one night?” He whispers.
Staring at him quietly, your mind renders you speechless for a moment. If you say yes would you still be betraying your sister? Would that be giving in to something selfish?
Turning your head, your lips press against his palm softly before pulling away.
Anna. Forgive me.
“You can stay.”

Reliving Roleplay Fever with a Warrior Cat Adventure!
I started this Tumblr account because, like many of you, I’ve been feeling the weight of missing those amazing roleplay moments. You know the ones I mean—the times when everything just clicks, when the stories unfold in ways you never expected, and you’re fully immersed in a world you and others have built together. It’s always those special sessions, that one moment, or maybe a series of memories that you just can’t shake. You know what I’m talking about, right? I think we all have that one RP that we just can’t forget.
I want to get back into roleplay because it’s something I’ve always loved, and there’s just something about the creative energy and the stories we can tell with other people. I’m planning on still talking about roleplays and lore in general, because it’s so interesting seeing everyone’s perspectives and hearing other people's stories. But... I think I might start a roleplay again myself. If I do, it’ll probably be Warrior Cats-based, mostly because who doesn’t feel the nostalgia of being an angry little kitty again? It’s a world with so much to explore and create, and I just think it’d be a fun thing to dive back into.
That said, it’ll likely be a little while before it opens up because I want to get the website set up just right—proper coding, neat layout, all that. I also want to touch up my preexisting litter roll and make sure everything looks nice and polished before I officially launch.
So, if you're interested in joining or just want to hear more, please let me know in the poll! Even if there’s not a huge interest, I’ll definitely still go ahead with it because, honestly, world-building and character creation have always been my absolute favorite parts of roleplaying. No matter what, I think it’s something I’ll enjoy as a hobby.
I would share a pic of the litter generator but its kind of large and even zoomed out it doesn't all fit. I'll try to get a video of it at some point for those interested in that type of thing! Some cool features it currently has:
Genetic Inheritance: Picks traits from both parents or just one for variety!
Mutation Possibilities: Introduces mutation chances (e.g., 0.3-10%) for added surprises.
Fertility System: Adjusts the fertility rate based on genetics, affecting litter sizes and chances of success.
Chance Breakdown: Some traits have multiple chances within chances. For example, the eye roll might first give a chance for heterochromia, and then, if it rolls, it splits further—whether the left eye is mom’s, dad’s, or a random combination!

prompt list
Tumblr media Tumblr media
connor bedard was the love of your life.
was.
officially, you had been with him for two years, but you knew him longer than that. the two of you sharing a bond stronger than anything throughout your childhood.
it had been one year since the end of said relationship, one year since he had left you crying in front of your apartment as he walked away with your heart, and one year since you had lost your best friend and lover in one fell swoop, your twin flame.
you grieved like never before. it was almost worse than grieving someone who was dead, because he was still out there, keeping your heart captive.
you couldn't even remember what the first few weeks after the breakup were like. you had locked yourself away in your apartment, letting your entire being be consumed by sorrow.
it truly came out of nowhere, the two of you were happy. or at least, you thought you were.
"connor, what are you talking about?" your smile faltered as he stood in front of you, hands in his pockets while he stared at you with that emotionless expression he always had. "it's just not working." his words rang in your ears and you could feel the reality settle in.
your lips moved to speak but shut just as quickly. you didn't know what to say, how could you? the two of you just worked, he was your soulmate and you were his. he had seen every part of you, felt every part of you, taken every part of you. you gave him your everything,
so what the hell wasn't working?
that's the question that you had destroyed yourself over for the past year. when connor left you, he had taken a piece of your soul with him, and you weren't sure if you'd ever get it back. and so, you'd spend the rest of your life yearning for that piece, yearning for him.
while you were together he was always on your mind of course, but now it felt as if he had taken over you, your thoughts consumed by nothing more than him. you could only think of the sound of his comforting voice, which was now starting to fade away. you could only think of the way his smile could make your heart melt in an instant. you could only think of the way his lips molded to yours as he kissed you. it was like he had left a poison in you when he left, ensuring that he would be the only one you'd ever love.
it wasn't healthy, is what your friends told you. it wasn't healthy to still be hung up on your ex boyfriend after a whole year. but he was more than that, he was your partner, in every sense of the word. you had gone through everything with him, been there for him when no one else was.
now the only thing you were going through was his instagram, scrolling the feed that had already been graced by that little red heart. he was doing good, better than good. maybe you were holding him back, not allowing him to shine as bright as he could. that's all you ever wanted for him, so why couldn't you accept this?
you found yourself going through old photos and texts, not having deleted his number even after a year. soon you found your thumb hovering over his name in your contacts, your mind daring you to call him.
and so you did.
it rang once.
then it rang twice.
and just as it was about to ring that third time, as you were about to hang up knowing he'd never respond, you heard his voice.
"hello?" he spoke softly and you felt your whole body tense as you heard the voice that you once sought out for comfort. sure, you had put yourself in this situation, but you didn't think he would actually pick up.
your breath was shaky as you spoke, "i can't..." your voice cracked, and you were glad he couldn't see you in this pathetic state.
"y/n?"
"i can't get you out of my head." your voice was barely above a whisper, yet he caught every single word.
"it's been a year." he spoke sternly, as if you didn't recognize that, and suddenly it felt like you were being transported right back to that night where he had first broken your heart.
your eyes welled with tears as you heard him sigh over the phone, did he not miss you the way you missed him?
"why did you end it?" you asked, feeling your heartrate increase, you shouldn't have called him like this.
"y/n why are you-"
"tell me." you pleaded as the tears fell down onto your cheeks. a lifetime ago he would've been the one to wipe them away, telling you he'd never let anything hurt you, but he ended up being the one to.
the other end went silent for a moment before he spoke, "i didn't love you anymore."
you felt your heart drop deeper than it ever had, never expecting him to answer in such a way. "why? did i do something wrong?" you didn't know why you bothered asking, he didn't give you a reason then, and he probably wouldn't now.
"i had more important things to focus on." he rubbed salt in the wound, as if you were never important to him. as if you weren't the first name he'd call for whenever something happened to him, as if you weren't the one to carry his weight when he felt like he couldn't continue, as if you weren't the one who kept the flame of his soul alight. he didn't care as much as you did, he never did.
and so you hung up.
call ended.
connor looked down at his phone, "fuck." his lip quivered as he tried to hold it together.
you were always the most important thing to him, and that's why he had to let you go. he didn't want to tie you down, a ball and chain keeping you from pursuing your own dreams as you followed him around the nhl.
he knew you'd be alright eventually, and he knew that you’d find someone who could give you all their love in ways he couldn’t. after all he knew you better than you knew yourself.
and that's why he selfishly kept a piece of your heart, because he never truly wanted to let you go.

But I'm Your GF!/Finally Some Arkos.
Tumblr media
Pyrrha:
*glug*
*glug*
*exhale*
Barkeep, another!
Junior: I think you had enough.
Pyrrha: *throws glass*
Junior: Motherfu....
Pyrrha: I will tell you when I have enough!!!
Now pour me a drink, you sorry excuse for a bartender!
Junior: Okay sheesh. Don't blame me when you end up dead in a ditch.
*pours a stiff one*
Pyrrha: *glug*
*exhale*
See! That wasn't so hard now was it!
And leave the bottle.
Junior: *rolls eyes*
Hey Blondie you might want to keep your girlfriend from drinking herself to death. Just a small piece of advice.
Jaune: Uhmm... Pyrr. Don't you think you need to stop.
Pyrrha: *downs the entire glass*
And whose fault is that I have to drink so much in the first place?
Jaune: Me. But you only asked me to talk about my day?
Pyrrha: And you always talked about Ruby, Ruby, Ruby! I'm your girlfriend, Jaune!
Why won't you talk about me more!?
Jaune: Well I can't help it. Ruby is my friend and we share a lot of interests together.
Pyrrha: But I'm your partner.
I've been there for you from the start. I helped you with your training.
She didn't do anything!
Jaune: Hey now, Ruby sometimes helps me out too.
Pyrrha: Why are you always defending her!?
Tell me Jaune are you sleeping with her. Is that it?
Because that makes a lot of sense.
Jaune: Me with Ruby? No way!
We're just friend.
Pyrrha: J-just a friend?!!
I saw how you looked at Ruby. What kind of friend look at each other like that?
I also saw you cuddling with her on a sofa in the break room and on a bed.
Jaune: Ruby likes to cuddle, that's her way of showing affection and she sometimes gets very lonely at night.
Pyrrha: What?! She only ever did it with you!
Jaune: What can I say. Ruby just felt safer around me for some reason. That's what best friends usually are.
Pyrrha: Best friend! Best friend! Tell me Jaune does best friend shower together after training?
Jaune: Simple. She's my shower buddy. We're just showering together because we want to do our part to save water.
Junior: By the brothers, kid. What's wrong with you.
Pyrrha: Y-you are u-unbelieavable!!!
*stands up from her chair*
Hey everyone!
*belch*
My boyfriend is cheating on me with his best friend!
Jaune: Please, calm down Pyrrha...
Pyrrha: You don't get to calm me down. You cheater!
You think you can just do whatever you want just because you have a big dick!
Hey everyone did you know that my boyfriend's dick is so goddamn big that it should come with a choking hazard sign!
And he is such a great lover that he can make you cum multiple times with just his finger!
Crowd: *gasp*
Junior: Well that's my cue to stay away. You're on your own kid.
Jaune: Okay Pyrrha. Please come down from there let's talk about this at home. We don't need to make a scene.
Pyrrha: Then how come you never asked me to cuddle or shower with you?! Don't you know that I love you so much?
Jaune: I know that. And I'm sorry for making you feel that way. But rest assured that whatever feeling I have for Ruby is nothing like I have with you.
Pyrrha: *cry*
I'm sorry babe.... I know you and Ruby are just friends. And I agree that Ruby is a nice girl to hang out with.
It's just that every time you talk about her and be all happy about it. I felt a little neglected. I want to hang out with you too you know.
Jaune: Well maybe we can hang out together. All three of us.
Pyrrha: *sniffs* I-I mean if she's cool with it.
*doze off*
Jaune: Then I guess we will ask her together.
Pyrrha: *snore*
Jaune: Oh, I guess you're asleep now.
I'm sorry for everything my girlfriend does Junior. You can put it on my team's tab.
Junior: Urgh. Tell you what kid, it's on the house. Just get her the hell out of here.
Jaune: *heave*
???: Hey handsome. Here's my number if You want to hook up later.
Jaune: Uh... Thanks?
Back at the dorm
Ruby: Jaune, Pyrrha? What happened we were worried sick waiting for you... And why is she smelled like uncle Qrow before noon?
Pyrrha: Ugh...
*belch*
Ruby, keep your hands off... hrugh... My man.
Ruby: Excuse me?
Jaune: My guess is she just has too much to drink.
Ruby: Then we better put her to bed. I mean the rest of the team is already in one after they get tired of waiting.
Jaune: Thanks, Rubes.
*puts Pyrrha to bed*
By the way do you want to have a late night shower with me before we get to sleep? I've been sweating all night.
Ruby: Well... I mean it is good for the environment if we shower together...
So okay.
Pyrrha: * a single tear rolling down her cheek*
Jaune... You liar...
Then the both of them shower together. And nothing is going on between them inside the shower because they're just really good friends.
