Does anyone has an advise on how to start writing I need help

So I'm trying to write my first fic and I didn't expect that it's going to be this difficult. It took me days to write a few paragraphs, but it's not even a half of it and I'm stuck. I have the whole thing planned in my head, I rotated it in my mind for months but I just don't know what to write next. I also struggle with dialogue a lot and I'm afraid of making the characters too ooc

There's another fic I really want to write and I even have some phrases and paragraphs I want to be in there but I have absolutely now idea on how to start it

I think anxiety also makes this more difficult because I'm probably to scared that I'll do something wrong, and the fact that I want to write this for a specific date makes it worse.

Idk if that's normal or it's just a me thing, I know it doesn't have to be perfect because it's just a fic but I want it to be at least enjoyable

I played it! It's ok!

Honestly it's a bit too "soft" for me in terms of its site tone. Accumulating a lot of cats is too easy, and in spite of having some great mechanics related to feeding your village, building infrastructure, and a fantastic relationship system, it feels like there's no consequences to anything. No one gets sick, friendships don't fall apart, there's no way to lose cats without intentionally getting rid of them, etc.

Plus, its breeding system isn't super compelling to me, because it mostly used realistic genetics. It's not like FR or later Lioden where there's a ton of crazy markings, bases, colors, and breeds. When I played PCE, it was pretty standard cats with very normal colors and markings.

Which is a shame because I LOVED how it decoupled the breeding from standard Male/Female pairings. I'd never seen that done before.

THAT SAID I'm absolutely positive that this is all a Me-Thing. I'm sure these same reasons it didn't really land with me is the same reasons why people love it so much. Most people aren't Me who likes Lioden explicitly because the lions die lmao.

Cooking and baking

A small pet peeve of mine with cooking and baking is when recipes say the container rather than the amount

Like, instead of saying "500ml of cream" you say "a pot of cream". Or "a whole can of corn". Like okay which kind of can??? What amount???? Corn comes in more than one size you can't just tell me a can. PLEASE i am begging you tell me the WEIGHT

This is especially a problem with recipes from different countries, for example America. Because your stick of butter is different to our butter. STOP SAYING STICK OF BUTTER TELL ME THE QUANTITY IN GRAMS PLEASE I HAVE A FAMILY

that being said I feel like I see this crop up in like american recipes in particular. Idk if I've ever seen a recipe in one of our cookbooks that does this....
