Good Night (Platonic Obi-Wan Kenobi x Padawan!Reader)
As Obi-wan Kenobi's padawan, your life was never short on adventure. Unfortunately, that meant you were always short on sleep. You were pretty sure the bearded man could see that when he asked you to stay on the ship while he, Anakin, and Ahsoka went ahead on the recon mission.
You tried to stay awake, knowing that despite the low impact of the task, it was all too important when someone or something actually did try to take or destroy the ship.
You only closed your eyes for a moment, and when you opened them again, you were against Anakin's chest, being carried to the quarters that, for the time being, you were sharing with your fellow Padawan.
You mumbled something that was probably supposed to come out as, "Master?" It sounded more formless than that, you were sure.
"Shh," he said quietly. "Ahsoka's already asleep. I was trying not to wake you."
"Thanks," you whispered once he set you down, feeling the tension in your neck from falling asleep in your chair release.
"No problem, kid. Sweet dreams."
It was only a few minutes before you heard Obi-wan's light footsteps announce his presence.
He walked over to Ahsoka's bunk first, seeming to check her for injuries once again. The mission must've been more dangerous than they'd been expecting.
"Oh, Padawan," he gave a quiet sigh as he settled down by your bedside. "You know, sometimes I wonder if I go... too easy on you."
He thought you were already asleep.
"But, as much as I hate to admit it, I'm glad you weren't with us this time," Obi-wan whispered. "It was nothing serious, nothing to worry about now, but there was one moment, where Ahsoka--oh, my heart nearly stopped. I can't imagine what it would be like if I had both of you to be worrying about.
"And I know you'll have to be in danger plenty before this war is over... ha, Qui-gon would not have had a problem with this," he shook his head, laughing faintly at himself. "For Forcesake, I didn't even have this problem with Anakin. I wasn't raising him in the middle of a war."
He sighed again. "Anyway, it doesn't matter. This is something I have to figure out on my own," he rubbed a hand across his beard before leaning over and pressing a light kiss to your cheek. "Sleep well, my dear. See you in the morning."

Winter fun with the 212th and adjacent headaches :3
Happy Holidays and New Years @wanderingjedihistorian I hope you'll like this❤️ (how does it feel to be the recipient of all my codywan-related drawings XD?) Jedi are horrible disasters when you put them on ice and I will not be convinced otherwise.
Thank you @starwarsfandomfests for organizing this exchange! ❤️

Could I have detailed out any one of these on its own and be done with it? Most likely. Did I get overwelmed with all the cool reference pictures I had found once I decided what I will draw, and then couldn't pick? Absolutely. Will I still draw Cody and Obi-Wan the first time I'll have time for a personal project next year even though I don't want to see them ever again? You know me and can recognize patterns, of course that is what I will do XD

Everytime I think about Obi-Wan and Anakin it’s like- I don’t ship them so much as I think they should be together at all times. I think tcw had a point, actually, and the two of them should just. Always be together. I think Anakin is Obi-Wan’s hope in an increasingly difficult life and I think Obi-Wan is Anakin’s tie to humanity when he most feels like a monster. They are intrinsically combined, from the very first movie where Obi-Wan dies at Vader’s hands with a peaceful expression.
It’s Obi-Wan begging Luke not to see Anakin in Vader while Vader searches Luke to see some sign of Obi-Wan. It’s Obi-Wan calling Anakin another pathetic lifeform to Obi-Wan being unable to process the idea of Anakin being anything but good. It’s Anakin awkwardly (adorably) shaking Obi-Wan’s hand to Anakin awkwardly (adorably) bringing up Obi-Wan during conversations with the woman he wants to seduce.
It’s Obi-Wan knowing how to fix Artoo and Obi-Wan teasing Anakin about Artoo. It’s Anakin’s first thought on losing his lightsaber being “Obi-Wan’s going to be mad at me again” and Anakin laughing when Obi-Wan tells him to drive better.
The prequel trilogy is so fascinating because my favourite parts are always Anakin and Obi-Wan. The parts I think about the most often are those parts with Anakin and Obi-Wan. The relationship between these two drives the entirety of the plot of the prequels, to the point that the literal birth mother of the main characters of the original trilogy is all but forgotten in the third movie.
It’s. Obi-Wan spending years watching over Luke because Luke reminds him of Anakin, never approaching because what if Luke really does turn out to be like Anakin…?
It’s Vader assuming that Obi-Wan taught Luke to fight, because who else could teach a Skywalker?
It’s Obi-Wan accepting all the blame for the people he knew best, the people who were basically his family, all dying.
It’s Vader keeping Obi-Wan’s lightsaber in a parallel to Obi-Wan keeping Anakin’s.
They are just. Mutually Obsessed. Obi-Wan held up Anakin and said “this is my whole personality now” and Anakin responded with “neato, same.” They bicker like an old married couple. Anakin can’t imagine even thinking about leaving Obi-Wan behind. Obi-Wan tells Anakin point-blank that he’s a good Jedi who deserves to be a Master.
I ship them because like. The universe? Does?? They are destined to be by each other, in life and in death. They support and sustain each other. There was probably eepy Force magic stuff that made Anakin into a Force ghost because Obi-Wan wanted him to be one.
How else can I explain it? They were made for each other. Like. Literally. They should never be separated. Look what happened when they did separate in universe. They are a nuclear bomb. They have to stay together or the galaxy gets the worst of it, and that’s just canon, somehow.

i love that lucas used the word "seduced" for obi-wan's relationship to anakin, how his blindness was due to the love and loyalty built up over years spent working closely together. we know that anakin was a seductive lure to padmé, but he seduced obi-wan too, even if not romantically in canon, he still drew him into a state of vulnerability.
i just can't get over the way lucas designed the prequels to offer the backstory of ben and vader's relationship in the OT, how he envisioned these two being so closely entwined in the past. the word "friend" is very heavy and loaded here, not trivial at all. it was crucial to explain and establish that bond in RotS, for the story of vader's rise to be a success, mustafar had to really feel like a divorce.
like it's wild how much RotS depends on obi-wan not realizing his closest friend is teetering on the edge, how blinded he was by being too close to anakin to see him clearly. that's love babey!! his revelation of betrayal is so deeply painful due to the intensity of that bond they shared, and the amount of trust and intimacy in that friendship that anakin threw away 😭

Favourite relationship trope (romantic or platonic):
Clingy Character A who has always been told they love too intensely and overtly & Character who doesn't know what it is to be loved unconditionally, surprised and awed and overjoyed at being loved so shamelessly so Character B

Attachment (Platonic Obi-wan Kenobi x Padawan!Reader)
A continuation of the "Good Night" AU.
Obi-wan looked across to his Padawan, sitting in the co-pilot's seat of his small ship. "So, how was your first trip to Mandalore?"
"It was fun," you smiled, fidgeting a bit with the hem of your sleeve. "The duchess's nephew was especially nice."
You watched in confusion as the color drained from Obi-wan's face. "Yes, well," he said, trying to maintain his composure. "It's best to remember not to get too attached, Padawan mine."
"I wasn't going to get attached, Master," you defended, half joking and half worried. "Force, I've only known the boy for an afternoon. We're barely even friends."
"That's... Comforting to hear, I suppose."
You kept going, trying to get a smile on his face. "And he is a bit annoying."
"That's a bit more concerning," Obi-wan said gravely.
"What?" You tilted your head.
"I know how these things start, my dear."
"What things, Master?" You asked, all business and innocent curiosity now.
A bit of pink came back to his cheeks, and he looked away from you. "Uh, nothing. Nothing you need to be worried about, at least."
"Obi-wan, you should at least go and say hello to your girlfriend," Anakin said as he came barrelling into the cockpit, only noticing after his sentence was finished that his Master's young Padawan was sitting there as well.
"Girlfriend?" You asked, the question much more surprised than the last. "Wait, is that how you know so much about 'these things'?" You asked, putting air quotes around the words.
Before your Master could open his mouth, you started again. "Wait, you thought--oh, no! I could break the Code for someone better than Korkie Kryze!" You cried indignantly.
Anakin had tears in his eyes as he laughed. You thought you could hear Master Kenobi mutter hopelessly, "She's not my girlfriend."
"You--oh, Force!" Anakin wheezed. "Did you really think this was a good time to have the Talk with her?" He nearly choked.
"And about Korkie Kryze!" You pointed out again, still offended.
"And about Korkie Kryze!" Anakin agreed gleefully.
"I am having a talk with both of you later," Obi-wan said sternly, having given up on arguing with the two of you. "Now get off my ship before I drive off and leave Ahsoka to pilot yours."

"your my brother till the end of times. even after that"
Being anakin skywalker’s younger sister...
Note; this is incredibly long and goes through all the prequels. my requests are open
Tumblr media
You’re two years younger than him meaning you both grew up veryyy close.
He would teach you how to build and fix things whenever the shop was quieter. He let you help with building threpio.
“The blue one goes here, see.” Your brother turned his head to grin at you. You nodded at him from over his shoulder. “Soooo the red one goes there?” You questioned pointing to another spot on the torso. Your brother smiled brightly at you and nodded. “Yeah, see not so hard.”
Over time you got better and better until you were almost just as good as your brother at fixing things.
You were 7 when a strange man showed up asking for parts to fix his ship. While your brother seemed intrigued by the girl who was with him, you were very much intrigued by the tall man with the strange accent.
When he told you he was a Jedi you were almost star-struck. Your mother had told you stories about them but to actually meet one was amongst your wildest dreams.
You were even more starstruck when one night he found that not just your brother but you also were force-sensitive. This led to your brother winning yours and his freedoms in the race.
Though this meant you had to leave your mom :(
You still had your brother though.
Your first time in space was something you’d never forget. You spent most of the trip back to Coruscant planted in front of one of the windows.
Halfway through the trip the other Jedi who Qui-Gon had introduced you to as Obi-Wan joined you by the window.
He told you about the order and about Coursant.
“What is it like?” You turned your attention from the window to look at the man beside you. “What is what like?” Obi-Wan asked looking down at you. “Coursant,” You frowned thinking for a moment. “I heard a smuggler say it was like a concrete jungle. I’ve never seen a jungle though.” The Jedi let out a small laugh. “Well there are lots of buildings but I'm not sure about the jungle part.”
You decided you liked him pretty quickly and stuck by his side for the rest of the trip.
(time skip)
After Qui-Gon’s death, both you and your brother were slightly worried about your future with the Jedi. While Obi-wan took on your brother another Jedi stepped forward to take you.
You and Anakin stayed close over your time in the order. You noticed the way your brother's temper could flare at times but put it down to stress.
You were off planet when Anakin told you he was going back to Tatooine to see your mom. You decided to follow him.
Finding out she had remarried was a shock but you were glad that she had gotten out of slavery.
Anakin confided in both you and Padme that he’d killed the Tuskans after finding your mother.
“You killed them?” You stared at your brother, a slight feeling of horror running through you. You could feel his anger through the force, it sent chills through your body. Anakin nodded his face hard as he looked between you and Padme. He’d killed them out of anger yes but fear also. What if they came after you?
You were concerned but due to your mom's death being so raw you kept your mouth shut about what Anakin had done. You didn't wanna risk losing him.
After your mom's death, Anakin seemed to hang around you more, even more so when he was knighted.
Obi-wan noticed your brother’s change in behaviour when it came to you. Anakin would try and take you off solo missions or force himself onto your missions once you were knighted and given your own battalion in the war.
He eventually questioned you but you simply brushed it off as him just being nervous.
“He’s not used to me doing things alone.” You shrugged looking over to the man who was walking beside you. “You're not alone though, you have a battalion with you. Your brother needs to let go of this fear, it's not healthy.”
Because of Anakins behaviour, you started to get put on more missions with him and Obi-Wan. You didn’t mind though.
You were the only person aware of Anakin and Padme’s marriage and as a result her pregnancy. You were ecstatic that you were gonna be an aunt.
You helped with the naming process for the baby(s).
During this time you noticed Anakin was spending more time with the Chancellor, something which raised a few red flags. Padme confided in you about his behaviour change, she’d noticed him becoming more on edge with each passing day.
You tried to talk to him but he just brushed you off claiming it was just the stress from the war.
“You're acting different. You can talk to me you know, im your sister.” You bumped his shoulder smiling slightly. Anakins smile in return was weak. He took a breath. “I keep having these dreams. Dreams where Padme dies in childbirth.” He looked down at you, his eyes desperate. “I can’t let that happen. I can’t lose her.”
After that conversation, you kept a closer eye on him. You could see his stress levels rising with his dream and the council not granting him the rank of Master.
Things seemed to calm down for a small while until things changed. When order 66 was called you’d been in the temple doing reports.
The sounds of blasters pulled you from your data pad. Your eyebrows furrowed as the door to the archives flew open. “Anakin?” Your brother's face was hard as he pulled you from your chair. He said nothing as he led you down the hallway towards his quarters. You watched in horror as blaster fire rang out around you but he refused to stop. Finally reaching his quarters the door flew open. “Stay here. I’ll come back when it’s safe.”
You were slightly scared and very confused as you tried to make sense of what you’d seen. The clones had turned but why?
You also realised very quickly that your brother had locked you in his room:)))
Luckily you had your comn and managed to make contact with Obi-Wan. After awhile he and Yoda deemed it safe enough to go back to the temple.
At this point, he’d seen your brother pledge his allegiance to Palpatine but had no idea how to break the news.
When he did tell you it was as if your whole world crashed down. He locked you in his quarters to keep you away while he killed the Jedi in the temple.
You chose not to go to Mustafar and instead stayed with Bail. He explained to you Padme’s plan to start a rebellion against the chancellor and offered you a space if you wanted. You agreed.
“She was right. This was his plan all along.” Your head rested on your hand as you sniffled slightly. “He was always gonna overthrow the republic.” Bail nodded rubbing a hand on your shoulder. “If the council didn’t see it how were you supposed to.” He let out a sigh pushing the data pad closer. “But we don’t have to sit and watch.”
You freaked when Obi-Wan and Padme came back without Anakin. You gathered what had happened to your brother simply from the look Obi-wan gave you as he carried Padme off the ship.
Having to watch her die without being able to hold her children. You were able to barely keep it together while the droids checked the babies over.
“They were both so excited.” You smiled sadly down at the baby in your arms. Luke grabbed at your thumb making a small noise. “There never gonna get the chance to raise their kids.” Obi-wan let out a sigh reaching over to pull you into a hug. At this, you finally broke down. All the emotions that you’d been hiding broke free as you sobbed.
They decided to give you the final say on where the twins ended up. You knew Bail would take care of Leia and while you wanted to keep Luke you knew it wasn’t practical.
You ended up going with Bail back to Alderaan where you both began building the foundations for the rebellion.

How do you think platonic yanderes working together between Obi and Satine with one of Satine hand maids reader  (since boi can’t marry her or have kids so their low key adopt reader without them knowing ) please sorry if this doesn’t make sense
Welp... You're adopted now... Have fun with your new parents. Sorry if characterization seems off, I watched lore and read it the best I can! This is a generalized view.
Yandere! Platonic! Obi-Wan + Satine Kryze with Servant! Darling
(FT. "Uncle"! Anakin Skywalker)
Pairing: Platonic - Sharing
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Overprotective behavior, Manipulation, "Adoption", Anakin just sort of accepts the role as uncle, Dubious companionship.
Tumblr media
You've been around Satine for what feels like forever.
You were appointed as her personal servant years after her first encounter with Obi-Wan.
Despite this, she's still quite in love with the Jedi... Even if such beliefs prevent the two from properly being together.
Your job was often to attend to Satine's needs and help her with political work.
In fact... you're quite acquainted with political work due to her status as Duchess.
Satine is a pacifist who wants the best for her people.
She has the ability to fight, yet she prefers to negotiate when she can.
Satine has always viewed you as the child she could never have for years.
When you first became her handmaid/personal servant... you were merely 15.
Now, it's been 4-5 years since then.
She views you protectively, like a parent ever since you were assigned the role.
Satine likes to ask for your opinion and is quite defensive about you.
Many close to her comment on her attachment to you.
Like a mother to a child.
Such characteristics only become more prominent when Obi-Wan is dispatched to deal with the Death Watch issue.
Due to Satine wanting pacifism for Mandalore, she has been met with opposition.
The planet is typically one known for a violent culture.
Pacifism was bound to create issues.
Which is why Obi-Wan was sent to try and not only protect the Duchess, but clear up the issue.
The two are not very open about their feelings with one another.
But even people like you and Anakin can tell.
Obi-Wan has never met you until this point, until he sees you following Satine around with a worried and stressed expression.
When the Jedi asks the Duchess about this, she explains that you are her personal servant.
Due to how well they know one another... I bet even Obi-Wan can sense the maternal feelings Satine holds towards you.
It... oddly makes him happy despite everything, really.
To talk about this generally... I like the idea of Jedi pairings being very subtle and essentially "adopting" someone they view as a surrogate child.
This could go for any platonic Jedi with their partner....
Yet I like this version of it quite a bit.
Obi-Wan and Satine know they can't actually have children.
They can't even show that they love one another except for some affectionate language.
So... you, Satine's personal servant, is the best the two can get.
The two would be such protective "parents".
You may not even entirely view them as parents, but the two certainly feel that way.
Satine knew you the longest, yet the longer Obi-Wan sticks around Mandalore for Satine, he gets it.
Satine talks about your youth like a mother, and Obi-Wan can't help but feel endearment.
Satine really does care for you, Obi-Wan begins to just for that reason at first.
Yet even as the Jedi gets to know you and sees how Satine coddles you, Obi-Wan can't help but imagine what a family with Satine could've been.
... Actually... Does he have to imagine now?
You may not be related to either of them, but at this point they're going to become your found family.
Even if you aren't entirely aware of it.
The idea of them secretly conditioning you to think of them as your parents is... unnerving yet also amusing.
It's small things, like extra care, protection, support....
Yet they keep it subtle enough for your own mind to fill in the blanks.
The two would be ecstatic if you accidentally called them 'mom' or 'dad'.
Just means what they're doing is working.
You may just be a servant politically...
To them you are so much more.
The first time you start showing signs of falling for their subtle manipulation, I can see Satine tightly hugging you.
Obi-Wan can't be as affectionate, but he is definitely fond.
Although in private with just Satine, I can see him hugging you.
The two are obsessed with the idea of becoming parents in your eyes.
It's a way to show their love.
The situation you're all in is stressful, yet you're constantly with at least one of them and coddled all the same.
Most of the time you aren't even serving anymore.
The two treat you like you're their kid and are insistent on you doing other things than those duties.
Like self-defense....
In public they're even more subtle with their care.
Obi-Wan really shouldn't have any connections like this.
No matter how natural they feel.
Despite this, he can't help but focus on how Satine keeps you so close to her.
You really do have a bond.
Since the two aren't overly violent, they'd just be protective.
Satine is a pacifist and Jedi are mostly meant to be peacemakers.
If anyone's dying... It's because you're threatened.
Many might find this baffling.
You're merely a servant, yet the Duchess and a Jedi are willing to get their hands dirty the moment Death Watch or any other threat points a gun at you.
I feel naturally Anakin may notice and decide to help out, for Obi-Wan's sake.
Obi-Wan and Satine remind him of Padmé.
So imagine if Anakin helped Obi-Wan protect you?
Safe to say, regardless, you are quite protected.
An assassin can't get close without somehow being dispatched.
The attachments the two have with you is endearing... yet may also come off as disturbing.
You appreciate the protection.
Yet it's also overwhelming.
Satine has introduced you to two Jedi that may treat you like a father and uncle.
In fact, when Satine dies and you're left alone, Obi-Wan may break the rules to take you off Mandalore.
You help him remember Satine, and while you can't be a Padawan, I can see Obi-Wan evacuating you to another planet where he can keep an eye on you.
Overall, the idea is cute... if not a bit disturbing and overwhelming for you as the obsession due to all the chaos and manipulation
Although, it does make me wonder about what could happen after Satine's death.
Would Obi-Wan constantly check in with you, even if it's against The Order?
That, and if Anakin views you like a niece, would he be in your life?
Would you get Darth Vader as an uncle?
It's not like he'd kill you... you're no Jedi and by this point, are not a servant anymore.
This one idea opens up so many interesting possibilities...
But those last few ideas are just food for thought.
