Since Percy can talk to sea creatures, I'd like to think that one day he passed a pet shop with all these fish screaming at him in agony. Since then there has been a giant aquarium in cabin 3 with fish. He converses with them daily when he's at camp. He gave them all names (they were delighted to hear his suggestions).

There is one grumpy grouch that always tries to eat as much food before all the other fish. He has to keep him forcibly apart in a tiny water ball during dinner. He named him Zeus. Percy doesn't give a shit. Poseidon knows and thinks it is hilarious.

Chiron, who takes care of them when Percy's gone, cannot understand them but he doesn't like the way they look so judgemental. They are very much gossiping about him to his face.

My take on if Angel was an overlord. I like to think he’d be like a movie star/director overlord. Gaining souls through acting contracts and what not. Maybe even running a secret drug ring as well idk.

The fandom: Husk must have been the best Overlord out there! He was caring and kind-hearted and nice!

The show: He was fucking horrible, actually. :)

How did so many people come to the same conclusion when the show directly contradicts it? Is it because of his romance with Angel? Is it because they want Husk to be a powerless little meow meow that needs to be saved from Alastor? Is it because of the AUs where Husk owns Angel’s soul, and they still want to have the romance?

He sold his soul to save his power, he was gambling in souls, and it takes two to play a game of cards. Husk was a despicable Overlord, and his thralls breathed a sigh of relief when Alastor took him down, because they no longer had to wonder if they’d be gambled next.

And, while I’m on the topic, those Husk-owns-Angel AUs? What happened to the big bad power dynamic of Overlord-thrall? Is that suddenly out the window?
