Schon Anfang des Jahres hatten wir uns empört über die angeblich "anfänglichen Probleme beim Digital-Unterricht". Damals, nach 9 Monaten Corona, war keines der "Anfangsprobleme" gelöst. Nun, 4 Monate später hat sich nichts geändert - im Gegenteil - mit einer Änderung des Infektionsschutzgesetzes sollen erneute Schulschließungen sogar bundesweit verbindlich geregelt werden. Dabei sind Schnelltest nun nicht nur vorhanden, sondern verpflichtend geregelt und damit kann fast kein infizierter Mensch mehr eine Schule betreten.

Dabei werden die Folgen der Vernachlässigung des Bildungssektors in Kitas, Schulen und Universitäten immer deutlicher. Die Tagesschau berichtet von der Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Landesjugendämter: "Es sei zu erwarten, dass in diesem Jahr rund 104.000 Jugendliche die Schule ohne Abschluss verlassen - doppelt so viele wie in Nicht-Pandemiejahren. In den beiden Corona-Jahren 2020 und 2021 werde es insgesamt rund 210.000 Schulabbrecher geben". (Zitiert nach Telepolis)

Was in zwei Jahren Kindheit an Entwicklung verloren wurde, könne nicht nachgeholt werden, meint Lorenz Bahr, der Vorsitzenden der Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft. Auch Sportmediziner warnen vor den Folgen der Pandemie-Maßnahmen und beklagen, dass es vor allem politische Unterstützung für den Spitzensport gibt, wie auch die Großindustrie eine Sonderstellung einnimmt aber der Breitensport und vor allem der Schulsport praktisch ersatzlos gestrichen wurden.

Die Folgen einer Verdopplung der Sitz- und Bildschirmzeit gerade für Kinder und Jugendliche werden in der Gesundheit der Heranwachsenden erst im Laufe der nächsten 10 Jahre deutlich sichtbar werden.

Lag die durchschnittliche Lernzeit vor Corona bei 7,4h für Unterricht und Hausaufgaben, so waren es in der letzten Erhebung nur 4,3h täglich. Das ist nur eine schwache Verbesserung zu den 3,6h aus dem Frühjahrs-Lockdown 2020.

Kritisieren die Sportmediziner vor allem die Phantasielosigkeit der Schulen bei Corona-konformem Sportunterricht im Freien, so geht der Kinderarzt Herbert Renz-Polster mit der Forderung nach einem Denken "outside the box" noch weiter. Er fordert mit dem beginnenden Frühling Unterricht im Freien. Waldkindergärten und -kitas gibt es schon länger und diese Modelle sind auch für andere Kitas, aber auch Schulen möglich. Telepolis zitiert dazu Zustimmung von Politikern aus SPD, Grünen und FDP. Scheitert die Umsetzung an bürokratischen Hürden in den Schulen oder an mangelnder "Beweglichkeit des Lehrkörpers"?
