The main reason why I'm saying that Via will be the next "villian", is because, as of currently, the show is using Blitz as its punching bag, just because he said no and made Stolas feel bad.

What I'm trying to convey is that the next one in the line, unfortunately is, Via.

The show will portray Via as an asshole just for rightfully calling her father's bullshit, while Stolas has his own "white knight in shining armor" (Blitz) that was forced by the plot, and the show will either portray Via's turmoil as a misunderstanding (which makes no sense because in the leak, Via points at Blitz, knowing that Stolas prefers to keep fetishizing and sexually harass Blitz, Via deciding to point it out to her incompetent father) or a machination of Stella's and Andre's manipulations (which removes Via's agency in the process, turning her fully into another cardboard cutout to prop up the male cast of the show), and it doesn't help the fact that Brandon Rogers, the VA of Blitz, said that she was a "cockblocking" slut, painting a pretty grim picture of what's to come in Helluva.

tl;dr:

Octavia won't become a villain per say, rather, she'll become the next punching bag after Blitz when the episode from where the leaks come from is released, as how dare she speak ill of her pure uwu baby father that would rather flirt and sexually harass his sexual slave rather than spending time with her.
