BE RESOURCEFUL - There is not a more useful or important trait to possess than resourcefulness in the pursuit of success. Point #2 in The Characteristics of Resourceful People That Bring Them Success:- 2. Self-assured. Believe you are capable of handling any problem placed in front of you. You must wholeheartedly hold the belief that you are competent and adequate enough to achieve what you desire. This belief is the first step you take in getting things done. When you are self-assured you like and trust yourself. You know your value, appreciate your talents, work ethic and your ability to consistently follow through on your every word, deed and action. Hold the mindset that workable solutions exist for every problem. Visualize yourself being successful every day. When facing difficulties picture yourself overcoming them. Imagine accomplishing your goals and celebrating your successes. Openly accept compliments and know that you deserve them. Keep a daily log of your successes. Write down your achievements each day and soon you will fill the pages and develop a clear scope on how far you have come and how much success you have had. This will go a long way in helping you realize that you have earned the right to be confident in yourself and your abilities. Dzisiaj - 3 grudnia - jest Międzynarodowy Dzień Osób z Niepełnosprawnościami ♿ Wiedzieliście o tym? 🔹 Ustanowiony został przez Zgromadzenie Ogólne ONZ w 1992 roku, by przybliżać problem niepełnosprawności i pokazywać, że osoba z niepełnosprawnościami nie powinna być wykluczona społecznie. Przez blisko 30 lat wiele w tym aspekcie zostało już zrobione, ale wciąż jeszcze ogrom pracy przed Nami wszystkimi. 🔹 Co roku o tej porze przypomina nam się, jak w Olsztynie byliśmy właściwie jedyną parą widoczną na ulicy. Kamila zawsze wszędzie ciągnęło, nawet po wypadku i choć od wyjścia z domu dzieliło nas ponad 60 schodów, to zawsze dało się jakiś wyjść i jakoś wrócić. Kiedy po 10 latach mieszkania na 4-tym piętrze bez windy, przeprowadziliśmy się na 3-cie, ale z windą, to chcieliśmy uczestniczyć we wszystkim. Mecze siatkówki, piłki ręcznej, koncerty, kabarety itd itd. To wszędobylstwo sprawiło, że obsługa sal już kojarzyła Kamila i wskazywała "jego miejsce", ba często nawet biletu nie potrzebowaliśmy, wchodząc przez garaż na nieistniejącą dzisiaj Uranię w Olsztynie. Jednak w pewnym momencie wypadliśmy na około dwa lata z bycia "wszędobylskimi", sami nie wiemy czemu. I kiedy po tych 24 miesiącach wróciliśmy na obroty okazało się, ze "Kamila miejsce" w tramwaju jest zajęte przez dziewczynę na wózku, a to na hali jest zajęte przez dwie osoby na wózku. Pierwsza myśl? „Ale jak to?” I kolejna? „Ale czad!” 🔹 Ludzie z różnymi niepełnosprawnościami często boją się oceny przez pryzmat swojej niepełnosprawności, ale mimo to każdego dnia pojawiają się w przestrzeni publicznej. 🔹 No i dziś, ale nie tylko dziś życzymy nie tylko osobom z niepełnosprawnościami By Mieć w Sobie Moc Spełniać Marzenia! By Móc Być! By w Człowieku dostrzegać Człowieka! So today I attend a really great event in my hometown. It was a youth conference named “Together we can do more”. The conference consisted of cycles of lectures from inspirational young people who are trying to make from our region a better place. It really opened my eyes and mind to see how much young people can influence other peers. I came home with a lot of new great informations and ideas and can´t wait to put them to real life.
