Punarvasu & Swati: Cosmogony, Reality & Consciousness

Punarvasu and Swati are deeply intertwined nakshatras with very similar patterns and themes. Punarvasu's deity Goddess Aditi embodies infinity and vast primordial space. She is boundless and limitless. Swati's deity Vayu is the ruler of air & wind and connected to the life force or prana (or qi).

Both these nakshatras connect to space, infinity, abundance and are known for being wealth giving nakshatras.

I had briefly mentioned this in my Tomie post but Swati & Punarvasu's themes are manifest in Barbie because Barbie is not a person, she is a type of doll, and she can be anyone or anything. Barbie is a whole universe into herself, this is the cosmic abundance and infinitude of Swati & Punarvasu.

I personally don't believe in the Big Bang theory and I'm inclined to believe that the universe has always existed instead of having come into existence at one point, which imo, is a very anthropocentric idea. Tesla's quote is a reflection of the boundless nature of Aditi, who is the cosmic mother, she embodies creation.

Interestingly enough, several decades before the Big Bang theory gained mainstream acceptance and was studied by scientists, Edgar Allan Poe published a lecture/essay on the matter titled Eureka: A Prose Poem in 1848 (!!!!). He had Swati Rising

Can you believe that he, a man with zero scientific background essentially came up with ideas that would serve as the basis of 20th century scientific discoveries & theories??? That too in 1848???

A writer & poet who dropped out of college came up with all that in 1848. Swatis & Punarvasus have the ability to understand complex concepts, systems, and processes intuitively. This is why they are so good at analysis, strategy and planning. They have a futuristic vision because its easy for them to see how current events will affect other things and manifest in the future. Those who don't have these placements will struggle to understand what this is like because most of us aren't endowed with this sort of ability to see the trees and the forest all at once.

Interestingly, the scientist Georges Lemaître who first proposed the "Big Bang theory" of the origin of the universe, calling it the "hypothesis of the primaeval atom", and later calling it "the beginning of the world" is a Punarvasu Sun.

In fact, vedic astrology (Jung did use astrology as well btw) serves as a very interesting way to explore the collective unconscious and the many archetypes that are manifest in individuals possessing them.

George Orwell, who was a fierce critic of totalitarianism had Swati Rising, if you read his works, you can see how he's able to analyse the effects and consequences of the same, especially 1984 which was sooo ahead of its time in the sense that much of what was written in the book is eerily similar to what's going on in the world right now.  The novel examines the role of truth and facts within societies and how they can be manipulated.

Swatis & Punarvasus are super Futuristic, as individuals or visionaries as well as in their art & work. They dominate in the surreal/scifi genre.

Robin Williams- Swati Rising stars as an android in Bicentennial Man which is a movie about a robot who learns how to be human. Transcending humanity is a big theme in the works of Swati natives.

On this note, I have noticed several Swati & Punarvasu natives star in movies featuring/about cloning 👀 This does not surprise me as I had already mentioned this in my Tomie post but it is fascinating how Swati & Punarvasu's ability to be many many versions of themselves is made manifest in this trope of clones.

I have to mention how both Rahu & Jupiter have a very boundless, obese energy that is hard to contain. This can be manifest negatively because its very easy for energy of this proportion to be misused and misdirected but when they're harnessed positively, these individuals are capable of envisioning change that have few/no other parallels.

Moon (2009) is a movie that features the main character and his clones. Sam Rockwell, Swati Sun plays the main character.

Tom Cruise, Punarvasu moon (acc to Claire Nakti) stars in Oblivion and plays a clone of himself. One version of him is good, his "clone" is evil. The battle between good & evil within oneself is a VERY Jupiterian trope (and I shall make a post solely about that in the near future).

Multiplicity is a 90s scifi-comedy about a guy who clones himself so that he can do all the things he wants to do. Michael Keaton who plays the protagonist has Swati Moon

The Sixth Day is a movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger (Punarvasu stellium) and it is about cloning. The title is a reference to the Abrahamic Genesis concept of how God created mankind on the sixth day.

This in itself is very interesting because Punarvasu is the 7th nakshatra and in the Bible, it is said "And on the seventh day God finished the work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy because on it God rested from all the work that he had done in creation."

7 is a number that has profound spiritual meaning and is present in many religions as a figure of significance. From this verse taken from the Book of Genesis, it is interesting to note that ""7" is the culmination of creation. It is the day on which God rested because he had already created. It is not nothingness, it is the day on which everything already existed. This is a significant Punarvasu theme.

Replicas stars Keanu Reeves (Punarvasu Moon) as a neuroscientist who tries to revive his deceased family members by cloning them.

Its interesting how in these films, natives appear either as a clone or as the ones who do the cloning, furthermore connecting it back to Punarvasu's creation trope.

I recommend his movie Mirrored Mind which heavily deals with identity, consciousness etc (its vaguely reminiscent of Perfect Blue)

Robert de Niro Punarvasu Rising, stars in the movie Awakenings (based on a true story) as a catatonic patient who has an "awakening" before tragically going back into catatonia, Robin Williams, Swati Rising stars as the doctor who administers a drug that induces this awakening.

In Vedic philosophy, there are 3 gunas, Rajas, Tamas & Sattva.

Tamas is a state of darkness, inertia, inactivity, 

Rajas is a state of energy, action, change, and movement.

Sattva is a state of harmony, balance, joy, and intelligence. 

Punarvasu belongs to the Rajas guna whereas Swati belongs to Tamas guna.

Tamas can be described as a state of statis or stagnation as there is no transformation and thus no change. Punarvasu natives are prone to passivity and it is only when they face their own destructive shadow, do they emerge out of passivity to their natural state of Rajas. In this movie, Deniro's experience where he emerges from his catatonia with a desire for freedom and to live life to the fullest before eventually accepting the fact that his condition cannot be remedied inspires the Doctor played by Robin Williams to emerge out of his own shell and live life more fully.

Punarvasus are often restricted by situations beyond their control yet they are possessed by a yearning to live life to the fullest. Swatis often have unmeasured freedom and do not know how to utilize it, they are restricted by their own character.

The Gaia Hypothesis proposed by James Lovelock (1972) suggests that living organisms on the planet interact with their surrounding inorganic environment to form a synergetic and self-regulating system that created, and now maintains, the climate and biochemical conditions that make life on Earth possible.

It is a holistic view, which is generally not appreciated in science that likes to favour randomness, chance or whatever instead of the innate harmony and union behind creation.

Lynn Margulis who co-developed this theory with him most likely has Revati Moon and I will be exploring her symbiotic view of evolution on a different post as it goes beyond the scope of this one.

Edit: as @brundlefly333 pointed out, the French philosopher Henri Bergson (Punarvasu Moon) has a book called Creative Evolution which extrapolates that whilst "evolution of species can come from external factors "like natural selection", it most importantly (comes) from an internal impulse (a creative force). This creative force is inherently unpredictable and non-linear, leading to the emergence of novelty and complexity in living organisms over time.

I find his "Cone of Memory" (depicted above) hypothesis very fascinating.

The Cone of Memory model can be imagined as an inverted cone, with the apex representing the present moment, the base symbolizing the entirety of one’s past experiences, and the cone’s vertical axis signifying the flow of time. As the present moment progresses, the apex of the cone moves upward along the axis, continuously stretching the cone outward as it incorporates new experiences and memories into a person’s consciousness. The memories from our past experiences are layered into the cone, with the most recent memories residing closer to the apex and older memories located further down, towards the base.

Bergson’s model emphasizes the active role of individual perception, memory, and experience in shaping one’s consciousness. The human mind, as depicted by Bergson, interacts with the objective world while drawing from its accumulated memories to create individual experiences in real time. The Cone of Memory focuses on the dynamic interplay between perception, memory, and experience, hoping to account for the generation of novel understandings and interpretations of reality.

Bergson’s emphasis on experience at the personal level also has significant implications for how we understand the self. In his view, the self is not a static entity but rather a constantly developing process, shaped by the dynamic interplay of perception, memory, and experience. This more fluid conception of the self contrasts sharply with many traditional notions of a fixed, unchanging identity. It also invites us to recognize the transformative power of our own experiences and encounters in the continuous interweaving of the past and present in our temporal consciousness.

Steiner's breadth of work encompasses many fields, he pioneered modern-day organic farming, anthroposophical medicine (what we call alternate medicine including homeopathy, massages and frequency work etc rooted in the human body's ability to heal itself) invented the Waldorf education system (alternative schooling) and tried to merge science and spirituality.

All of this is vvv Punarvasu & Swati coded because its these natives who are frequently drawn to non-traditional systems of thought & experience and also merging a vast variety of techniques + being well versed in a lot of different fields etc comes down to having the inner space to hold all of it. This is literally not something most other people can do. Pursuit of knowledge can easily drain/deplete people but Punarvasu & Swati natives have a boundless thirst for knowledge and innately understand the profound truth that everything is connected.

Symbiosis, synergy, syncretism etc are all themes prominent in the works of Swati & Punarvasu natives who tend to view things as a coherent whole and not separate from one another; everything in creation exists to serve one another and exist in perfect harmony. Its not by "accident" that human beings took shape on earth where all the elements exist to continually support human life, every tiny detail is manifest in divine perfection and it helps us understand that we are a part of a larger system and that what we do affects changes at both the micro and macro level.

I think I had made a post about how Punarvasu natives tend to make geometric art that features repetitive patterns and motifs. I thought Fuller's use of the term "Geometry of Thinking" was very Punarvasu of him.

Pls look him up and his work, its very interesting and if you have Punarvasu placements you might find things you resonate with. I dont want to make this post any longer so I'm not including more of his work although all of it really fits with the theme tbh.

Amartya Sen, the Indian economist and philosopher has Swati Sun, he is best known for his contributions to welfare economics, social choice theory, and development economics. His work incorporates the same holistic view of how everything exists in close interaction with everything else, interconnectedness as well as an all encompassing-ness are themes that dominate his work. Society affects the market, the market affects society, all of this affects interpersonal relationships, it takes a Swati/Punarvasu native to deeply embody this sentiment in their thought/work.

Within the framework of his science-fiction stories, Heinlein repeatedly addressed certain social themes: the importance of individual liberty and self-reliance, the nature of sexual relationships, the obligation individuals owe to their societies, the influence of organized religion on culture and government, and the tendency of society to repress nonconformist thought. He also speculated on the influence of space travel on human cultural practices.

This is yet another example of the interconnectedness of Punarvasu as well as the analytical nature of these natives.

My Checklist for Helluva Boss Season 3!

This list consists of all my theories that I have for season 3. I've been seeing people share their predictions, so I wanted to share mine!

♡ Barbie Wire's reappearance: I have a strong inkling that Blitzø may run to her while he goes to Sloth to pick up Stolas's meds. I don't think Barbie would mention Blitzø almost getting executed but I would love it if it does.

♡ A Pro Choice Storyline: I want Millie to feel that she has the right to choose whether she wants to keep the baby or not and not let the pressure from society keep her from making a choice. I also want this storyline to align with Stella's backstory where it shows what's it like to have a child you don't want with a man you don't like.

♡ Verosika's Healing Journey: All I really want is for Verosika to at least go back to rehab to help her alcoholism. After Apology Tour and Mastermind, she seems to be doing slightly better.

♡ Tilla & Cash Buckzo Flashback: I have a theory that Blitzø and Barbie's parents are similar to Stolas & Stetlla, where Tilla stays for the kids, while Cash was abusive. I also want this to be a way to help Blitzø connect with Via, since they've never really interacted.

♡ Loona & Octavia Interaction: I want it to be opposite of Seeing Stars, where it's not a calm conversion. I just want to see Loona passionately open up to Via about having the first 17 years of her life with no parents in an adoption center while Via had the best childhood that anyone could wish for.

♡ More Fizzarolli: I just like the clown twink.

♡ The Divorce is Finalized: The divorce was initiated in S2E1 and by S2E4 Andrephelus was talking about compensation for Stella. Then S2E8, Stolas says that he won't dwell upon the divorce, and in S2E11 Andrephelus refers to Stolas as "horny ex husband" to Stella but as her "husband" during the trial. I don't think the divorce was ever finalized. With this I want Blitzø to find out what kind of wife Stella was to Stolas.

♡ Striker vs. Blitzø: I don't have a prediction on how this'll happen but I would love to see Blitzø get angry for Mastermind and Western Energy. I also want Striker to say something petty like "Didn't you say it was a transactional fucking?" (S1E5).

♡ Barbie joins IMP: I don't think she'll stay long but it would be cute to see Blitzø help his sister out.

♡ Stolas's Weight Gain: To me, I feel that Stolas struggles with body image and self confidence. Stella literally called him "scrawny" and a "twig" in S2E1, and I feel like his eating habits are not healthy. It's literally cereal and absinthe. I would love to see him try Blitzø's cooking and explore new food items where he gets a bit heavier (and his thighs get thicker).

♡ Moxxie & Stolas Interactions: They are great characters but I want them to have friends outside of their partners. Stolas can sing with Moxxie and they can eventually watch musicals together. I really just want them to have a friendship like Blitzø and Millie does.

♡ Stolitz Cheek & Forehead Kisses: I'm still not over the fact that Stolas was unaware that Blitzø kissed his cheek in Mastermind. Also, they've seen each other's holes already so they deserve to be soft with each other.

♡ Andrealphus Failure: I've had this theory since the end of Mastermind where hell would basically freeze over to an apocalyptic wasteland because Andrealphus doesn't know how to use the Grimoire or do any of Stolas's duties. It can be easily forgotten (because we don't see it really) that Stolas is like a tarot reader/astrologer and he curses the moon during the Harvest Moon Festival so that the farmers can grow crops. Andrealphus is a peacock that has ice powers do geometry.

♡ Octavia's 18th Birthday: After that Sinsmas fight, I don't think Andrealphus will just let Via have Stolas's possessions. He'll most likely do anything to get rid of her and keep the power. I can see him trying to marry her off to someone and Blitzø and Stolas find out. I would love to see Blitzø slip up and call Octavia his daughter when he's trying to save her. I can see this being the finale and Season 4 is the aftermath.

♡ Stolitz Conversation: Eventually, Stolas and Blitzø are going to have to finally talk all that happens between them. I really just want them both to apologize and Blitzø drops that he loves Stolas. I've been waiting for these two talk it out for three years!!

Is Stolas actually cheating? Why or Why Not?

I've had some debates where I've been told that Stolas isn't cheating, and especially not continuously. However, I personally think that he is.

The not cheating crowd reasoning's are:

1.Only the initial act was cheating. Once Stolas screamed the morning after that he wanted a divorce than every sex act with Blitz afterwards was not.

2. Since the marriage was consentless, loveless, and abusive this means he was never cheating on her. This interpretation tallies with Stolas's words on the balcony and in Western Energy.

3. Divorce only takes one person's consent and Stolas called it so he's free to fuck whomever, whenever, and wherever.

My rebuttals:

1.It's still cheating until that balcony scene where he calls for the divorce and kicks her out.Because even after his petty moment of triumph he still tries to placate her, and she's still living in the house. She is also still eating dinner like a family while still very much pissed at what he keeps doing.

I also find it ironic that only when he finally stops being passive and goes through with the divorce is when he also finally stops sleeping with Blitz for good. He went backwards with it. Which means he absolutely would have kept blatantly cheating(as well as kept Blitz in the deal) if the dropoff wake-up call hadn't happened.

2. No one gets to redefine a word just because the character doing it is a fan favorite. Stolas is committing infidelity by the very definition of it. He's an adulterer and a victim of domestic violence. Both are true at the same time.

Basically Stolas as a character can think what he's doing is indeed not cheating,but this doesn't mean the narrative agrees with him.

Narrative disagreement: Stella and Octavia's call-outs in Loolooland. Asmodeus's call out in Ozzie's. Via's pain again in Seeing Stars. Andre's call out in Western Energy. Via yet again in the Sinmas leaks.

Out of all the people I've listed I think the narrative has been very consistent in using Octavia to drive home that his cheating was wrong, and therefore damaging, regardless of what he personally thinks about it.

3. Yes, he called for divorce, but he cheated to initiate it therefore breaking his daughter's peace and mental health in the process.

The Via angle will always be why despite his pain his cheating still makes him an asshole. As well as the fact that he kept doing it even after his daughter told him that it was negatively affecting her.

Do you all agree with the view that both parties need to consent if they want to have sex with other people during separation or divorce proceedings,and especially if one spouse still has feelings, is pissed, or sad about it?

I know for example celebrities very much sleep around when they're only separated or in the various stages of divorce though they're technically still married.

Other bits:

Anyone else think Stolas's take back my power moment against Stella was lacking?

I mean it didn't really hit because there was no strong buildup of her wronging him.

But there's plenty of him wronging her with his frequent and remorseless cheating, and therefore her negative actions are because of that inciting incident.

To me Blitz and Via's felt earned while Stolas's didn't.

We had a whole season(honestly Stars and Western as well) of Stolas wronging Blitz so when he so strongly lashed out in Full Moon it truly felt cathartic.

Same with Via. We have two full episodes of this man repeatedly neglecting his own child for his affair partner and breaking her mental health. So when the third time happened and she has her take back my power moment I cheered.

With Stolas however I should have been cheering, and in a vacuum it wasn't a bad scene,but then the buildup was pretty bad because he has been onscreen for a season, and the circus bedroom scene, very much wronging Stella not the other way around.

You knew from the very beginning that they have this sexual exchange once a month for this book. Stolas told you from the beginning of your friendship about it.

You were fine with it up until you two started dating. Stolas has asked you multiple times if it was okay for him to do that, and you always said the same thing, "I'm fine with it, I know it's a transaction and I know you love me." However, it pained you to know that once a month they were in your guy’s room fucking their brains out. You’d never expressed your true feelings about it.

Part of the reason was because you didn't want to be seen as a jealous partner. Sure, Stolas always asked you if it was okay, but you were afraid if you say it wasn’t okay then he'll be fed up with you and be turned off by the fact you’re jealous over a business transaction.

During those nights, you would stay in an extra bedroom and practically cry your eyes out, wishing that this would all end (not your life, just the situation.)

The year after, you and Stolas got married. You felt ecstatic marrying the love of your life, and Octavia was relieved that she has a good motherly figure in her life.

But the transaction never stopped. You were pretty pissed off that Stolas was still fucking Blitz. Was Blitz dick that good?

You were too afraid of confrontation. At first you wasn't planning on saying anything in fear of Stolas being mad (thanks to your past relationship), but tonight was the full moon, and you know they're fucking in there.

Tonight was the night you were gonna say something and end it for good.

You kept biting my nails as you walked to yours and Stolas’ room, which felt like a long walk. You don't ever remember it being this far away, but you guessed your depth precipitated is bad because of how nervous you are.

Your hand was on the doorknob and you pressed your ear to the door to see if you can hear anything.

Nothing.

Once you opened the door you saw your husband making out with the Imp. The two noticed you and jumped off of each other, Stolas looking concerned, and Blitz feeling awkward.

"I should leave you two alone." He tried to escape through the window but you stopped him.

"Blitz, you're staying."

"Ah shit." He mumbled.

"What is it dear? Are you feeling alright?" He put the back of his hand against your forehead but you gently took his hand off.

"I think we should all talk about this whole situation."

"Ah shit you wanna join?" Blitz smirked.

"Uh no. Is there anyway where you guys can have a different transaction? I don't mean to sound insecure and jealous but...it hurts. It really does. Knowing that you two are fucking in the bed that Stolas and I sleep and fuck on really messes with me."

"Oh Starshine I didn't know." Stolas took you in his arms, then let go, his hands rested tightly on your shoulders. "How long have you been feeling this?"

"If I'm being honest, the moment we started dating. I should've told you sooner but...I didn't want to sound jealous or clingy or insecure and shit. I'm sorry." 

"No need to apologize, I'm terribly sorry that you're feeling like this. Blitz, let's come up with a different transaction."

"Oh thank god." He mumbled. "What's the new transaction?"

Stolas looked at you for some ideas. "How about we get 5% of your earnings?" You suggested.

"What!? FUCK no."

"Blitz, respect my wife's decision. You still get to use the book."

He rolled his eyes. "Fine. Deal."

"Thanks guys. I really appreciate it." I smiled at Stolas. He ruffled my hair and pulled me closer to him. "Blitz, I still need it during the full moon."

"Yeah that's fine." He crossed his arms. "Bye." He swung his legs over the window, but he ended up missing and falling, we could hear him land on the ground followed by a groan.

"Thanks again for compromising with me."

"No need to thank me, and I'm deeply sorry that I let this transaction continued throughout our relationship. I should've put a stop to it. But just know that I was always thinking about you, and I'm so thankful that you're in mine and Octavia's life. I truly love you, Y/n." Stolas pulled you into a tight hug, "I love you so much."

ok so I know I haven’t exactly been optimistic about stolas’s future but I can see one small glimmer of hope for him.

remember back in the harvest moon festival when he said it was his job to bless the crops of wrath? (Maybe grapes specifically?) well now that Andy is taking his job he’s taking his responsibilities and something tells me that like starscream or Stalin he may be good at weaseling his way into getting power but he’s far from competent at using it! Considering the fact that the imp crowd didn’t like stolas who was far more innocent than most goetia because he was acting condescending out of ignorance while Andy knows damn well what an asshole he’s being plus I doubt his ice based abilities are good for plants and that’s not even considered what STELLA would do!! She’s unbearable to all of hell on a good day if she had to so much as go near the commoners let alone inbreed (though she’s one to talk) warthian bumpkins she’s going to make a scene and not a good one!

this could tie nicely into blitz’s imp revolt plot as Andy and Stella’s incompetence and bad attitudes towards the lower classes would only further anger the already pissed off imp population as now a pair of condescending blue blood fuck stains had caused a food shortage!!

and with all this increasing pressure the goetia might begin to realize that they might actually have to give in to the peasants demands this time if something isn’t done soon! So paimon tries to bribe his son by offering him his old position back and guarantee his daughter won’t have to marry if she doesn’t want to and all stolas has to do is sell out his revolution leader boyfriend but the clever little owl turns this against him not only getting his power back out now none of them can get his stuff because he donated everything to Octavia and now that nether him or his daughter can produce and heir it’s up to one of them to do so and stolas happily walk away as the start bickering with each other.

It is very important to me that when Stolitz gets married and become a chaotic yet happy family that Stolas refers to Loona and Octavia as his Moon and Stars and Blitzø as his Sun 🥺💕

I have a confession, i HATE owling at the moon (Loona x Octavia).

After what canon has presented of both characters, since the begining i felt that a romantic relationship between them is the worst possible route for either of them in terms of character developtment since neither of them seem to be in the right emotional (Loona) or mental (Octavia) state to have something healthy, specially since it would be mentally scaring for Octavia to interact further with blitzø taking in count she resents him, which is not healthy in the slightess.

A lot of people seem to think that they would be a healthier stolitz, but i think that comparing it to them is a giant red flag.

I don't know ¿what is your opinion?

Honestly, personally, I find the ship to be a bit weird. I won't hate anyone if they ship it, I could see the appeal, but like with additional context, the ship is just a bit weird for me .

for two major reasons why I find this ship a bit weird:

1) If Stolas and Blitz were to get married, they would become step siblings.

I personally don't like shipping step-siblings. It is just not for me.

2) it been canon that Octavia is 17 years old, and Loona is implied to be around 18-21 years old.

Even though the age difference isn't that big, it is still very weird to me. Like Octavia is still in school, while Loona is technically an adult with a job.

Overall, I don't see these two together in a relationship.

The Andromeda family was a relatively well-known group of bird-like creatures known throughout the purgatory Underworld. They say that these birds hatched from eggs that fell from meteor showers…

And Stella’s was the brightest of all, having fallen during a meteor shower that took place during a pink moon.

The young Stella, while ambitious and focused on her studies of the stars, was incredibly quiet and introverted, and her sensitive and kind nature brought concern to her family, especially her older brother Andrealphus. One day, her family pulled the adolescent swan aside to inform her that she had been arranged to marry the Goetia prince Stolss in about 5 years. She protested greatly, but was told to stop, as she will be considered nothing but a machine to pump out an heir and the accessory of a lavishing, well-endowed prince.

Afraid of what could happen if she said no, Stella complied, and married Stolas at the age of 18. 3 years later, the pair finally managed to have an egg hatch under a lunar eclipse; Octavia Goetia. Despite her circumstances, Stella genuinely loved and cared for her child, teaching her about the stars whenever Stolas would go off to predict the sky’s events for the Underworld. While she was content being a mother for the most part, she couldn’t say the same about being a wife to Stolas. She felt incredibly uneasy around him, as he would give her condescending remarks on her passion for the constellations and… honestly not be at home all the time. Prediction affairs, he said, we’re keeping him busy.

Stella’s reality shattered when she found out Stolas (very loudly) had an affair during their anniversary party. Heartbroken, Stella confronted the owlish prince, but was met with a rather different response; he started claiming that HE did everything to make sure they had a relatively stable life, that HE took care of Octavia’s teachings, that HE has everything under control. Stella grew angrier, trying to snap Stolas back to reality when—

She realized this wasn’t reality. It was all him.

She broke out of her daze and ran away with Octavia, which Stolas took awfully and claimed that the witch stole away his daughter. She was living with her brother for weeks on end before finding out about a demonologist who also discovered the truth. And so, Stella set out to take her in as an apprentice of sorts, helping her prepare to confront her former lover against all odds. And along the way, perhaps Stella could grow a thicker skin and learn to assert herself against Stolas, even if it meant being seen as a treacherous witch in his eyes.

And that’s pretty much it! I honestly wish she got more depth beyond being Stolas’s mean ex wife who gets in the way of Stolitz.

Stolas will die???

So I’m still recovering from Apology Tour because it utterly destroyed me and there is so much to unpack from that AMAZING episode I’ll need months to put it all together. But I just had a cathartic moment while randomly considering strings of information gathered here and there and… I think Stolas may, indeed, die. 

Not as in assassinated or something like that. He will hopefully die after a long life shared with a certain someone (DELULU LAND!!!). 

So from the last episode, Apology Tour, we had the confirmation that Stolas is, indeed, immortal. 

But in The Full Moon Stolas himself cries out “I’ll fkn die alone if this goes bad” - did he forget he is immortal? Does he think he’ll likely be killed along the way, considering that he barely escaped Striker’s attempt?

His dying is brought up as early as in S1E2 when a young Stolas sings to Octavia, he’s clearly implying his death there, but why?

He sings *WHEN*, not IF I'm gone. Well, he had to marry Stella to sire a precautionary heir so maybe assassinations are a normal occurrence among the Ars Goetia. 

And then we have this frame from back in Oops! that had me freak out when I first saw it.

Helluva Boss is so well written that I highly doubt the creators would do something so nonsensical like killing Stolas, it will serve nothing and it would likely ruin the show (I would 100% stop watching if that ever happens) so I don’t think this is the case. But after having my life ruined by the last two episodes I came to a realisation: Stolas is at fault in many ways, he’s a flawed character and that’s what makes him so real. Blitzø is starting his journey towards redemption and healing from his traumas because he was pointed in the right direction (in a very traumatic way for both him and the fandom), but Stolas still has no one to help him see his wrongdoing. He knows something isn’t right and he feels he might be part of the problem, but he is still far away from understanding and he’s completely alone now, even Via seems not to live in the palace anymore. So, there are two main issues that weigh on the imbalance between Blitzø and Stolas that seem to be impossible to overcome: Stolas’ wealth/nobility and his immortality. I think that for Stolitz to happen there is a need to fill the enormous gap between Blitzø and Stolas, and I think this is going to happen. From what little we see from the trailer it seems likely that Stolas will be stripped of his title and possessions and lose his privileges. I don’t think he will lose all his powers because he was born with them, but maybe he will have to give up the Grimoire so he won’t be as powerful as he is right now. This in my opinion needs to happen for him to be forced to face reality outside his gilded jail, to live as a normal, ordinary demon in hell, maybe even being treated like an outcast, like an imp. This leaves immortality on the table as the main difference between Blitzø and Stolas. What if Stolas has to give his immortality up at a certain point? Because he loses his royalty, or maybe because… he will give it up willingly to save someone’s life? After all, what we see in Oops! is a clock that turns into a skull once it hits Stolas. There is not a single frame in this show that is put there by accident, so my two cents go into thinking that one day Stolas will lose his immortality somehow. And this will take him closer to Blitzø.

If you had to write Helluva Boss, what would you change?

Get ready for a long ass rant. I’m actually planning on doing a full rewrite of Helluva and Hazbin with redesigns as well. But the major things I would change for Helluva are:

Blitzos and Stolas’ relationship: How they met will be the same as “The Circus” but they actually form a bond. Like, Blitzo is bored from being forced hanging out with Stolas by Paimon but after Stolas shows him his interest for pirates, he immediately becomes interested and they talk and play pirates like little kids do and Stolas falls for him even more. Then after they met again in the timeskip, instead of Stolas getting sexual and Blitzo SA’ing him, Stolas tries talking with Blitzo and telling him how much he missed him and even confesses his love for Blitzo but notices that he is trying to steal the Grimore and decides to make a deal with him that Blitzo could have the Grimore but meets Stolas once a month on the full moon to give the book back and just hang out. They do eventually fuck after a while but they actually both consent. While Stolas actually loves Blitzo, Blitzo wasn’t interested at first but as they continue their relationship, he actually starts slowly gains feelings for Stolas, but due to trust issues and his dark past, he tries to hide it.

Striker: He is going to remain mostly the same, but there are some changes I want to add. First off, he doesn’t make fun of Moxxie for not having much physical advantage like he did in the introduction episode, in fact, he actually gets along with him and relates to him. And second, his plan for stopping the Goetia family and bring equal rights to all creatures of hell will remain, but he won’t be presented as the bad guy, more of a gray area at first, then he realizes that Stolas isn’t like the rest of the Goetias and regrets trying to kill him before.

Millie: As shown in the show, shes just violent and loves Moxxie to death. While that’s great and all, there needs to be more outside of her relationship with her husband. In my version, she very overprotective of those she loves, violent, loves her husband to death, has family issues, sibling rivalry, especially with Sallie May, secretly has self confidence issues, sometimes speaks unclearly due to her verbal problems, on the autistic spectrum, has severe anger issues, and hates being alone. Also, the reason why she hated Chaz so much was because he has secretly cheated on her multiple times and all Millie wanted was someone to truly love her.

Blitzos relationship with Moxxie: It’s mostly the same, but Blitzo doesn’t call Moxxie the r-slur, isn’t ableist towards him, doesn’t SA him, doesn’t threaten to rape him, and actually treats Moxxie better after the events of “Truth Seekers” and even forms a good, healthy bond with him.

Sallie May: I think she’s cool and all but I wished that she had more character since she was merchandised so much. In my rewrite, she’s actually going to be shown as an actual character. She’s going to be shown as confident, high mighty, has a sibling rivalry with Millie but she cares for her and even killed for Millie before.

Stella and Octavia: For Stella, she won’t be shown as a complete antagonist. Stella was arranged to marry Stolas since they were children but she wasn’t a complete monster, though she had anger issues. Stella actually cares for him and Stolas and Stella actually had a pretty good, healthy relationship before he cheated on her. She was heartbroken after that and the reason why she hired Striker to kill Stolas was because the family manipulated her too. For Octavia, everything’s the same, except that in my rewrite, she doesn’t completely forgive Stolas but she doesn’t hate him and Stolas actually improves as a father and he and Octavia slowly start to have a good father daughter relationship again. I know that was a lot. I like to rant so if you want me to share my ideas for my Hazbin rewrite, expect more of my rants.

How was your Helluva Boss watch?

Here's a list of the stuff I liked:

Moxxie and Millie's marriage is cute! I'm a sucker for fictional married couples who are sickeningly adorable and genuinely care for each other rather than arguing all the time.

I think I might have an autistic headcanon for Moxxie? It was the bit where he started infodumping to Millie's parents that did it for me.

There were plenty of lines of dialogue that made me splutter because I wasn't expecting them to be so hilarious.

The part of the interrogation scene where Moxxie intelligently explains why torture is a bad interrogation tactic and Blitzo adds that the demons might enjoy the torture too much and then the agents would have a whole other set of problems on their hands lives in my head rent-free for some reason.

While I'm not sure I want Stolitz to become canon, I will admit that their complicated relationship is interesting to watch. The childhood flashback episode had some cute moments. And I'm fascinated by the changes that Stolas has undergone over the course of the series. I'm glad he's not as creepy as he was at the start.

(I prefer Owling at the Moon over Stolitz, which is probably why I don't want Stolitz to become canon. Imagine if Loona and Octavia started dating and Blitzo and Stolas became the awkward in-laws. I'd like watching that play out!)

Fizzmodeus intrigues me. I wasn't sure about that ship at first, but they do seem to have a cute thing going on. Watching Asmodeus trying to help Fizzarolli after his panic attack was unexpected. I've not really seen stuff like that in the fiction I've encountered.

I came across a Hellaverse crossover fanfic where Angel Dust meets Asmodeus and I thought it was well-written. (You can read it here if you're interested. But given the two main characters are the King of Lust and a porn star, it's very much NSFW, so don't look if you're a minor.)

And here's a list of the stuff I wasn't keen on:

The show was supposed to be about a team of demonic assassins taking out targets on Earth, but it seems to have abandoned that premise rather quickly to focus on exploring side characters and fleshing out the worldbuilding in Hell. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the worldbuilding (certainly more than I would have enjoyed the gory killings) - it just bothers me that the show starts with a premise and then forgets it. At least in Hazbin Hotel, the themes of redemption and second chances are almost always present, even if the Hotel itself isn't getting much focus. By contrast, what does Fizzarolli's clown career have to do with assassinating humans?

The sound mixing on the songs bothered me. Most of the time, the dialogue is loud and clear, but when a song starts, the voices go really quiet for some reason and the instrumentation drowns them out and I can't hear what they're singing. It's as if the show keeps coming down with a bad case of Sonic Adventure 2 sound mixing.

I wish Loona was treated better by the narrative. She seems very underdeveloped to me, and I'd love to see an episode or two focusing on her and giving her time to shine. (And more of her hanging out with Octavia. That'd be neat.)

They got Barrett Wilbert Weed to voice Octavia and they haven't let her sing a song yet?! I've heard her Heathers and Mean Girls stuff! She's a good singer! Don't let her go to waste!

So, as you can see, I do have some quibbles with the series, but overall, I had fun!

I am now finally watching Hazbin Hotel properly (hooray!), and I prefer that show over Helluva Boss. The characters resonate with me more, and the songs stand out to me more. But I still enjoyed checking out Helluva Boss!

What I'm going to tell you happened the last 24h of my sims life ...

So, I found this cute guy on this new Cupid app. I love his hair and general look + he likes nature so that's always a good point for me ... We quickly matched together so I thought why not asking him on a date, a small one to learn more about each others.

Faiz Jaleel was his name. Fromage Tartosa, this handsome flower seller really did an awesome impression on that date ! Seriously, I was suuuuper attracted to him, but not him towards me 😅 The date went fine, so when I got home I sent him some kind of sexy selfie you know (wait a minute, I had my clothes on that pic), and I also thanked him for the date, hoping for another one. A minute later, he asked me on a more serious date. As the desire was strong for me, I accepted being prepared for a woohooing night 🙈

This date was 🔥🔥🔥 but I had to prepare for my next movie (I'm an actress) so I was happy to him gone in order to rest. 5h later, Faiz asked me on another date, I said no. 1h later, he asked if I wanted to move in with him ! No again . The next hour, he asked me if he could come over to hang out at my place, I said no again and again .

My friend Octavia Moon came to rehearse and we talked about Faiz. He must have heard it because he came to my house anyway and asked me to marry him 🤣 dude, we didn't knew each other 24h ago !

HB season 3 thoughts and predictions

While the audience knows Blitz is in love with and fully committed to Stolas, I suspect that Stolas feels Blitz is only helping him out of obligation and pity. As soon as he can stand on his own, Stolas is likely to leave to "spare" Blitz. However, since both are better at communicating it will be resolved within an episode or two. 2. I want to see Stolas as a badass normal; he can't do magic, but might be really good with a sword. 3. I think the lullaby/prophecy from season 1 (Octavia was born during an eclipse; the rings will collide; etc.) will be more of a focus, along with Octavia's burgeoning powers. She will become a player in her own right. 4. I do think Stella actually loves her daughter, and will take a bullet (literal or metaphorical) for her at the end of season 3. It's her hatred of Stolas and trust in Andrealphus that will put Octavia in danger, rather than any actual malice Stella has towards Via. 5. I would love for Stella to hire Luna as Octavia's bodyguard, but since Andrealphus would recognize Luna I don't think that will happen. 6. It's very interesting to me that Octavia and Andrealphus are going into season 3 holding a secret over each other's heads. I'm pretty worried for Octavia. Ice dude's goal is to take over Stolas' responsibilities and holdings, but right now he's only Octavia's regent. The most direct paths for him to obtain his goals are to either kill Octavia or marry her. I don't know if the show will go that dark, though. 7. With Stolas out of the picture, it will fall to either Octavia or Andrealphus to go to the Full Moon Festival. It's a missed opportunity if Octavia doesn't sing a country/western song. 8. It's likely that the Goetia will want Octavia to marry to produce an heir of her own. However, given that the Goetia are immortal and now that she's divorced, that's a danger for Stella as well. 9. I want Moxxie to get a dramatic (rather than silly or sweet) song. 10. I want Millie to get a dark night of the soul episode.

Okay so last I heard Helluva Season 3 is gonna have a retrial on Stolas" cases ( after so much drama )

I have a theory that that retrial is set around the time Hazbin Season 1

Cuz Lucifer finally comes out of his depressive cocoon at the behest of his daughter

And then he had a major catch up on stuff, and as soon as he heard the whole hoopla with Stolas, he INSTANTLY orders a retrial

Soon Lucifer got all the Royals, a bunch of imps, Charlie and her friends in tow in this, and had it all LIVESTREAMED

And then Stolas and Blitzo walk in hand in hand, heads held high as EVERYONE ELSE stood up for him

Stella is like, ' WHY ARE YOU ALL STANDING UP FOR HIM?! HE LOST HIS ROYAL STATUS? '

Lucifer : Um, excuse me, Stolas here is like far more royal than you or any of your cronies. JUST LOOK AT HIM WITH THE MOON AND STARS CAPE!! YEAAAAH,

Stolas : * smiles politely in gratitude as he and Blitzo took their seats *

Edit : Octavia is there too, but actually it was her paternal grandparents who helped encouraged her to deliver her testimony. After much persuasion, Octavia agreed because she wanted to see her dad in person again and help clear his name

As soon as Stolas and Blitzo took their seats, Octavia immediately switched from sitting next to Paimon and Amethyst.....to sitting next to Stolas and Blitzo

Like there are lots of HCs of Helluva Gang becoming associates of the Hazbin Hotel - I can totally see that happening in canon, especially from the reparations of Hazbin Hotel onwards

And yeah, Charlie clocked in A LOT OF PEOPLE in the trial for therapy in Hazbin Hotel or anywhere else
