#vampire hunter d#vhd#the noble greylancer#the noble v greylancer#it's not that i claim to be 100% accurate#in fact i found out that he has at least three jackets/coats in nv:g#and two capes#and that absolutely feral costume from the cover illustration of the second book#sometimes he doesn't wear that bat wing shoulder pad because it's part of his armor#and wears the cape on both shoulders when he doesn't need to fight#i'm sure he has these three outfits of the same style hanging in his closet#he doesn't need anything else#i always remember what dulcinea called him tasteless hick in the second book#i also like the difference between the characters illustration at the beginning of the first and second books#five years passed and he finally learned what a comb is#and nightmare village..... i never finished it.....

I need to like set aside a day to just study Sniper's character because the way he's treated in fandom VS how he's presented in canon material is so different and it's messing with my brain

DAY 2: New Years!!!
Guys playing dress up with Kiran is so fun actually. I want to give them the fluffy hood all the time now.
#Since I only have a day my research on these types of dress are limited to other feh alts#So I'm really hoping I didn't do anything too catastrophically inaccurate. #What he's wearing are just round glasses which is cute and all but also proper lab safety goggles have special rims that would also protect#your eyes from different sides#Cause things could splash from the side too not just in front of you#Covering your hands: good. Not covering your wrist: not good. Especially since your wrist has some pretty important vessels#I've seen some nasty burns that you really don't wanna get on your wrist cause again. Vessels are there and you'd rather burn your hand#Than your wrist.#USUALLY you'd tie your hair up if it's long so it doesn't accidentally burn or get caught in anything#But i feel like his hair is in this weird stage where it's like...kinda short so it's not TOO bad but also still long?#Would still tie it up tho#I am not explaining the chemicals or the lab coat i think that's pretty self explanatory. C'mon murr these are basics.#Metal is awful in almost all labs#you'll get burns if something goes wrong with electricity#Also can heat up if it absorbs radiation. More burns#Not to mention it's magnetic and a disaster if it gets caught in. Say. MRI machines#Depending on the metal it may also have certain reaction with other chemicals and. You guessed it. anyway shri’iia’s epilogue outfit which is a mix of 1900s male stage costumes and also that one camp outfit mod. look at the ring hehe 🤭
#it’s so whimsical I love it ….. the silhouette is based on the stage costumes#where they have like the cinched waist poofy bottoms and then stockings#but in her case it’s boots but she’s wearing these particular boots that I think fits with the whimsy elements the fit has#and the top is like a reconstructed coat but off the shoulders with the poofy sleeves bc I want to give her that rapunzel / tangled vibe#since her backstory was inspired by rapunzel ofc …!!!!#and it still has that sexy element drow fits are known to have … but this one isn’t like outright naked sexy it’s more of a teasing kind#which fits her..!! like this is her whole personality turned into an outfit I really like it 🤭🤭🤭🤭#and it’s the personality that she slowly regains when she becomes more genuine … and she’s finding herself more (via the oathbreaking route#unlike before the clothes she wore were like costumes bc she’s trying to project a certain image. now it’s her actual authentic self#character building through fashion and wear? maybe so!#as for the stage inspo I think her own style would lean that way bc a) she prob has been influenced by astarion who I think has a more#theatrical style and since she’s new to the fashion in the surface she’ll probably ask him a lot#b) it’s a whimsical style!! and fun!! very bard like tbh but I think that’s what she’ll end up liking. it’s different from the tight#fitting/see through/sleek outfits that drow fashion favours and I think she’ll want to experiment w a different style than she’s used to#and also as for the ring. it’s a promise ring hehehe I talked abt it before but I like the idea that at some point they give each other#promise rings bc marriage!!! or anything of the sort!!! feels too big and too daunting currently and they’re probably taking it slow like#they’re elves they have all the time in the world quite literally for him he’s a vampire but I like the idea they have something that#reminds them or gives them that possibility of like something more 👁️ and the promise rings are just that. also they probably stole the#rings or looted it off a dead body somewhere lmfao#anyway…… Some Thoughts. !

Modern/college AU Rin and Kitay bc in my heart they are not suffering the horrors they are complaining about homework <3 with some headcanons, as per usual:
Rin wears mostly hand me downs/sports clothes and at some point that means Altan's clothes - including this shirt, which you cant really see but I promise features a bird skull
she's still a martial artist, except now that makes her some sort of college jock. or smth. idk. anyway she still has bruises and bandaids all over
she also doesnt particularly like coffee but drinks it all the time anyways, she's just the type of unhinged to drink yesterday's cold coffee and not care
Kitay has fancy nerd prep clothes and all but his hair is always a mess
+ some details bc i think i'm so clever: Rin's coffee cup says "Ruin" instead of Rin and Kitay's two pins say "hello i'm genius" and "shut up <3" bc he's just Like That
