i briefly spoke about how I saw Red & may as siblings before in old posts. but I felt like I needed to introduce this to the plate 2 show what goings on in my sick and twisted mind.

so the pokemon tcg seems to keep giving cards to characters who had no character specific cards from old generations like every other expansion! so I'm gonna catalogue them because what the hell this is cool!

Norman, Hoenn's Normal and 5th gym leader, is objecctively one of the hardest Gym Leader in the Pokemon franchise. Sure, he only has 3 Pokemons, but they are hellish weapons of mass destruction ! But what must make this fight even scarier from a character pov, is that he is your father.

You know these Pokemons, you grew up with them. You took naps on those Slakings; that Vigoroth scared the shit out of little bullies giving you a hard time at school; you had tea parties and played pretend with them; they helped your parents moving the furniture when you moved away. They are part of the family. You never had to be afraid of them, they were always positive, familiar figures to you.

And then you get to see these three utterly annihilate your entire team ! All the while your dad heals any meagre damage you achieve to deal !

It's not even a "Oh shit, my folks were cool before"moment, it's a "Oh shit, I am so glad I have never been on the bad side utterly terrifying quatuor!" moment.

That is horrifying in a very intimate way, I think.

In this project, The Pokemon World Tournament can be challenged! Hailing from Unova, this stadium has plenty of the classic Battle Frontier charms packed in as well in different prixs you can choose, acting as formats for the player to choose both in here and in Online battles as a ruleset option after beating the Prix Master of each category! The challengers you can face are near unlimited, as even Giovanni can visit in the previous iteration - the roster spans from Kanto to Paldea.

In one of the shops, you can use your BP to spend on Mega stones and other held items to incite Mega Evolution, this includes the Red Orb, the Blue Orb, and even the Jade Orb - which is used to nerf Mega Rayquaza in this project.

You do get returning tournaments from B2W2, but we got prixs to act as special rulesets for the nimble-minded: N-verted! Prix - Fight against foes in this odd realm of types, that was only seen used by one trainer now publicized to online use! Mega Prix - Some trainers can pack the Mega Stones on some Pokemon, as well as you now having access to this energy at the cost of a held item as usual. Z-Prix - Use the power of the Z-crystals for one powerful attacks to help change the tide of battle in this rule set! Battle Royale Prix - In this format of Multi-battle, it's everyone for themselves in this fast-paced environment - now with the annoying point mechanics being optional for some players! Dyna Prix - Taking place in a small arena in the middle of the sea, your Dynamaxed pokemon stand behind you above the wake to unleash thier Max moves! Tera Prix - Terastallize your Pokemon to help with your offense or defenses with Tera-boosted moves!

When you do have the time outside of the battles, some of the trainers will be there to talk to and give some items. However there is this one woman who might appear after beating the Champion... She's as tall as that AZ guy you met after beating the League and has a pokemon to her side made of gold. She tells about untold riches in huge ruins under the waves that you can use for personal wealth... or maybe more Pokemon to collect?

As a counterpoint to Abusive Dad Norman I'd like to propose Very Dad Norman™️, a Norman who is a collection of every dad stereotype known to man.

He grills, he does home repair, he holds cook outs that the whole neighborhood is invited to, he plays catch, he tries his best to be supportive of his kid's interests, even if he doesn't quite understand them. He is the dad of all time.
