i literally paid my bill last month and asked for an extension, which they approved. now they changed their minds. what the absolute fuck?

hi i'm equinox, i'm a multiply disabled intersex trans person who needs help saving up for my power bill. i will be calling them on monday to correct this, but i will still have to pay some of it as my bill for this month is almost due. please refer to both of the screenshots of my emails, there is clear proof that i did these things

if they allow my extension which was already confirmed, and acknowledge my prior payment,, i will have until the 16th of September to pay. if not, i have pay on the 12th.

without their lie about me not paying my bill last month, my bill this month should be $76. i will update this with a report on monday when i contact them but fornow i still need to save up the money regardless

i am immunocompromised, i deal with hypermobile ehlers-danlos and psoriatic arthritis andi just got my covid and flu vaccines yesterday so i am very tired and it has been hard to move or even stay awake. im having very bad body aches. if you'd like to help me save up for my (hopefully $76 bill), you can do so in the following ways:

reminder that i am only using it/its pronouns from here on out. i'm so tired of people not using them for me- my own close friends even avoid using it for me most of the time in favor of they. i'm tired of people literally avoiding addressing me appropriately. this isn't a matter of personal opinion- it's about correcting inappropriate behavior.

just as you don't question the she/her pronouns used by a cis woman, or the he/him pronouns used by a cis man- don't question anyone who uses it/its pronouns. trans, cis, intersex, or otherwise. it's not a debate. it's not a moral or ethical issue- it's about respect, and being addressed correctly.

i refuse to cave and use "they" so it's "easier" for people. it only takes a little bit of practice. if you are resistant to learning new concepts, you will always have negative reactions when you disrespect someone. that's what this is: disrespect.

To Peri and Jordan, it might he better at looking into making Dev a Fairy. I mean, he's a neglected kid so desperate for fatherly love that he TEAMED UP with Anti Faries, and nearly mamaged to take over Fairy World completely just for a chance that his father would love him.

There's no telling that a Anti Fairy might try going after him again, and use him again, and have the events repeat. Least as a Fairy Dev could be monitored more. He's arguably a unique case like Timmy is; if not one that can warrant more danger if not careful. (Plus I don't think the memory spell worked on him considering he always wears sunglasses)
