(Don't know if this was asked already but)
What are the Titan's first reaction to Dick calling to them in owl hoots?
And what's their reaction to Batman answering Dick the same way?
At first he wouldn’t make any birds sounds around them at all, opting to wear contacts and talk as little as possible.
The first time they witness the bird sounds would probably be in response to Robin hijacking the comms after Dick didn’t check in with him at the alotted time, suddenly Nightwing is just standing off to the side, hooting and chirping softly in the the comms.
The titans are definitely confused because??? They thought Nightwing was human???? But apparently the name means something after all so whatever. If they can have an alien on the team then a bird-man-whatever is nothing. And Dick, upon seeing that they really don’t care at all, starts making bird sounds more frequently around them. And the Titans likewise learn to interpret some of the sounds (“look!” Is a sharp hoot, “stop!” a chittering hiss, and “nice-move-but-I’m-going-to-show-you-where-it-really-hurts-now” is an amused little chirrup).
The real surprise is Batman and Robin responding to Nightwing with the same sort of bird sounds and it takes them a good moment to realize that—- yep, “tall-dark-and-scary” just hooted at him like an owl. And now, apparently he’s not mocking him because Nightwing appears very happy about it and Robin also makes those weird little cheeps and trills that genuinely don’t sound like they should be coming from a human throat at all and—-
Yep, now Nightwing is??? Cuddling Robin???? Is that a thing?????? And making the softest bird noises yet?????? (One of the Titans definitely tries approaching them but the dead stare Dick gives them makes them backtrack very quickly. The message is clear: no approaching Robin.)
((Jason meanwhile jabs Dick in the ribs hard and pointedly makes his way over to the Titans to cheerfully say hello and let them know that if anything happens to Nightwing on their watch, he’s going to become their worst nightmare. The Titans are reluctantly impressed but also very much aware that Nightwing is still giving them that eerily blank stare that promises a world of pain if anybody even thinks about harming a hair on Robin’s head. Like they ever would. Batman’s wrath alone wouldn’t be worth it, but now they’re starting to see that Nightwing might be even scarier than him.
Wally eventually takes one for the team and introduces himself to Jason, offering to share some silly stories about Nightwing from their last mission and eat ice cream. The speedster is the first Titan to get his individual bird call.))
The Titans obviously aren’t going to question Batman hooting at Nightwing (no way, they value their skeletal integrity thank you very much) but that day, many wild rumors and speculations about Batman are born, some them gaining enough attention that JLA hear of them.
None of them want to ask, but the running bet is either that the Batfamily are all metas with bird characteristics (“It explains how they can stomach swinging through the city like that Roy! They’re meant to have wings, but now they have to compensate!”), or that they’re secretly some kind of eldritch entities that embody all the weirdness of Gotham City (“No Donna, think about it, it makes sense! Remember all those random owl statues and carvings around the city? They’re literally an embodiment of that cursed place!”)

Batfam AU: All Might is one of the few who have realized Clark Kent is Superman... And as a consequence knows perfectly how smart he is, given he figured out how to hide his human identity by going around without a mask and telling everyone that the guy nicknamed Superman by the press is actually an alien named Kal-El with a residence in the Arctic called the Fortress of Solitude.
Because, seriously, we make so much fun of how nobody can see Clark Kent is Superman with glasses, but that's precisely nobody can see it: Superman doesn't wear a mask and told everyone exactly who he is, that he may have another secret identity just doesn't occur to most people unless they're paranoid or have both access to Clark Kent and enormous deductive skills. Even Batman praised him for this trick.
And thinking about it, All Might used a very similar trick: both before and after the injury Yagi Toshinori looks like a somewhat skinnier All Might with a slightly different hairstyle, but most people would dismiss the idea because All Might is unmasked and has no problem going around in a civilian outfit and get groceries, so outside extenuating circumstances it doesn't occur to anyone that they may be the same person. Proving once again All Might is smarter than people give him credit for.
I keep saying that All Might is meant to be a Superman pastiche for a reason

Thinking about Bruce and Cass’s relationship and how interesting and complex it is yet again.
The thing about Bruce and Cass is that they’re fundamentally extremely similar, and they know this. Bruce is more aware of it than Cass, at least initially, and this plays into their relationship a lot. Bruce essentially sees Cass as a younger version of himself, to the point where he struggles to remember that she’s her own person. This means that he projects all of his mental health problems all over her.
This is very obvious with the way he pushes her towards vigilantism, and the way he seems to think it’ll solve any and all of her problems. It’s why he sees no issues with making her live in a mini-batcave, and why he disregards all of Barbara’s advice about making Cass live a normal life. To a degree, his approach isn’t wrong. It’s true that Cass, like Bruce, needs vigilantism in a way that the rest of the Batfam doesn’t, really. Bruce sees this in a way that nobody else really can, and it’s why his solutions to her problems often work better than Barbara’s.
But at the same time, he is wrong; Cass clings to vigilantism because it’s easier for her than trying to live a normal life, and Barbara is right that this isn’t healthy, and that she needs to learn how to live, not just fight. This is something Bruce doesn’t seem to understand, because it’s something he can’t apply to himself, so he doesn’t apply it to Cass, either. If all he needs is vigilantism, than all Cass needs is vigilantism too, surely. And if Cass needs something different, than that puts Bruce’s own coping mechanisms in question, and he can’t have that.
We also see this level of projection when Cass is revealed to have killed someone. Bruce’s intense denial and anger is irrational; it’s clear that Cassandra, at eight, was brainwashed and didn’t understand what she was doing. When she did comprehend what killing was, she immediately abandoned it. The fact that she has killed should, therefore, not negatively reflect on her current character or capacity for heroism. Furthermore, it really should not be this surprising to the World’s Greatest Detective that the child of a world-class assassin who was trained to be the ultimate assassin her whole life has killed. It doesn’t take a genius to pull off that level of deduction.
But Bruce’s denial and anger isn’t about Cass, really. It’s about him, and how it threatens his own self-image. Bruce projects himself onto Cass and feels like she’s the only one to truly understand the depth of his no-killing code, and therefore, the idea that Cass could have actually killed someone scares him. Because it proves that the no-killing code isn’t an inherent character trait; it’s something that’s permanently in danger of being broken, and that terrifies Bruce. He doesn’t want to think of himself as a man capable of killing, and yet, it’s a fact he has to confront when he watches someone who considers to be his mirror kill someone.
At the same time, Bruce isn’t the only one with unhealthy ideas of who the other one is. Cass has similar problems as Bruce in that she doesn’t really see him as a person, but unlike Bruce, it’s not because she sees him as an extension of herself; it’s because she sees him as a symbol rather than a person. And why wouldn’t she? It’s the image that Bruce has always wanted to portray, and it’s a side of himself he shows especially around Cass. When they only interact in a vigilante capacity, it’s no real wonder that Cass sees Bruce as Batman first and only.
Batman is larger than life, to her, an ideal and a goal and a chance at redemption all in one. She never asked about Batman’s secret identity, because she didn’t process the fact that he had one, because Batman is not a person to her. This means that she takes any opinion he has on her not as the potentially flawed opinion of a man, but practically as the word of a god. She internalizes all of his opinions on her and tries desperately to live up to an impossible standard, not one Batman set, but one she set for herself, encouraged by Batman, both the man and the symbol.
And the way Cass treats Batman as something more than human is internalized by Bruce, as well. It reinforces his own belief that Batman, the symbol, is more important than Bruce, the man, and encourages him in his unhealthy focus on vigilantism, as well as his decisions to encourage Cass to do the same. This level of hero worship isn’t healthy for either for them.
Eventually, both of them start to mellow out. Cass realizes Batman has a life outside of the cowl in Bruce Wayne: Fugitive, but I’d argue that the first seeds of independence were sown during the Shiva fight, when she comes to terms with her past actions and, therefore, stops trying to hold herself to at least part of the impossible standard set by Batman’s ideals. Bruce’s writing is less strong, but he eventually concedes to Barbara that she has a point, and helps Cass move to Bludhaven, where she strikes out and focuses more on her civilian life in a way that she never could’ve under Batman’s shadow.
Batman and Cass’s relationship is one based around the idea that neither of them sees the other as human, and coming to slowly understand that they are wrong, and that is okay.

Well, since you need a distraction. Salty ask, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 26, 27.
What's trying to kill you? Point me in the direction of what I need to fight
1. It's not that I can't get them - it's just some popular pairings are my nOTPs or squick me out! Dick/Roy, for example. I mean, they have had a great friendship and all but, during that time, in Titans, Dick has Kory, and later had ambiguous relationship with Barbara (or maybe they dated? I am not big on their history), Roy had Donna, and then he had a baby with Jade. It just irks me to imagine them somehow getting together at that time. And they weren't really all that close, as a dating opportunity goes, afterwards.
Other pairing that I don't get, because I don't want to get it: Batjokes! Sweet Jesus. If there's a pairing from hell, it's this. I mean, the reason the pairing exist is obvious: to pair a hero and a villain, plus, Joker is fucking obsessed with Bats, plus, he often coded as flamboyant gay? I think? I only remember some panels so it's more of impression, don't ask me for evidence. Anyway, that's offensive.
Plus, the dude killed countless people - and among them, his son. If that's not an automatic reason for disqualification, I don't know what is.
Also, Joker/Jason. No. NO. Though this is not popular, thank God.
2. Jaytemis is brOTP. I mean, zero chemistry but magical friendship, hello?
3. Sure! I unfollowed and probably blocked a lot of people with dumbass opinions on characters, ships and morals. Coincidentally, most of them, though not all, were Dick Grayson fans. I tried to expand my knowledge of the character and followed a bunch of people - whoa was that a mistake! For a long time, it left on me a very deep impression and I even began to hate Dick Grayson by association.
I am sure you know how it is.
4. In addition to what I wrote earlier, it's Bruce/Dick and Bruce/Tim. Ugh. I know it's weird probably, given I wrote and read Brujay. I don't know, guys, it just feels different! Do I consider them as more real kids of Bruce than Jason so any romance is impossible? Or are they more fragile somehow and reading a dark fic with them is too much? I don't know, but that's how it is.
I don't know if they are all that popular, I try to filter it out on AO3.
5. I don't like Jaytims and Jaydicks anymore, and it's mostly about my attitude towards these characters which changed because of their fans. Them being together with Jason is just not believable to me anymore.
7. Reconciliation with Bruce. I mean, I loved to read and to cry about fics like that. But now, what's where to reconcile about? You have to let some things go, and Bruce is one of them, for Jason.
8. No! I am pretty low-key, I think, so nobody sends me hate. There were a few comments here and there, I think there was a comment or two on AO3 made either with anon or throw-away account, but at the end of the day, I am luckier than most in this regard.
9. Joker. DC please kill him off.
Even Bruce, who is one of my hated characters, I love to hate him, you know? You have to have an antagonist to your protagonist.
Whereas Joker is a useless piece of shit and you can just replace him with anyone.
10. Death of the Family. What fucking family? They're really not. Not to mention, it's obvious that Joker does know their identities and Bruce, what, convinces himself that he doesn't? Yeah, I am sure it will go swimmingly.
Also, anything that goes with Batman Who Laughs. Bruce mixed with Joker, who kills all of the Batfam? No. Just no.
11. Isabel Ardilla. I think she was underused by Lobdell, he created her with one function in mind, Jason's civilian girlfriend, and didn't develope her basically at all. So I get she's not loved. But hating her, calling her a gold-digger or a cougar, that's a bit too much.
I have a soft spot for Isabel, what can I say.
13. Alfred is not a kind good grandfather as the fandom paints him. And I don't think he really gave a shit about Jason, or Damian, or maybe even other kids.
14. I don't have any unpopular opinions on fandom itself. It's a pretty chill place most of the time. Or maybe my half a year hiatus just smoothed out all the rough edges.
15. Unpopular opinion about Titans TV series: Dick being the main character really fucked up the potential the show had. First season should have been focused on Rachel, but it was a Dick Grayson breaking off from Robin show. Second season should have been about the old Titans and Deathstroke and Rose - she should have gotten developed more and in a way that makes sense for her betrayal and redemption to have any weight. But no, it is Dick Grayson struggling with imaginary guilt and getting a new identity. Third season is supposed to be about Kory, right? Who wants to bet it's going to be Dick Grayson and a love triangle or something?
26. Of course Jason is the most shippable character (despite me headcanoning him as ace). No, I will not explain, except elaborate that he could be shipped with literally ANYONE, hero or villain, (except Joker), and even people from other media. Like uh, Deadpool? Dean Winchester? Derek Hale? You name it, I can come up with ~100-200 words idea for a shipping fic.
27. Joker. I can't ship him with anyone ever

Batfam Death Note fusion prompts
I've been thinking about DN vs DCU a bit more so like. Here are your what-if scenarios that nobody asked for:
What if: Jason Todd is one of the few humans the Death Note can't kill because he's already died before (I know I know he's not the only Batfam member who's died at some point but also he's the only one whose death wasn't just retconned away like he never died, or that he was only dead briefly, no this boy full on died and got buried and was only Superboy Prime-punched back to life after a few months of sleeping with the worms. Also, Pit magic. Let's pretend the Pit cancels out shinigami powers, or something.)
What if: the DN ensemble cast exists in the same universe as Batfam, and they decided to fully step in after L dies. (Okay realistically I know this would be a crisis of global catastrophic proportions and the JLA would probably have already stepped in as soon as criminals in American prisons started dropping like flies. But let's just pretend they never actively engaged because Batman kept a channel open on NPA / Interpol / FBI / all major investigative agencies across the world and knows about the risks of investigating Kira head-on; see: the 12 dead FBI agents.)
Except the Bats really can't do much beyond investigating from a distance, since Kira only needs a name and a face to kill, and most of the Batfam have well-documented civilian identities in public records. Hell, most of them are public figures, e.g. Barbara being the daughter of the GCPD Commissioner, or most of the Wayne kids being high society celebrities.
Enter Agent 37!Dick. There's something about Spyral's face tech to play around with, all Spyral agents are automatically immune to the shinigami eyes since their faces are all obscured, and also all their paper trails are destroyed, so no one outside the organisation can identify them, really. Dick is pretty much the Batfam's only member who can do any sort of field work for the Kira case.
Alternatively, Jason decides to join the investigation (without Bruce's permission - which I imagine would be another point of contention between the two because at the end of the day Bruce can't bear the thought of losing Jason again, but Jason would probably just see Bruce's obstruction as Bruce being an ass per usual). Jason probably counted on his helmet providing natural protection against Kira's powers (since it keeps his face covered when he's out on the field), and also on the fact that his identity registers as legally deceased and is therefore untraceable in all public records. But it's at this point that he learns he's also immune to Kira's powers.
Perhaps Jason tracks down all the surviving members of L's troupe and successors and has a nice talk with Beyond Birthday (let's pretend he doesn't die by Kira's hand in this AU). Jason learns about the shinigami eyes, and that he's an anomaly. Instead of showing a string of shifting numbers, his lifespan just shows a "0" with a strike through the static number. Beyond still dies though - Jason kills him after he's gotten all the info he needs. After all, killing a 13 year old girl automatically puts Beyond on Jason's shit list.
What if: One of the Batkids is born with the shinigami eyes, or somehow acquires that ability accidentally without having done the eye deal. How does being able to see lifespans and predict death dates affect their outlook?
Dick: this would be the reason he tries so hard to save everybody. He saw the numbers floating on his parents' heads and didn't connect the dots back then. But once he knows he's got this gift, and he's seen the way the numbers sometimes shift to a greater number, he will do anything he can in his power (as Nightwing and as a cop) to change fate and keep every person alive if only for one more day.
Jason: it really depends when he discovers / develops this ability. If he's had it from birth, I imagine Catherine's death would just make him see the ability as a curse. Life on the streets of Park Row is rough, death is commonplace and he sees no gain to being able to predict someone's death date if there's nothing he can do change it. He tried so hard to keep his mom alive too and that never made much of a difference on her lifespan. The shinigami eyes become a burden on Jason, especially with all the deaths he encounters on the field as Robin.
Or, alternatively, Jason coming back from the dead with this newly acquired ability. Does that make him sleep easier at night when he realises some of his victims were going to die anyway and so pushes him along the path to becoming Red Hood faster? At his most ruthless he might likely see this as a tactical advantage too, knowing which opponents he wouldn't need to plan to eliminate as they would soon die anyway. Or does it provide a deterrent, where he feels like he's not so much making the hard choices as he is just playing god, and that would be too much for him to bear? (though at his worst moments the Pit has him convinced he'd make a great Batman substitute that's willing to cross the line, when he's sane he doesn't want anything to do with being the next Batman, that's not the sort of legacy or role he wants. Playing god might just be too loaded of a task for him to want to undertake.)
Tim: Death and this boy are well acquainted, throughout his life he's lost and mourned for a lot of people. I imagine he probably figures it out not long after his parents are kidnapped and Jack is rescued by Bruce - because Jack and Janet used to have matching numbers above their heads, but Jack came back from Haiti with his numbers changed - and they keep fluctuating as he alternates between relapse and recovery. But Tim would probably live with this for the rest of his life much like Dick does, except with a lot less confidence in how much he alone can affect fate. After all, he is just one guy, just the third Robin, just another boy Bruce took in -- I definitely think Tim's insecurities and self-doubt about his worth would rear their heads as he tries to process his shinigami eyes ability. He might have a philosophy similar to that of Final Destination - especially after his dad dies - that some deaths are predestined and even if a person avoids it at the initial date where they were supposed to run out of lifespan, the consequences linger and they may not avoid it a second time.
This probably becomes one of Tim's most closely guarded secrets from a young age. Especially knowing Batman's stance on metas. But at the same time, this could be one of the real reasons Tim's so hell-bent on proving Bruce is alive and rescuing him after he gets lost in time. Tim's seen Bruce's lifespan. He was fated to live long into his old age, even up until his supposed death his numbers didn't dwindle dramatically, and the numbers have never lied to Tim.
(addendum: I'm aware Tim having the shinigami eyes would negate the detective work he had to do to figure out the identities of Batman and Robin I & II, because he'd only need to get a good look of the two Robin's faces to see their names. A domino mask I would assume works like a pair of sunglasses - that is, ineffective against the shinigami eyes. Of course, the eyes being a secret that Tim keeps even from Bruce would mean he'd still give him and Dick the same story about figuring Dick out by the quadruple somersaults, because he wouldn't tell them he figured them out via supernatural means, they'd react badly to that; but the cover story sort of just sticks from then on. I don't want Tim having the shinigami eyes to discredit his natural talents for detective work though, so since figuring out Batman's identity is out of the question a different formative incident is needed to highlight Tim's investigative abilities and explain why he's a good fit for the job.)
To be continued

I just read that after Tarantulla raped Dick they were going to marry?! WTF DC THIS IS NOT A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPP is this true?
Yeah, in the issues following Blockbuster’s death and the rape, Dick was a total and complete mess, and Tarantula pretty much spent the next several issues taking advantage of his emotional state. She encouraged him to get drunk to feel better, and tried to use his more vulnerable drunken state to do a number of things which included targeting villains like Copperhead for the sake of her own personal agenda and almost getting married at a chapel. I believe she’d gotten a marriage certificate and everything, and the only thing that kept that from happening is right before it did, Dick got a call from Bruce summoning him back to Gotham to help with the War Games storyline, and the city-wide gang war that had erupted.
(I honestly can’t remember if it was outright stated or textualized in the issues, but it was heavily implied that there was sexual interaction between Dick and Tarantula during this period…..I don’t want to call it them having sex, because Dick wasn’t in a coherent state of mind to be making the choice to have sex based on his normal priorities. My personal interpretation has always been that Dick let Tarantula drag him along from place to place during this time and ‘consented’ to having sex with her because he was kinda trying to….retroactively reframe what she’d done to him on the roof in issue #93, if that makes sense? Like, my take is that Dick was heavily in denial at this stage, and was kinda trying to convince himself that if he made the ‘choice’ here and NOW to have sex with Tarantula, then he could from there kinda convince himself that what had happened on the roof wasn’t any different. Like ‘well maybe I didn’t technically consent at the time, but see, I’m having sex with her now, and that means I probably would have anyway if my head had just been a little clearer.’ Make no mistake - I’m DEFINITELY not suggesting that this in any way makes what happened in #93 any less of actual rape, and there’s no interpretation IMO of the later scenes between them where Dick was making full use of his own agency rather than just unhealthily trying to cope with something he was still trying to process as him having been victimized by rather than a willing party too. It was all just messy as fuck, is what I’m saying. And Tarantula, whatever she thought she was doing, was very much manipulating the fuck out of Dick at his most vulnerable moments through all of this).
Tarantula went to Gotham with him, and even ‘helped’ the Batfam due to the fact that Bruce kinda just….took the fact that she was accompanying Dick and he wasn’t protesting it as a sign of him vouching for her, instead of like….the fact that Dick wasn’t remotely in the right state of mind of to be making healthy decisions, and was pretty obviously on a path to self-destruction. He was extremely reckless throughout the War Games storyline, getting shot in the leg by cops without it even phasing him, heedlessly risking his own life in order to go after Firefly (who just a couple weeks earlier had been hired by Blockbuster to burn down Haly’s Circus), and he basically gave the impression that he didn’t really care if he got both of them shot by the cops while he was going after Firefly - to the extent that it freaked Firefly out and he was yelling wtf are you doing, you Bats aren’t supposed to act like this.
In the immediate aftermath of the War Games storyline, while still recovering from a gunshot wound in his leg, Dick left Gotham again without a word to anyone, just leaving his Nightwing costume abandoned in the Cave. He went back to Bludhaven, with Tarantula following him, and there he turned both himself and Catalina in for the murder of Blockbuster. (He turned himself in as Officer Dick Grayson, who’d been fired from the force before Blockbuster’s death, and basically presented himself as a cop who’d gone rogue rather than implicating himself as Nightwing, so as not to draw any heat back towards the rest of the Batfam by association). He was in jail for like a day or two, but then his former partner and now the captain of the precinct, Amy Rohrbach, had him released and said she refused to let him throw his life away out of guilt for something he didn’t even do.
(She’d known his identity for some time, and its the reason he quit being a cop, she told him he had to choose and it was a conflict of interest….BUT the very night Blockbuster died, she came to him, knowing what Blockbuster had been doing and how he’d been targeting everyone Dick loved in his civilian life, and she offered to give him his gun and badge back so he’d be ‘covered’ if he had to shoot to kill Blockbuster in their inevitable confrontation. Dick refused to take them though.)
But anyway, when Amy made it clear that she wasn’t going to sit back and let Dick throw himself on his sword out of misplaced guilt for a murder he hadn’t actually committed, and was willing to drag herself down with him if he pushed it, Dick was released and he continued to spiral….and this is when he came up with his plan to infiltrate the mob and then from there the Society of Supervillains as Renegade. He first worked as an enforcer for the mob, nicknamed “Crutches” for the fact that he was still on crutches due to his leg injury, but this didn’t stop him from being effective….and then once he got what he’d wanted out of that he progressed to developing the Renegade persona and working for the Society and with Deathstroke. Basically, all of this was part of a plan he’d come up with to ensure Bludhaven’s safety in the longterm, without his presence….he was explicitly counting on not being around to protect Bludhaven himself, mostly because he didn’t deserve to be in his eyes, and it was heavily implied that he was at least passively suicidal at this time and was enacting this plan as kinda a form of ‘getting his affairs in order.’
Basically, the idea was he used his infiltrations to get leverage over the various mobs and make deals with supervillains notorious enough to ensure other villains obeyed a decree to stay out of Bludhaven….and ultimately his plan was to have Bludhaven become a kinda ‘no-fly zone’ for supervillains, the mob and superheroes alike, a city that was left alone for its citizens to live without outside interference. He’d gotten the leverage he needed to keep the mobs from operating in Bludhaven and had a supposed agreement with Deathstroke to keep the villains out….when Slade went back on his word and cooperated with the rest of the Society to drop the nuclear supervillain Chemo on Bludhaven and destroy the city just before Dick managed to bring his months long plans to fruition.
So, this is why if you’ve seen me post about the Blockbuster stuff before, I tend to say I hate how its been boiled down and reduced to just the rape on the rooftop by Tarantula. Yes that was bad enough on its own, but there was SO MUCH SHIT being thrown at Dick from EVERY POSSIBLE ANGLE, simultaneously, with no reprieve. Everything he was working towards was systematically thwarted and dismantled in both his civilian and superhero lives and nothing was going his way, and nobody anywhere was showing up to help him, and he truly was at rock bottom, and I hate hate hate people thinking he only has one or two major traumas in his life because that was like….a good year long exercise in misery for him. He canonically spent months undercover working within the mobs and the Society to try and make his plans happen, months surrounding himself by the worst of the worst and convincing himself all the while that he BELONGED among them. That was part of why he was doing what he was doing, make no mistake…..he fully believed at the time that he’d become no better than them.
And its why I loathe Bruce’s ultimate ‘pep talk’ to him, when Dick was finally recovering in the Batcave after Superman flew him out of radioactive, destroyed Bludhaven, where Dick had RUN BACK INTO in an attempt to save as many people as he could. “I can forgive you for Blockbuster’s death, if you really need me to, but I can’t and won’t forgive you for losing sight of the value of your own life.” REALLY, Bruce? Like, what the fuck is that? First off, why the fuck would you make that conditional like “if you really need me to”….if you think your son needs to feel you’ve forgiven him for something that wasn’t even his fault, just SAY THAT, without qualifiers. But…how the hell do you expect him to keep sight of the value of his own life if YOU’RE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND WHEN HE MOST NEEDS SOMEONE ELSE TO REMIND HIM HIS LIFE HAS VALUE???
Ugh.
So eternally annoyed with the non-resolution to all of that.
Oh, and also keep in mind that in comic book time, relatively speaking, all of this is not that long after Dick killed the Joker and Bruce like….walked off and said Dick needed to figure out how to live with that on his own. With them pretty much never actually resolving this, or addressing how freaking much of the fallout from Blockbuster’s death and his bystander role in it was probably Dick overcompensating for still feeling like he’d disappointed Bruce and betrayed his ideals by killing the Joker, and that Bruce hadn’t and wouldn’t forgive him for that.
He thought he was responsible for Blockbuster’s murder because he was already convinced he was a murderer, because nobody after Last Laugh just went to him and said “Look, who the fuck cares what Bruce thinks, it was the fucking Joker, he murdered your brother and was trying to murder your other brother, anyone who says you were wrong to kill the fucker can fuck off.”
But I mean, hey maybe that’s just me. LOLOL.

Reading prompts for Jason Todd x reader
Some of these can be villain reader x Jason or girlfriend reader. I’m making a list for all those kinds of situations. Anyway take what you will from the list.
Tumblr media
1. The reader is a deceased victim, who’s spirit haunts Jason. Through his dreams or vision. He begins to try to find her murderer, with her spiritual guidance.
2. The reader is a outcasted alien from outer space who’s having a obviously hard time fitting in with humans. Luckily the Outlaws welcome her warmly.
3. The reader is a villlain in Gotham and is the new leader taking over Penguin and Black mask’s place. Red hood becomes her new competition.
4. The reader revices a job at the Iceberg lounge and fairly certain The Red hood and her new boss Jason Todd work together secretly.
5. The reader is a new robin after former ward Jason Todd’s passing. Everything is going better than they could have Imagined before a masked identity called Red Hood rises.
6. The reader!Goddess is Persephone and Jason is Hades. (The other batfam are Gods and Goddesses as well)
7. The reader raids Area 51 and takes home an alien bf (Jason) *thought this was funny idk*
8. The reader briefly dies before they are brought back , they see Jason (robin) in heaven.
9. The reader is one of Jason Todd’s students. Everyone doubts their abilities, even he sometimes himself. No one could imagine the great powers they lock inside, because they don’t understand how to control it.
10. Magic people are outlawed. Your character has magic and their older sibling has been ensuring nobody knows since your character was born. One moment might ruin everything when a man catches you doing unusual things.
11. Write about a character who wakes up in a space pod alone. Saved by Kori and her outlaw friends.
12. The reader enters another world with Jason ( as his mother panic alter ego). When they arrive they save civilians from a local attack, they (the locals) begin to call them the bat reborn. Lord robin ( jason) doesn’t like this and takes manners into his hands, by going after them.

Tag me if you do any, I so wanna read.💕

Bruce is "dead." Lost in time, but nobody knows it. The batfamily does the only thing they can do, and move on with their lives. Dick takes up the mantle, Damian becomes Robin, never having gotten to know his father. Tim takes over WE, but struggles with his feelings of abandonment. Jason is Jason.
A while later, something interesting happens. Batman stops a couple of smaller muggings in the Red Hood's territory. Not all that strange on it's own, but Jason is bitter, so he hunts down Dick one night to chew him out for it. Dick insists he hasn't been to that part of Gotham for a month. Together, the two older brothers realize something is amiss.
They enlist Tim's help to hunt down the copycat in his civilian identity. It proves particularly difficult because, in Tim's words, "The dude just doesn't exist, sorry."
When that doesn't pan out, the batfam tracks him down physically. Jason catches him performing yet another good deed and engages him. The copycat is a really good fighter... and when he thinks about it, Jason recognizes the style too. Raw experience wins over, and Jason manages to cuff and disarm the copycat. When he demasks the fake vigilante, he's more than a little shaken.
Its Bruce. But not their Bruce. A young, new Batman from an alternate dimension who got in over his head when he faced an enemy who could wield boom tubes. A Bruce who left for his training around the world earlier, and returned sooner. He's only eighteen.
With Dick and Jason both older than him by years, and Tim only a year younger, the family struggles with what to do with their new charge. They have no way of sending him back... and he seems to be getting along with Damian really well...

not everything can be saved || Batfamily
I was actually ranting about supernatural but I won’t put it here because it’s too long.
yes, this is a crossover!
Requested on wattpad!
Prompt 1;  Hunter reader(supernatural) x Jason Todd Prompt 2;  Yay!!!!!!!! So I was thinking like a batfamily supernatural cross over Sam and dean come to goth because of some strange deaths that have happened that has even the batfam on edge more than usual I'll let you pick the monster and of course cas has to be there but the boys and batfam run into problems with they have to work together because of how Sam and dean what to handle a monster by killing it in the bat family except for Jason and Damien don't want to do that because they think there might be a better way only to seee there isn't and Sam and dean kill the creature
The reader is from Gotham, an old friend of Jason and Bruce.
"Gotham city?" Dean's voice ringed throughout the library, you were sitting down across from him and flipped the page of the thick book you were reading, barely lifting your head to look at the older Winchester.
"Apparently, random civilians started going nuts in there." Sam butted in, walking over to the table and leaned his lower back against it.
"So? It doesn't mean that it's our gig!" Dean leaned back against his seat, closing the laptop shut with a loud thud earning himself a glare from Sam, Dean held his hands up in a mock surrender and continued, "is nobody gonna question that friggin' Gotham exists!?"
After deciding it was enough to hear Dean's rambling, you sighed, closing your book. "Dean calm down."
"Gotham City!? I mean---really!?"
You shrugged as Sam showed Dean a recent newspaper.
"That means Batman is real!" Dean stood up abruptly from his chair, slamming his palms on the wooden surface of the table after he was done reading the news.
"And Superman too," Sam paused, "...maybe."
"Well, what makes it our gig?" You asked, trying to get them back on track.
Their attention soon went back to you, Sam cleared his throat and show you another newspaper. It was probably a week old since the paper a little crumpled, probably Sam kept on flipping it when he was researching about a suspicious thing before finally come up with the one in Gotham.
Sam pointed at a certain paragraph, "here."
"Missing people?" You read the article with your head slightly tilted, lists of names of the people that were missing was there. You soon take the newest newspaper and compared the lists with the new ones, where people were sent to the Asylum, Jail and those who killed themselves. You spotted a few similar names, "well, it is weird, but they could be tortured when they were kidnapped and traumatized so they sent them there."
"Exactly, traumatized, not aggressive." Sam pointed out as he waved a hand in front of Dean's face to get him out of his trance, "you remember the people who lost their soul back then? Including me. Get into their nerves, you're dead meat."
Dean who was staring into nothing slumped back into his seat, running his fingers through his hair as he licked his suddenly dry lips, "I can't believe this, I thought I've seen everything."
Your phone soon ringed, it was from your past friend, Dean wouldn't stop shaking and rambling if he knew where you came from. "Hello?"
"Hey, I need your help."
**
You drove the Impala to Gotham, yes, Dean allowed you since he didn't know the way. For once you were sitting in the front seat with Sam while Dean sitting in the backseat, he leaned forward so he could see the way and lectured you to be careful with Baby.
You arrived at night, you should've looked for a motel but you had a very much better idea. You pulled up the car in front of an apartment before leading them into an alleyway near there.
"Dean, call your boyfriend. We might need his help." You pondered loudly as you stopped walking and rested your back against the wall.
"B--boyfriend?" He stuttered, looking at you with his bitch face.
"She means Cas, Dean." Sam snickered.
Dean grumbled something under his breath as he prayed for Castiel to get his feathery ass down and help all of you, soon enough a rustle of feathers was heard and Castiel appeared behind him, making the older Winchester jump in surprise.
"Damn it, Cas!"
"Sorry, Dean."
You waited for a few more minutes, the boys slowly getting impatient since they were starting to pace around, well it was Dean who paced around while Sam and Cas stayed calm.
"What are we waiting for?"
"Me."
You felt a hand resting on your shoulder, you looked up to  see a man in a red helmet with a red bat symbol on his chest, "took you long enough."
Dean's head whipped around, a questioning look appeared on his handsome features but he wasn't the one who asked a question, it was Cas, "I thought the man of bat wears all black?"
"He does," The tall man beside you spoke, his voice sound just slightly muffled by the helmet he wore so you still could recognize who he was just by his voice, "Because I'm no Batman, I ain't going to be one."
A grin spread across your face, "you upgraded?" the words were meant to tease but he didn't seem bothered by it.
"It's a long story, I don't think if I tell you, you will believe me."
A scoff came from you as a response, you crossed your arms as you stared up at him in a challenging manner. "Try me, Red."
"Let's go to my safehouse first for some privacy, I don't think the old man is ready for some--Ghostbusters going into his cave before we explain everything to him."
"These Ghostbusters are here to save your bacon." Dean rolled his green eyes just before Redhood disappears up to the roof after giving you a coordinate to his safehouse.
"Who was that?" Castiel asked again, being a curious baby in a trenchcoat that he was, with his adorable head tilt that had never failed to make you breathed out an aww without getting embarrassed to which you just did.
"That was my old friend."
"Old friend?" Sam asked curiously while you answered with a curt nod.
"Let's go and I'll tell you everything when all of us are gathered."
**
The two families gathered around in Jason's safehouse, it was so crowded but you were still a little grateful that you could breathe without struggling. You were practically squeezed between Sam and Dean, Cas sat on the arm couch by Dean. Oh, how much you wanted to shove Cas into Dean's lap.
"So, you were dead?" You asked Jason a little too casually, who could blame you really.
"Yeah, pretty much."
"Oh."
Then silence.
"Oh?" Robin a.k.a Damian Wayne slash little Bruce Wayne a.k.a not-so-literally Demon Spawn spoke up (they thought it was no use to wear their masks since Dean, Sam and Cas already know Bruce's identity), amused with your and the boys' reply.
"Well..." You shook your head, "nevermind that, let's just get back on track. Tim, can you show Sam the correct lists of the people who  went missing?"
"Yes, come on." Tim gestured to another room, Sam following. Tim looked
"Cas, bring Damian and Dick (yes he was there) to the GCPD and see the vics." Your voice was stern and full of authority, you could see Damian frowned, you knew he was about to protest but said nothing. "Bruce, you go with Dean to the asylum."
"Awesome, the Batmobile." The older Winchester visibly grinned with glee as he followed Bruce out of the safehouse.
On the other hand, Dick walked over to Cas and gave him a mask, "here, we can't risk them to see your face."
Cas tilted  his head curiously, "why?"
"Secret identity thingy," Dick explained simply and helped him put on his mask before Castiel put his hands on Dick's and Damian's shoulders then disappeared with a flap of his wings.
Jason looked at the spot where his brothers and Castiel once stood with his mouth open ajar, "he--- what? How?"
You let out a sigh and began to explain everything to him, from how you met the Winchesters and Castiel,  how you became a hunter after watching your friend got killed by a werewolf. You didn't tell him everything though,  it was a story for another time. You fill him up with everything and vice versa.
"No wonder you didn't bat an eyelash when I told you I came back from the dead." Jason crossed his arms across his chest as he sat down beside you while you did some researching yourself to get the case over with as fast as possible.
"Yeah, in my world there are so many deaths I'm so fed up with it, I'm glad you came back though," you flipped a page of the book you brought from the bunker, "that explains why you didn't contact me for a long time."
Jason peeked at the book over your shoulder after he scooted closer to you, he didn't understand anything that was written in the book. Mostly about monsters. The only monsters he knew where the Joker and his nightmares.
"This is your job?" Jason asked as he read the part about demons.
"Yeah, I do road trips with those boys, sometimes I stay in the Bunker to do the research."
"You have a Bunker?"
"The Winchesters are Legacy, as they put it, and I won't call it a Bunker though, it's more like home than Bunker to me."
A hum rumbled in Jason's throat while you changed the book and began to read before you finally stopped to blink your slowly drying eyes.
"Geez, they took longer than I thought they would."
As if on cue, Sam came out from the room he was in earlier with Tim as they chatted.
"God, don't tell me your friend is a nerd too." Jason groused as he looked up at his younger brother, arms still crossed over his toned chest.
"Sammy is a nerd, a hot nerd." You corrected confidently, giving the tall Winchester a wink. Sam rolled his eyes in reply to your teasing while you chuckled as you unconsciously leaned slightly against Jason, "what you got?"
"So, get this...the victims had a cut on a part of their bodies, it was random though, whoever it was seemed not to care about where they cut his victims," Sam showed you a picture of the recent victim, "this one is in the neck."
"What kind of psychopath is that?" Tim piped in.
"It couldn't be the Joker," Jason shuddered when his torturer's name rolled off his tongue, still traumatized with the memory, you placed a hand on his arm to comfort the ravenette emitting a sigh from him, "then who?"
Castiel soon came back with Dick and Damian who were holding their heads in their hands, Dick let out a groan, clutching his dark hair in his hands tighter.
"Ugh, this is worse than getting punched in the gut." Dick protested, "I think I'm gonna throw up."
You watched the poor male ran towards the toilet to puke out his dinner, Damian though, he clutched his stomach as he slumped down to his knees. Groaning to hold back his own sickness.
"Buckle up, Robin." Jason jostled.
"The victims have no soul," Castiel informed you, you weren't surprised but Jason did.
"Wait, literally soulless?" Asked Jason.
"Yes," Castiel responded.
"Is there a way to get the victims soul back?"
"It depends." You answered Tim's question for Sam and Castiel, sighing in frustration soon after. The only hope you got was Bruce and Dean's information and all you had to do was to wait for a little longer. Taking the remaining time to rest.
**
After Dean and Bruce came back from the asylum, they told you about a victim that managed to escape from her captor. They explained everything about her captor, they also mentioned that the victim said that she was a hot man making you breathing out a laugh but then again explains how he got his preys.
"She also mentioned that he used an Angel Blade." Dean finished, the sun had risen and the rest had changed out of their suits.
"What kind of monster that has an Angel Blade?" Castiel wondered out loud.
You were laying down on the couch, legs draped over Jason's lap while Jason himself had his green eyes closed, still tired from last night yet somehow managing to listen to everything.
"If it is a monster," you tiredly speak up, all of them raised an eyebrow at you at the same time but you were too tired to laugh. The only word that came out from your mouth was, "Grigori."
Castiel growled, his fists clenching, "Abomination."
Bruce and his sons, except for Jason who went to sleep again, stared at each other, clearly didn't understand anything you or Castiel were talking about.
Sam fixed his hair by tucking the stranded locks behind his ears and began explaining. "Grigori once was a squad of elite angels, they were watchers of the earth until some of them began feeding human souls."
"How do we catch it?" Bruce inquired after being silent for a long time, he looked frustrated with the situation. It wasn't logical but then nothing is, he could accept aliens being real...some monsters are made, but angels? No, it was maybe a little too much for the main Wayne.
Dean shook his head, he knew about Bruce 'no killing' rule which was an exact opposite from his usual ways to get his cases over with.
The Grigori had hurt a lot of people and his victims couldn't be saved anymore.
"Sorry to break it to you man, the only thing that could stop them is to kill them." Dean sat down on a chair near the couch you were laying on, "your no-kill rule doesn't work in my kind of job."
"Is there really no other way?" Bruce tried to argue, exasperated with the thought of killing a human being.
"I'm sorry," you shook your head sadly, sitting up before fixing your bed hair with your fingers, looking at the slowly waking up Jason. He gave you a sleepy smirk as he fixed his own messy hair. "There's no other way, he killed a lot of people and he's no human."
Tim and Dick looked at each other sadly, they also didn't like the idea. They say nothing to protest though. Meanwhile Damian, who was used to the word death and kill, just stared at the rest tiredly. He also got no sleep. Poor kid.
"I'm really sorry Bruce." You apologized sympathetically, looking up into his saddened sky blue eyes. "Not everything can be saved."
Bruce slowly nodded and declared to finish the problem at night, he couldn't believe himself for agreeing to kill. He knew whoever or whatever they were, were not human, not anymore at least. The thought made it easier to do the job.
**
The day passed, you spent the entire day by sleeping and eating, occasionally talking with Jason and helped him with his gun. Dean, Sam, and Cas went out to explore Gotham before getting some sleep themselves and the rest went back to the manor to get their own business done.
When the night comes, all of you were ready with the plan. You were the bait since the Grigori seemed only interested in women because they were an easy prey.
Jason, being a good friend that he was, protested with the idea. He didn't like it, of course you had explained that you were used to it, you knew the risks and consequences but Jason was stubborn, he ended up joining you---well, watching you from afar, his gun that was filled with bullets that were made from Angel Blade was ready in his grasp, blocking it from other people's view with his leather jacket as the other hid somewhere out of everybody's eyes, their weapons were ready in their hands.
It wasn't long for the Grigori to show up, he was a good-looking man really. You had to act as if you were enchanted with his words and agreed to go out from the bar after an hour-long sitting in there.
He led you to a car, probably his or maybe stolen, you could care less about it, he opened the passenger seat for you, motioning you to get in which you did. Faking a smile to make it less suspicious.
The street was almost empty, only one or two car passed. No people walking by either.
The man joined to sit on the driver seat before he looked at you with a smug smirk, "does anybody ever told you how pretty you are?" He started, leaning closer to you.
You slowly backing up but reaching your hand up to cup his stubbly cheek, giving him a coy smile as you answered, "I think you just did."
You heard him chuckle, his lips were so close to yours. His hand went to rest against the car window behind you as the other rummaged his pocket, "did I?"
You had to let out a fake shriek as you dodged when a bullet went through the man's head, then another and another. The man groans loudly, he gave you a glare before he finally screamed painfully as a blinding light went out of his mouth and eyes, as an instinct you covered your eyes with your hands.
You didn't realize the car door was opened until Jason's voice run reached your ear.
"Hey!"
You moved your hands from your eyes, looking at Jason who had half of his torso inside the car to move the corpse to the backseat before he went into the driver's seat.
"You okay?" He asked.
"Yeah, yeah. Where are the others?"
"They left first to free some of his victims." He motioned to the corpse behind you as he turns the key before driving down the street, "what we should do next?"
"Burn the body."
"That sounds so psychopathic," Jason tried to joke as he kept his eyes on the street while you laughed at his bad attempt, there was a silence between you two but he broke it. "When are you going to come back?"
"Tonight."
"Oh."
"But I can stay."
"Really?" He inquired, glancing at you from time to time.
"Yeah, let me give the boys a call." You started to fiddle with your phone before bringing it up against your ear.
"Good because I want to bring you somewhere."
You chuckled, Castiel was the one who picked up the call since he still had his phone. He told you that he and the Winchesters would stay for another few days. You smiled at the thought spending the last next few days with them and Jason.

Injustice Batfam Thoughts - The Missing Bats
I don't know what's going on in Injustice involving Jason but here's my take on him and our other missing Bats: We know that they all exist from the simple fact that we've seen most of them (Damian, Dick, Tim, Barbara, Helena, Jason in Injustice 2, and Cass as one of the Batgirls in Injustice). We don't, however, get everyone's fate and whereabouts. We know Damian is part of the Regime, Tim is trapped in the Phantom Zone with the surviving Teen Titans, and Barbara is part of the Insurgency. Kate and Helena are dead. So who does that leave that's unaccounted for? Jason, Stephanie, Cassandra, Duke, and Luke. So we know that none of them would turn to Superman's side, not even Jason. Red Hood may support the murder of irredeemable criminals like the Joker, but he wouldn't support a dictatorship that robs the people of their freedom and has them living in fear. Hands down, our missing Bats would be part of the Insurgency or at least support it in some way. So where are they? Bruce makes them his guerrilla warfare team. They hit Superman's factories and Regime soldiers' barracks. They interrupt supply lines and raise hell. The war gets worse, Bruce's identity is revealed, and Insurgency members start dropping like flies, so Bruce puts them on reserve. He says it's to keep a team ready for the final strike, but they know the truth. It's not reserve, it's retirement. Bruce wants to put them away so they don't die in the war. They're mad at him for it but they get it. They've lost Dick, Tim, Helena, Kate, Commissioner Gordon, and Alfred, who should have never died in the first place. Not to mention all of the friends they've lost too, fellow heroes who gave their lives for the cause. They don't want to lose anyone else. Their family hasn't been this tiny in years and it's killing them all. Duke listens, packs up his suit and returns to a civilian life. So does Luke. What else can he do? He has a family and he's not risking them. Superman has already shown that he will go after your loved ones too, and so he quits. Batwing means a lot to him and so does the cause, but his family is something he refuses to sacrifice. Bruce really wishes he could be surprised when he finds one of his jets missing. Stephanie, Jason, and Cass keep fighting, hopping all around the globe. They compromise with Bruce and stay away from the factories. They change their tactics and focus not on taking Superman down, but on protecting citizens from the Regime and their task forces. They're a nuisance but Superman doesn't go after them directly. The intel on their locations always seems to come in delayed. He knows what Damian is doing and allows it. As long as they stay out of the large battles and direct opposition, he can allow them to run around. And they do a good job too, never staying in one place for too long. They help and move on. They keep the Regime police in check. Nobody wants to come in contact with the Outlaws. They might not kill but they aren't afraid to leave you paralyzed. Bruce sends them care packages with gear and medical supplies...and cookies. They're nowhere near as good as Alfred's, are barely edible because Bruce made them, but not a cookie is left uneaten. For a while, things are going good for them. Sure they're being hunted down, but they're saving a lot of people and staying one step ahead of the Regime's forces. Then it happens. It was inevitable, in a way. Their luck was bound to run out. It happens while they're saving some kids from a house fire that the Regime started. Red Hood and Black Bat are fighting the Regime forces while Spoiler gets the last kid out. Damian is there, watching from a rooftop not too far away that the Outlaws don't know he's there but the Regime officers are oblivious to his presence. The kid won't interfere, in this battle he's just an observer, not even meant to be there. If anyone asked him, Jason would say it had happened in slow motion. Spoiler is shot out of the sky and falls like a bird with a broken wing. There's nothing he or Black Bat can do. They're too far away but they tear through the officers around them until they get to her, praying she's still alive. She isn't, but the little girl she was carrying is. Spoiler had made sure to shield her with her body during the fall. The lucky bullets had broken her grappling gun. She couldn't get another line out and made sure that at least one of them would survive. Damian drops down silently and kills the officers that killed her, but the damage is done. The battle has ceased. Red Hood picks her up and Black Bat takes the little girl. Damian watches but makes no move to stop them. He stops the Regime officers from doing so as well. The little girl survives her injuries and, behind closed doors, swears loyalty to the Insurgency, to help others survive the Regime. She wears a purple bat hair clip every day for the rest of her life. Jason and Cass take Stephanie home to her mother. They present her with one of her uniforms as well. Not the one she died in, but one of her spares. That one, they keep displayed in their plane (and now Jason understands Bruce a little more). The funeral is a solemn occasion. Stephanie is given a hero's burial, every honor that could be bestowed upon her is given, but it doesn't ease the pain of those attending, and everyone attends. Duke, the Fox family in its entirety, the remaining Insurgency supporting police officers, Harley and her crew, not to mention every Gotham citizen who was willing to risk facing the Regime to lay one of their heroes to rest. The streets are packed with the mourning. Bruce, Selina, and Babs watch from the shadows and Damian watches from even further back. They don't fight or acknowledge each other. For now, they're not enemies on opposite sides of the fence, they're a grieving family. After the funeral, they all vanish. Bruce sticks around long enough to urge Cass and Jason to retire. They've been in the middle most of the war, Superman might leave them alone if they do. They've kept their distance from the Insurgency since their split, they can't be connected to their current activities. Either that or join back up with the Insurgency so Bruce can keep them close. They refuse and stay Outlaws. Damian becomes unable to track them. Even Bruce no longer knows where they are or if they're even alive. The only news of the Outlaws is the rumors spread through Regime ranks, from the mouths of those few paralyzed soldiers who were allowed to keep the ability to speak. The Outlaws are merciless monsters, horrifying nightmares that can't be caught, that vanish like smoke whenever they come a little bit closer to closing in on them. Their costumes have become darker, more demonic in appearance, and nobody who crosses them escapes. Even after Batman defeats the Regime, they hunt. Nobody who willingly participated in the Regime is allowed to peacefully blend back into society, to hide in wait and plot to revive it. They will not rest until they have taken them all down or died trying.
