I find it so funny when I read Percy Jackson or Batfam fics where someone is like "oh, no, whatever supernaturally awful thing must have happened for this young teen to develop that white streak on their hair" bc I'm a 20yo with a very noticable white streak on my hair and chest and the only supernaturally awful things that happened to me were college, anxiety and my mom's genetics

I hear you on the water tower argument and these are certainly very pretty but, have you considered: I want my ominous death under mysterious circumstances to haunt the place of my demise and those who come to bear my duties afterwards
people who want to live in lighthouse - i hear you, i understand you
but i raise you
living in water tower

After quite a while, I finally managed to adapt these fun shark anatomy illustrations to Redbubble products! Many asked me to make posters or art prints available for sale and it is now possible in my little store! This is my store’s profile! ✨
I tried to adapt these arts to other products, but I think they were very ugly, so focus on looking for poster, art print or stickers options! I hope you like it and that the price offered by Redbubble is affordable!
In the future I want to make other species of sharks! Thanks a lot for all support! ✨ If you want to follow me on instagram, this is: @AstralRequin

idk if i told the full story on here but i signed up for a research study where they were testing a new opioid, and it was supposed to be up to 5 injections increasing the dose to see what people could tolerate
i got the first dose and almost immediately fainted. they had to call in a whole medical team and it was a huge fucking deal
i was kicked out of the study and got a phone call later where they were supposed to tell me what the drug was, so i could avoid it in the future. they told me it was saline water. a placebo. i fainted from the placebo effect.
anyway, it's been a few months and i just got an email from the same department asking me to be a research participant in a new study: testing the effects of open-label placebo.
open label placebo is when the subjects and the researchers all know it's a placebo. they're testing the power of my mind. my power to imagine anything.
i like to think that they chose me for this specifically based on their past experience with me. "get the guy who fainted like a little bitch boy from saline water." anyway i just submitted all my info and i'm looking forward to getting started.

Once you exit the womb, you can use the left stick to walk around and explore your surroundings. You can press A to jump, allowing you to access higher places. Try jumping onto the doctor's cabinets

If I were a supervillain I'd actually be extremely conservative about killing people. Like, not out of morality or anything, I'm a supervillain after all, but sheer objectivity.
Social contracts are incredibly importante. Law enforcement doesn't usually ambush suspects in courtrooms because of the social contract that says as long as you are proven innocent nothing can happen to you on courtrooms, if we arrested people during trials for other crimes, all alleged criminals would reach the same logical conclusion that going to courtrooms to prove your innocemce is simply not worth it if they can detain you anyway.
Same thing with, let's say, a heist. Me and my co-conspirators are breaking the law. Things like robbery, assault, property damage or breach of security are categorically off the table. Why are we working together then? What assures all my fellow criminals that our pact is worth anything and that they will get a slice of the cake by the end? And what is keeping us safe from the law enforcemente surrounding the building? How can we be assured they might not decide to risk it and come in guns blazing? It is the social contract upon our lives. The certainty that killing is the one boundary we are less likely to cross.
If I were to, say, kill one of my co-conspirators after their purpose has been fulfilled (what use do I have for the man in charge of breaking the safe once the safe has been broken into?), the rest of my band of scallywags could easily come to the conclusion that their lives might be inconsecuential to me once they have done their part, which gives them ground to doubt me and go rogue right at the last step of my masterplan. And if I were to, say, kill a hostage that is being too rowdy, police might believe me a madman and decide I could kill other hostages anyway and breach the building right when I less need outside interruptions.
No, it is only logical to reduce murder to a minimum, to not have my allies think whether their self-preservation is more important than our shared goal, to buy time with a police force that believes me reasonable enough they can get something from me if they keep negotiating just a little bit.
The same logic extends to the rest of my criminal enterprise. Killing my political puppets could make the next one believe it worth it to double-cross me and contact authorities, when I could simply inflict a life-altering injury to remove them from their sensible positions. Assasinating what I know to be a potential whistle-blower could make relatives and loved ones take justice by their own hands where I could feed this leak missinformation to discredit them in court, maybe even use their confession to create a conspiracy theory that strays wildly from my actual nepharios activities.
In most cases, precedence proves death is a non-profitable enterprise.
