Hell yeah animation!! I got little experience doing 2D animation already but 3D is a whole other beast oh my! Hell yeah animation!! No coat yet bc cloth simulation isn't looking very good and just keeping it a cone gives me a lot of awkward clipping, so I'll be using bones to animate that by hand.

I only started rigging the face afterwards which then resulted in some amazing expressions I never thought possible with such a limited face.

Personally I've never been a fan of the "magic is a beast that needs to be tamed" metaphor. Magic is more like the ocean: powerful, terrifying, capable of unbridled force. But at the same time, it is gentle, warm, the lifeblood of millions of people. The folk who know the ocean know you cannot harness it's force, you must work within or around it, lest it destroy you. Similarly, magic is great and terrible and gentle and kind, all at once. And those who work with it need to work WITH it, not reign over it. Because the primordial forces have no rules about biting the hand that feeds you.

Ah yes, the one guy I like vs the five other femme fatales

I did the thing that I saw one other mutual do!!! honestly, it was VERY hard to pick for most of these (save for Caine and Glamrock Chica) because I ADORE a LOT of characters. And doing this honestly makes me realize just how much I gravitate towards characters that are doomed by the narrative or their scriptwriters one way or another

My current favorite is Caine because it's pretty much self-explanatory, he is my current blorbo. My scrunkly. My precious lil scrunkler guy

Chica is my comfort character. She literally raised me alongside Freddy Fazbear when I was going through one of the toughest moments of my life, living with my abusive dad (and yes the chicken and the bear are so married to me and me only)

Where do I even start with Six from Little Nightmares. By god, this poor yellow raincoat wearing child of mine. I both love and hate just how hopeless her story is. People say that the ending of the first game ends with her escaping via a boat, but I really don't think so. I think she's stuck at the Maw because I keep saying it, THE BOAT DROPPING THE GUESTS LEFT. THERE IS NO "OTHER BOAT". IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. (before this becomes a ramble, I'm gonna stop it right there.)

I'm VERY guilty of liking Lucy Wilde from Despicable me because I hate the franchise (the first film was good), but by god, IS SHE THE FUNNIEST SHIT. To me, she literally carries the films she's in, she inspired one of my main OCs' humor and even appearance. I don't care about Gru, or the villains, or the girls, just give me more Lucy.

for starters: you’re dating a model, now I’m not just saying this because he’s handsome, but he’s also gotta smell amazing. Like he’s always advertising soups and shampoos, and I’m sure they just have him keep whatever he was holding, so he might as well use the floral vanilla body wash he has, right?he might as well since he has so much and it would only pile up in his bathroom.

also, he fumbles over himself whenever mc BREATHS around him, imagine being insecure about something one day, you sit next to your boyfriend, and he’s fumbling and trying to impress you like you’re the most majestic thing to ever cross his path, like would that not make you immediately start floating and forget what even made you insecure for a moment???

also his crow tendencies? all that gifting towards mc is literally adorable, it doesn’t matter if it’s something as small as making a second cup of ramen just for them or if it’s something as big as expensive jewelry. It will be cherished only heart and soul, also, you can’t tell me he WOULDNT pick up a shiny rock or item from the ground and give it to mc just because it caught his eye, like mc would have a forming rock collection because of him.

also he’s most likely a cuddler, there’s no way he wouldn’t snuggle up after a horror movie and cling on until morning. And he wouldn’t be embarrassed to hold hands at all in public, he is PROUD to have someone so amazing and talented and just overall fantastic by his side, of COURSE he’s gonna show them off!!

Flowey’s so funny and has me so fucked up like he’s a talking flower. He tries to kill you upon your first interaction. He is ten years old. He is damaged beyond repair. He’s a flower named Flowey. He’s become friends with every single character. He’s killed all of them countless times. He knows everything about everyone. He doesn’t care anymore. He takes care of his mom when she can’t take care of herself. He’s killed her before. He doesn’t care if you kill her. He thinks she’s trying to replace him. He just wants to be himself again. He wants to destroy everything. He hates you. You’re the only one who understands him. He wants his best friend back. He’s terrified of them. He believes in kill or be killed because he died by giving mercy to the wrong person. He believes himself to be the wrong person. He doesn’t understand when you show him that kindness he showed others, even when you know he could kill you for it. He’s tried every route. He asks you if you have anything better to do when you try to do the same. He’s a direct reflection of the player. He’s a fucking talking flower named flowey and his only voice line is by Ronald McDonald and his officially licensed plush does a little dance for you
