Seven people were wounded, including one critically as a result of a Hezbollah drone attack on the Western Galilee, medics say.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service says it treated victims at three different locations in the Nahariya area.

One person was critically wounded, another person is listed in light-to-moderate condition, and five others are in good condition, MDA says.

The critically wounded man, in his 40s, was hit by shrapnel while driving, and he crashed into the side of the road.

Hundreds of meters away, in a parking lot, a woman aged 30 was wounded by shrapnel, according to MDA.

The other five light injuries were the result of the blast from an explosion near them.

The IDF says it identified several drones entering Israeli airspace from Lebanon in the attack, and that one was intercepted by the Iron Dome and the others impacted the Nahariya area, causing casualties.

Hezbollah took responsibility for launching the drones, claiming to have targeted a military base in the area.

a month after my new friend lobana (@lobana2001) got her bachelor's in english translation, israel's bloodthirsty attacks on gaza began. she also recently became an aunt to baby aziz. it should be a time of celebration for her, but, instead, she lives in a tent with the rest of her family and is forced to worry about whether her newborn nephew will stay warm enough as winter settles in.

her sister (nahariya) and her husband biggest problem should be baby aziz teething, not if they can afford to feed both themselves and the baby--if they can afford anything at all. mohammed should be continuing his studies in computer science, but his university was destroyed.

mamdouh should be able to devote his complete attention to his studies in medicine in egypt, but, with his family trapped in gaza, how can he?

luqman (16) and asim (14) should be learning who they are, making new friends and good memories, and finding their place in the world. bayna (4) and aziz (infant) shouldn't have to know fear at all!

and that's not to mention the parents, naseem and reem, who are under unimaginable levels of stress trying to help their children through this literal nightmare. please donate anything you can.

Daily update post:

Today is the 80th day of the war. It's been 80 days since Israelis all learned that we're not safe from Palestinian terrorists even in our own homes. It's been 80 days since most Jews worldwide have come under attack, of one type or another, following the biggest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. It's been 80 days since over 100 Israeli hostages have slept in their own beds. It's been 80 days of having to explain that we didn't start or want this war. It's been 80 days of looking at our loved ones, and knowing that on Oct 7, it could have been them. It's been 80 days of knowing that we'll have to keep losing Israelis, and mourning our people, if we want to rid the world (Israelis and Palestinians alike) of the threat of Hamas.

And indeed, two more Israeli soldiers were killed yesterday, while no less than 14 fuenrals for young soldiers, most of them around 19 or 20 years old, were held all across the country. One of the funerals had to be held low key, with almost no attendance, because the kibbutz this young soldier, Gal Hershko, belongs to is in the north, and the community members are evacuated, due to Hezbollah rockets being fired at the area. It would be too risky for them to be at that cemetery. The eulogies for Gal were held at a gym, close to where the evacuated members of the community are staying.

Israel is letting into Gaza 80,000 vaccines for children, to help with the health situation there.

The Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya has experienced a serious issue with its computers system since yesterday, it's possibly another cyber attack, like the unsuccessful one on the Ziv Hospital (the one that's now known to have been carried out jointly by Hezbollah and Iran). The GMC has had to shut down its computers, and has initiated a special protocol that exists for such situations, saying no medical service has so far been stopped. Let's hope that this is resolved quickly, and doesn't end up costing any human life.

Ukrainian-born Israeli gymnast, Olympic gold medalist and world champion Artem Dolgopyat has decided to auction the world championship gold medal that he won on Oct 7, and donate the money to the Israelis from the communities which were massacred on that day. Winning this medal was his stated dream after taking gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. But when asked about this, he replied, ""What is the status of a world champion worth if my country hurts? The state of Israel comes first for me."

What I also find interesting is that this was shared by al-Arabiya, a Saudi news channel. One of the theories about the timing of Hamas' massacre, is that it was meant to provoke an Israeli reaction so fierce, that the Arab world would have to take a stand against Israel, and the possibility of peace talks between the Israelis and Saudis would come to an end. If that was the intention, al-Arabiya posting footage that explains to the Arab world, the Israeli POV, is an indication that maybe those peace talks still have a chance.

On the morning of Oct 7, he was coming back from celebrating his 30th birthday with his family, friends, ad the girlfriend he told his mom he wanted to propose to. After the rocket attacks started, the terrorists got to his neighborhood. Israel worked as a security guard. He grabbed his pistol, 15 bullets, and went out to fight the terrorists. He saved his neighborhood, but was killed himself.

🚨VIDEO - HEZBOLLAH SUICIDE DRONE HIT in Nahariya, hit a support cable on a pedestrian bridge near Nahariya's train station. Shrapnel caused slight damage to a train carriage (broken window). No injuries, thank G-d. 

⚠️THREATENING SMS MESSAGES.. reports of people receiving threatening SMS messages overnight from “SINVAR” (name of the killed Hamas leader).  Ignore, BLOCK, and DO NOT CLICK THE LINK.

▪️IDF - SOMEONE STOLE.. the captured Hezbollah rocket-launching truck, from an army storage parking lot in the north. In a quick operation by the police, the vehicle was found to be on a tow truck in the area of ​​the Golani interchange and two suspects were arrested.  No word on whether the stolen truck actually had rockets in the launchers.

▪️CHANGE OF ATMOSPHERE.. (Abu Ali) many videos from Lebanon in the last day show a change of perception in the air. People talk differently. They speak freely against Hezbollah, which previously was dangerous to do. These are the fruits of the fighting in Lebanon.  An amazing and historic change in less than a month. (( The particular significance: Lebanon is very sectarian, with different ARMED groups. Hezbollah had been so powerful that the other groups didn’t dare to raise their heads. That’s changing, quickly. ))

▪️THE UNRWA VOTE.. as previously reported, the Knesset has passed the anti-UNRWA law, to prevent any activity of UNRWA in the State of Israel. UNRWA will not be allowed to operate any office, provide any service nor carry out any activity, directly or indirectly, in Israel.  The vote: out of 120 Knesset members: 92 for, 10 against, 12 abstentions. 

.. UNRWA: We condemn the shameful decision of the Knesset in Israel to prevent our activity.

.. UN SEC GENERAL: “I am very concerned about the decision of the Israeli Knesset to adopt two laws concerning UNRWA, which, if implemented, will prevent the agency from continuing to operate in Palestinian territory. There is no alternative to UNRWA.”

▪️AID.. Gaza sources: a large amount of trucks with goods entered Gaza through the Kerem Shalom crossing: some trucks ordered by merchants and some aid trucks. The trucks with the goods of the private traders reached their destination, while the aid trucks were robbed and "taken to an unknown location".  (( Reminder: the US State Dept and Def Dept DEMAND Israel increase aid - which is then taken by “unknown people” to “an unknown location”. ))

🔹US WARNS IRAN AT UN.. The United States ambassador to the UN at the Security Council meeting today issued a stern warning to Iran. “Should Iran choose to undertake further aggressive acts against Israel or US personnel, there will be severe consequences, we will not hesitate to act.”

Hezbollah carried out a series of drone attacks in northern Israel, but Israel's military reported that the damage on a highway near Nahariya in Western Galilee, initially thought to be from a Hezbollah drone, was actually due to a malfunctioning Iron Dome interceptor missile.

HEZBOLLAH LAUNCHES DRONE SWARM IN OCCUPIED PALESTINE

📹 Scenes from the moment when a drone launched by Hezbollah from southern Lebanon targeted a vehicle in occupied Palestine.

The Hezbollah resistance movement launched several drones into occupied Palestine today, hitting targets in various locations in the northern occupied territories and wounding at least 6 Israelis.

According to reporting by Turkish news outlet Anadolu News Agency, several Hezbollah drones were launched from southern Lebanon into northern occupied Palestine.

The Israeli occupation's air defense systems managed to intercept at least one of the drones, while another fell on the city of Nahariya.

Hebrew media reports stated that 6 Israelis were wounded in the attacks, with at least one in serious condition.

The Hezbollah resistance group confirmed the launch of a "swarm" of drones, adding that the drones were targeting the occupation army's Golani Brigade headquarters.
