DOCUMENTS REVEAL EXPLOITATION OF GAZA STRIP MOSQUES BY HAMAS AND ISLAMIC JIHAD FOR TERRORIST PURPOSES

Houthi missile reaches central Israel for 1st time, Netanyahu vows to “exact a heavy price”

Yemen’s Houthi militia claimed responsibility for a rare rocket attack on Israel on Sunday, successfully targeting the centre of the country for the second time in two months with an Iranian-backed group.

The attack was the latest illustration of the developing conflict between Israel and Iranian proxies, who have been targeting Israeli territory in solidarity with Palestinians being bombed in Gaza.

It also demonstrated the military capabilities of the Houthis, based hundreds of miles from Israel on the southern edge of the Arabian Peninsula.

The Israeli military initially said the Houthis fired a surface-to-surface missile that landed in “open area” and that no casualties were reported. In a subsequent statement, the military said initial investigations indicated that the missile “separated in mid-air” and that it was reviewing its attempts to intercept the strike.

Netanyahu’s warnings

During the weekly cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned of a “heavy price to pay” after a Houthi rocket penetrated Israeli airspace early Sunday morning. He said:

“We are in a multi-front campaign against Iran’s axis of evil, which is striving for our destruction. This morning, the Houthis launched a surface-to-surface missile from Yemen at our territory. They should know that we exact a high price for any attempt to attack us.” 

Sunday’s missile attack is the furthest a Houthi rocket has struck Israeli territory, and the IDF said it was investigating the incident, admitting that the interceptors launched did not work as well as expected. The IDF said in a statement:

“The initial investigation revealed that the missile most likely broke apart in mid-air.”

Several intercept attempts were made by the Arrow and Iron Dome air defence systems during the incident and the results are being examined. Sirens were switched on as per protocol. The entire incident is under review.

However, the IDF also denied that the Houthi missile was hypersonic.

Jerusalem Post senior Middle East correspondent Seth Frantzman said Sunday’s attack proves “that Iran and its proxies are undeterred.” Frantzman noted that despite the military action in Gaza, “Israel has been largely on the defensive since October 7.”

In his address to the cabinet, Prime Minister Netanyahu promised:

“The current situation will not continue.”

Study Finds 99% of Pro-Palestine 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 Protests At US Universities Are Peaceful

A new report has found that 99 percent of pro-Palestine protests at US colleges have been peaceful, despite remarks from President Joe Biden characterising such demonstrations as violent and ex-American leader Donald Trump and his fellow Republicans supporting police crackdown on students and scholars.

"While some notable violent clashes have recently taken place, such as on the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) campus, where demonstrators and counter-demonstrators fought at a student encampment overnight on 30 April, the overwhelming majority of student protests since October — 99% — have remained peaceful," data from Armed Conflict Location & Event Data [ACLED] revealed.

ACLED report showed that student-led pro-Palestine demonstrations in the US — dubbed "Student Spring" - have almost tripled from April 1 to 26, surpassing the total for the entire month of March 2024. "The arrest of more than 100 students at Columbia University in New York around 18 April heralded a new wave of campus demonstrations," said ACLED, a credible source of real-time data on political violence and protest activity around the World.

A graduate student from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at George Washington University, who chose to remain anonymous because of the fear of getting suspended, told TRT World that anti-war protests on the campus were characterised by peaceful demonstrations.

Columbia University has announced that all classes at its main campus will be hybrid until the end of the spring semester.

The mainstream media has reported that Gaza is a country of "animals" who are terrorists, run by a terrorist group. The bombings however are mostly killing and injuring citizens, including thousands of kids. It doesn't appear from the videos from citizens in Gaza that Gaza or anyone is firing anything back. There are massive food and water shortages, Israel controls Gaza's access to this and cut the citizens off. People do not believe the citizens in Gaza about what is happening. In fact, many are mocking them. While outcry of "anti-semitism" seems to rise any time people disagree with what is occurring, the videos from the journalists in Gaza haven't referred to Jews, Jewish or Judaism. They say Zionists, their colonizers and Israel or refer to the army specifically. It has been noted in history that Palestinians welcomed Jewish believers to the country in 1948. It doesn't seem Gaza citizens agree with Hamas or consider it their government. This past 15 days of bombings of Gaza are not the first time it has occurred and historically, it's been pointed to that attacks have not equal on each side, etc. Many are calling the bombings this week genocide, and that ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in the region has occurred for over 70 years.

Whether or not anyone agrees with the bombings of Gaza's citizens, history is being created in real time, and for all the world to see.

1. ISIS gatherings and command points in Syria.

2. The US Consulate in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan.

3. The headquarters of the Mossad / security house in an Israeli fortress near Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan.  Another quote says “Iran attacked the ballistic missile headquarters of the Mossad in Kurdistan.”

…Iran directly attacked a U.S. consulate!?!  Yes, yes they did.  Right after the U.S. president ‘sent Iran a message’.

Iran says: response to the Kerman suicide bombings (by ISIS).

At least 5 Americans killed in the Iranian attack, another sources says 4 dead and 5 wounded in the Iranian attack.

▪️HOUTHIS HIT A U.S. OIL TANKER.. Houthi military source: A missile we launched hit a ship that was on its way to Israel.  Reuters: The ship the Houthis hit is an American-owned oil tanker.

▪️ALEPPO, SYRIA, EXPLOSIONS BY WHOM?  Contrary to all kinds of fake news that appeared on Israeli media networks, there was no Israeli attack tonight in Aleppo in northern Syria.  The explosions heard in the area are not related to Israel.

▪️Although we wrote mostly about surprise events, the IDF continues heavy attack operations against Hezbollah, and full combat operations in south Gaza - progressing in eliminating terrorists, weapons caches, rocket launch sites, and working their way through tunnel complexes.

Houthis, Yemeni government reach financial “de-escalation” deal

The Yemeni government and the Houthi group have reached a significant agreement to de-escalate tensions related to the banking sector and air travel, Arab media reported.

According to a statement released today by the UN special envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, the two sides agreed on a number of measures. These include cancelling recent decisions against banks, resuming and increasing to three daily Yemenia Airways flights between Sanaa and Jordan, and operating flights to Cairo and India as needed.

They will also address the administrative, technical and financial challenges faced by Yemenia Airways and convene meetings to discuss economic and humanitarian issues based on a roadmap.

The parties have sought UN support for these commitments, and Grundberg acknowledged Saudi Arabia’s significant role in facilitating the agreement.

However, the governor of Yemen’s central bank, which supports the internationally recognised government, resigned in protest against the deal, citing fears that ending central bank decision-making would reinforce Houthi domination of the banking sector.

Earlier, Houthi leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi accused Saudi Arabia of economic pressure on his movement after Riyadh instructed the Yemeni government to relocate commercial and banking centres from Sanaa to Aden in the south of the country and halt flights from Sana’a International Airport, threatening to attack Saudi banks, airports and ports in response.

In April, Yemen’s Central Bank in Aden decided to move the main offices of commercial and Islamic banks, as well as local and foreign microfinance organisations operating in Yemen, from Sana’a to Aden within 60 days, promising to take legal action against those who fail to do so.

Grundberg announced late last December that the Yemeni parties had reached an agreement to implement a series of measures aimed at establishing peace, including agreeing to respect a ceasefire across Yemen and beginning preparations for the resumption of an inclusive political process under the auspices of the UN.

For the tenth consecutive year, the Arab country has been plagued by an ongoing power struggle between the internationally recognised government and an Iranian-backed Shiite group. The consequences of the conflict have caused a serious humanitarian crisis.
