I’ll go first I suppose.

Well my ‘Achilles Heel’ is under the descriptive word of Deficiency on Google when searching ‘Achilles Heel’ I have this incredible ability to tune out whatever I don’t want to listen to.. unintentionally. When I listen to music, it doesn’t matter how loud someone is talking to me or how softly I play the music in my headphones.. You will have to pull them out of my ear to get my attention. I will not hear you at all, no matter how hard you try. So my ‘Achilles Heel’ is my attention deficit Hyperactivity disorder. While I have never thought of my ADHD to be a problem or an imperfection I had.. many others did. This included my lack of interest in certain activities such as sports and math. During school I would rather draw and create things.. all my worksheets had doodles or crayon drawings on them. this drove my teachers insane. I was even put on medication for a few years and it was the worst thing that ever happened to me. I didn’t want to eat lunch, I had frequent panic attacks about not being able to eat food and was like a sack of potatoes during any subject during the school day. It was obvious that medication wasn’t for me. I Found my own ways to cope with my ADHD. I found Music and Art. It changed the way I looked at things and dealt with the world around me. Once I started regularly listening to music and drawing it helped me have the brain power to focus on math and other things I didn’t like. Music and art were and still are my superheroes.

Francesca is so real and relatable. She wants to get married to have her own house because her family’s is too loud. She’d gladly spend all day playing her pianoforte. She blanches at the prospect of having eight kids and a loud household because again. Noise. She’d prefer to sit in companionable silence with a suitor than put on an act and vapidly flirt with one. And when the fellow introverted suitor does flirt with her in his own (and her own) way, through her love of music, she immediately leaves to play that music, not particularly caring about social norms or conventions. She’s so refreshing and I love her!

still find it crazy that what allowed me to know what the hell the Ravenloft map system is like wasn't reading the map over again. It wasn't my notes and my Google Docs, or even YouTube videos going through it. It was a- it was a video of someone showing off their scale model of castle ravenloft IN MINECRAFT. They even had red stone traps set in place. Seeing someone go through it physically even in Minecraft made the dumb-ass elevator click so fast in my mind. All those stairs, all the connected levels suddenly made sense
