im not arguing with a man who sleeps on a mattress on the floor ‼️ get a bedframe ‼️‼️🗣️
#this started as an anatomy study + i wanted to turn it into a full drawing...had a lot of fun with the little details of the design. i think#above all else john should always appear somewhat shabby + like his suit is thrifted/cheap + he doesnt match his belt to his shoes etc.#also i refuse to believe he is fit/has any actual muscle. his main form of exercise is walking around while chain smoking and then going#to a pub. like no hes not slim hes not toned are you kidding me. he is not a young man !! <- what i thought of drawing this lol#anyways. its 12:30 here im going to bed after this#art#artists on tumblr#john constantine#hellblazer#dc comics#dc vertigo#vertigo comics#digital art

Flex, Stretch and Compute
As we sit at the computer our shoulders are usually forward and we are hunched over for extended periods of time. Our bodies are not designed to sit all day. Sitting for long periods of time (10 hours or more per day) has a negative effect on health: circulation decreases, muscles tire, and tasks become more uncomfortable to perform.
It can cause pain and tightness in the back and neck, tingling in the extremities and poor posture.
Also, sitting after eating a meal causes high blood sugar spikes. Instead move around after eating to cut the sugar spikes in half … move around, clean the kitchen, walk the dog.
Incorrect computer posture habits combined with long-term sitting may cause medical problems such as: cumulative trauma disorder (CTD) or repetitive stress injury (RSI).
Reduce these effects of long term sitting; take breaks; switch things up:
Below are examples of some exercises / stretches that can be performed without leaving your desk area. Set your timer to take breaks and go for it! Start small and slowly work your way up to more movement.
Neck Flexors, Sitting or Standing
Stand (or sit) head comfortable in a centered position.
Draw in chin pulling head straight back. Keep jaw and eyes level.
Hold this position for 5 to 7 seconds. Release.
Repeat.
Side/Torso – Standing Bend
Stand with feet together and palms overhead touching.
Bend body to one side as far as possible.
Hold 5 to 7 seconds.
Resume original position.
Bend body to the other side as far as possible.
Hold 5 to 7 seconds.
Resume original position.
Chest Scapula Adduction with Pectorals
Stand in a doorframe, palms against frame and arms at 90 degrees.
Lean forward, squeezing shoulder blades together.
Hold 7 to 10 seconds.
Release, then repeat.
Hip Flexors/Quadriceps Stretch
Stand, may use chair as a support.
Slowly bend left leg feeling the stretch.
Hold for 7 to 10 seconds.
Release.
Repeat with other leg.
Dorsiflexion and Plantar Flexion, sitting
Sitting with feet on the floor.
Point toes up while keeping heels on the floor.
Hold position 5 to 7 seconds.
Now, press toes to the floor while raising heels.
Hold position 5 to 7 seconds.
Repeat several times.
Upper/Mid Back Stretch, sitting
Sitting in chair with knees apart, bend forward toward the floor.
Feel the stretch in the lower back.
Hold 7 to 10seconds.
Sit upright.
Repeat.

man i wish i was both physically and mentally capable of maintaining a workout routine. i miss being physically stronger the way i was back when i was working with horses regularly or working more physical jobs, but since neither of those are a part of my life much currently, i’ve just lost all muscle tone. but trying to exercise while dealing with uncontrolled adhd combined with various physical health issues that tend to crop up and interrupt any routines i try to establish = hellish combination.
#i also have issues with joint over-elasticity that makes me have to be careful with the type/frequency/intensity of exercise i do#but at the same time improving my muscle tone will supposedly help with that so i just am supposed to figure out like. the exact correct#way to exercise so i don’t dislocate something but also don’t lose interest immediately.#someone should invent exercise that isn’t boring and awful to do#(if you reply ‘try crossfit’ i’m going to punt you into the sun fyi)

Today was cleaning day and omg my whole body hurts. My younger me would have been just tired, but my present me is realizing she's not a young and agile gazelle anymore, that age is catching up and l don't like it
#I should do exercise#Like toning up muscles or something#Would that help?#Cause I miss my young body#And it's not even is an aesthetic way#Cause I love my mom body#It's that I miss my endurance#I even thought about yoga or something#To loosen up my joints#i dunno#Just mind me and my mini existential crisis and me realizing that my body is not inmortal#Personal

GHOST uses to workout quite frequently, because of his job in military. He never admits it loud, but he likes to be in good shape. He likes the glances that you’re sending him when he’s taking off his shirt on purpose to present you his muscular back, covered in black ink tattoos.
There’s only one thing that he hates during his daily routine — push ups. He doesn’t know why he dislikes to do that workout, it’s just happen. He prefers other exercises, but while he’s at home, without the gym equipment, it’s just what’s left for him to stretch those arms muscles more.
But fortunately, recently you’ve got an idea of how to make this workout more pleasant for him. You find yourself on the floor, underneath Ghost while he’s grunting and sweating. It’s not what you think it is, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t making you feel in a certain way.
You like the view from down there. He’s shirtless and the only piece of clothing that he wears are the grey sweatpants. The way he’s looking and sounding makes you want to wrap your legs around his waist and just keep him down.
“Don’t try to give up, because you’ll squish me.” You giggle once Ghost makes another push up, giving you a quick kiss in meantime.
“Not gonna, doll.” He says back in breathy tone, pushing himself back up. He grunts again and lower himself down, giving you another kiss.
You make this exercise quite enjoyable for him.

How to Burn Body Fat and Lose Weight
Many people are increasingly conscious about their looks, shape, and weight. This development is quite positive and has resulted in a spike in the number of enthusiasts attending gym, yoga, karate, aerobic, and dance sessions.
This trend is great news for entrepreneurs in the fitness industry, who are stepping up their game to meet the growing demand. New shops are opening up everywhere. Thanks to advertisements, agencies, and social media, we are constantly influenced by images of fit and attractive models dressed in designer wear. Suddenly, everyone wants to look stunning and emulate their fabulous idols.
Obesity
Being obese is not healthy due to the dangers posed by cholesterol (fats). Unhealthy eating habits result in fats clogging artery walls. Here's how the system works: When the heart pumps blood, it is carried through a complex network of veins to the organs of the body. When the artery is clogged by cholesterol, blood flow is reduced. The artery enlarges and may eventually burst if this condition persists for a long time. This can lead to chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, stroke, cardiovascular disease, or heart failure.
Warning: Cardiovascular disease is a serious red flag. Heart failure can lead to death!

how i manifested (+revised) my dream body ౨ৎ
This is my first post on my new account, though I am NOT new to the law and NOT new to loablr either. This post is specifically about how I manifested my dream body instantly with no technique besides knowing :)
PART ONE - the old story
In the old story, I was so fixated on my body and my weight all of the time, I was tracking my calories and weighing myself and my food obsessively and constantly gaining and losing weight. Back then, my beliefs were that 1) Excess food causes weight gain, 2) If I don't track my food and weigh myself, I will become too fat/skinny, and 3) There is something wrong with my body, and I need to diet/exercise to fix it.
Noticing these beliefs were key to changing the way I viewed food and my body, and therefore changing how I knew food to effect me and how I knew my body to be.
When I was overweight, I knew my body was too big, I knew I was eating too much, I knew excess calories made me gain weight. When I was underweight, I knew I had no appetite, I knew I was too bony, I knew that exercise makes you gain muscle which is why I had none, etc. I had to identify the limiting beliefs that made me know my body was a certain way.
PART TWO - writing the new story
Once I identified the beliefs that were holding me back and kept me from my goals ("I know I eat too much, even if I affirm I'm skinny, I'm still going to gain weight."), I could then change them. I wrote down a list of these beliefs, like I did above, and came up with reversals. For example;
"I overeat, so I will gain weight" -> "Calories aren't even real, so I can eat whatever I want and stay the same weight."
"I eat junk food, so I'll never be skinny" -> "I love how fast my metabolism is, I can eat junk all day and still stay so skinny." or "Junk food is just like other foods. Raspberries can't make me fat so neither can hamburgers."
"I don't exercise enough to be toned" -> "It's crazy how I'm naturally so toned and fit without trying."
The key for me was changing key beliefs that kept me dieting and exercising to lose weight, to sever the tie between calories consumed and weight, and hours exercising and muscles. These are limiting beliefs. We literally create our reality. Not ice cream, not soda and chips, none of that can overcome YOU as a divine creator. It sounds silly when you spell it out like that, doesn't it?
PART THREE - how i did it
Okay, now we understand that the secret is to change the rules of our own reality to allow us to know a higher truth (my higher truth? I am a skinny legend). So how do we put this into practice?
All you have to do is know. You set these rules, so you know they are true, reality is bound to them. You must know you are successful, know that reality is in the 4d, and feel truly satisfied in that realm. You can do this using whatever method you need to, but personally, I just knew deep within me that I was my ideal weight, and that nothing could change that, that is simply the reality, that is simply the way things are. I thought about old pictures I took of myself, and remembered how skinny I looked in them, I thought about the last time I saw my friends and how much littler they said I'd gotten, I thought about the last time I stood on the scale and how it read the exact weight I knew myself to be. And I just knew, deep within me, that was simply how things were.
And the last step, for me, was to feel truly joyful at this realization. To feel satisfied it came into fruition. Without seeking confirmation, because I already KNEW.
And what do you know? Pictures of myself in my phone from weeks ago, they were my ideal body. The girl I saw in the mirror when I stood up from my meditation? She had my ideal body. My clothes? XS and S, all of them. I had revised my ideal body all the way back to the day I bought them. And confirmed this by checking pictures I took in the dressing room.
I'm telling you right now it is possible if you know in your heart you've always had your desire. It's always been fulfilled within you. You make the rules because you are a divine creator. Nothing outside of you can change what you know to be true.
That's all for now ౨ৎ
