#i do squats the stair master#i have been working my legs and glutes so much#and today i walked past a mirror and realized my butt is perkier than usual#exercise does help#my mom was like you have the cutest butt literally the body i had when i was young i was like thats the best compliment#please this is for myself#p#spilled thoughts#anyways my lower body is so toned now#the only thing i still need to work on is my upper body strength because i basically barely have any and its so frustrating 🥲#i went to a splits silk class and when i tell you my arms knocked out after like 20 mins... the class is 95 mins long...... lmfaooo PATHETI

as if I don't have enough going on in my life, my Cringe Ankle™ is continuing to be cringe as fuck
#I rolled it a few days ago#don't know what happened. I was walking one second and the next my ankle went under me and I was going down.#accidentally clipped poor Neko on the way down#and I just sort of laid there for a second before getting back up#it does seem to be just a roll. no swelling or bruising or the specific pain of a sprain.#but it does seem to have set me back a bit bc I'm once again getting aches#WHERE I HAD CEASED ACHING#like look I know that recovery isn't linear esp with a complicated injury like mine#but COME ON I was doing SO WELL#the agonizingly slow PT was WORKING#the worst part is I don't know what happened#I'm thinking maybe I slipped on a dog toy?#otherwise it literally just happened while I was walking which is uh Bad#I haven't had instability like that in months thanks to PT#anyways I wore my brace to work the rest of the week and toned down my at home PT exercises#but I'm pissed#I also think I bruised my knee when I feel and slightly pulled a muscle in my left arm#tho those could have happened from literally anything bc I'm accident prone and bruise easily!#speechie sucks at health#(more like speechie sucks at ankles jfc)#speecher speaks

my mom decided to come with me when i walked lucy this morning and it was kind of annoying because it just feels more peaceful with just me and the dog in the morning as the sun rises
lucy didn’t even get to stop and smell the grass or anything because my mom was in some big hurry; she was very energetic, though, so i sprinted with her again, in part because i was too mentally tired to keep listening to my mom after awhile so i wanted to be ahead of her, and in part because her body is very fit but she needs some actual cardio to stay extra healthy
last time it was actually nearly a quarter mile that we ran together (i always forget i almost became a sprinter on the track team in middle school but i can be pretty damn fast) but i reduced it to a single block and she still enjoyed herself a lot
i’m tired and i’m going to sleep for awhile, but i totally need the exercise as much as the dog does despite looking physically fit at a glance
#my dad said if i had a regular exercise regimen i would look like a fitness model lmao#sometimes i think i should do some light weightlifting for practical reasons and to tone my arms#but as of now the only lifting i do is helping my dad with heavy objects once in awhile but he’s strong for his age#so he usually doesn’t ask unless the object is huge or very dense#nothing formal it’s just me helping with chores

#ive figured out an okay meal a day structure with a lot of protein in it and have been attempting to get my arms jacked again#or at least more toned#idk i just need to exercise more but its hard when ur piss poor and often have to skip your 1 meal of the day just to make it thru the week#and on top of the fact that i havent even been able to gain back the rest of the weight i lost to the stomach flu#tho once i have some kind of not donated money i need to get my bike fixed up cuz its shifting fucky and i dont have the tools to fix that#since cardio would probably benefit me the most rn#idk i need to also figure out a bike path to take that doesnt have me getting run over by a cali techbro transplant in his autopilot tesla#that or i just need to fuck a lot more often since that cardio is at least enjoyable lol#hell of a core workout too

GHOST uses to workout quite frequently, because of his job in military. He never admits it loud, but he likes to be in good shape. He likes the glances that you’re sending him when he’s taking off his shirt on purpose to present you his muscular back, covered in black ink tattoos.
There’s only one thing that he hates during his daily routine — push ups. He doesn’t know why he dislikes to do that workout, it’s just happen. He prefers other exercises, but while he’s at home, without the gym equipment, it’s just what’s left for him to stretch those arms muscles more.
But fortunately, recently you’ve got an idea of how to make this workout more pleasant for him. You find yourself on the floor, underneath Ghost while he’s grunting and sweating. It’s not what you think it is, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t making you feel in a certain way.
You like the view from down there. He’s shirtless and the only piece of clothing that he wears are the grey sweatpants. The way he’s looking and sounding makes you want to wrap your legs around his waist and just keep him down.
“Don’t try to give up, because you’ll squish me.” You giggle once Ghost makes another push up, giving you a quick kiss in meantime.
“Not gonna, doll.” He says back in breathy tone, pushing himself back up. He grunts again and lower himself down, giving you another kiss.
You make this exercise quite enjoyable for him.
