brush your teeth & use a tongue scraper first thing in the morning
drink a full glass of water with a pinch of himalayan or sea salt and add a little bit of lemon. note: If you're gonna add lemon use a straw to avoid damaging your teeth
DIY milk face mask: cool trick to give your skin that instant glow. start off by simply pouring raw milk in an ice tray and allow it to freeze. take an ice cube, rub it on your skin for 3-4 minute. then gently massage your face, do this just before you sleep to wake up to a brighter and fresher face.
try hot & cold gel bead eye mask with collagen pearls:  soothe your eyes by heating up (better sleep, decongests sinuses, better blood flow to eye area) or cooling down (soothes tired, reduces dark circles and under-eye puffiness) increasing blood circulation.
use a gua sha and a face roller, it is essential to choose a high-quality, cold-pressed oil, preferably organic. I recommend to use argan or jojoba oil.
buy a water filter !! once the impurities are removed from your tap water it’s much easier for you to achieve clear and vitalized skin
Give a little massage at the end of the day, your body will be grateful! Improves blood circulation while relaxes your stress levels. (I'll be posting soon different kind of massage, trigger points and ways to give yourself a massage more easiliy w objects)

Now the weather has been warming up, I think it’s so important to get into a new routine, to help myself emerge out of Winter hibernation. Here is my updated Spring morning routine 🦢
I wake up around 6:30/7:00 AM (I love waking up early, if I don’t I feel like I have wasted my day lol) I’ve been sleeping in my vintage nightdress now the weather is warming up and every morning when I awake, I feel like a princess ⛅️
I put my slippers on, open up my curtains and get a cold drink because the weather has been warming up, I take it back into my room to read in bed for a little while (I work from home so don’t have to get up in a rush which is lovely) I’ve been currently reading through my Spring tbr, and it’s so satisfying to tick off each book when I have finished reading it <3
Whilst I wake up I like to play classical music (it makes me feel like I’m in a fairytale in the morning) read my current book in bed, or watch an episode of something comforting, usually a Spring or cottagecore themed show. I try not to look at social media too much because I find it overwhelming, especially in the morning before I start my day 📖
I get up and make my bed (always) and then have a shower. If it’s a Sunday I spend ages pampering myself and do the “everything shower” (but I’ll get into that when I write my Sunday routine) brush my teeth and get dressed (I try to always pick out my outfit the night before)
Then I go into the kitchen and make myself some breakfast, I usually read at the breakfast table when eating 🍓
I come back into my room to do my hair and my makeup, and to give my room a once over tidy. Then I spend about 30 minutes journaling or writing in my dream journal if I can remember anything from my dreams that previous night.
I pack my bag for the day if I have to run errands and make sure I’ve got everything, then I choose my scent and put my perfume on 🪷
Thank you for reading, I absolutely love mornings because it feels like a fresh start and a new beginning of another beautiful day. Hopefully it gave you some inspiration to construct your own coquette morning routine for Spring 🌸

Lidia Mera : Her workouts are perfect for beginners and it gives perfect results and the workout is structured in a way you don’t even know when the time is over.
Move With Nicole: I think every pilates girlies have tried her workouts. Her workouts are like as you do in the pilates class. Her morning workouts are perfect way to start your day and you can feel the burn.
Nathalie Shanti: I feel like not many people talk about her but her workouts are so effective and you feel the burn everywhere especially her one hour workout after doing it i felt so great.
fitbymik: If you are more into weight lifting along with pilates then this is perfect youtube channel for you. Her workouts are not repetitive and you can really feel the burn.

friday - june 21, 2024
🌸 i’ve had a good week so far. yesterday was a great day: work was enjoyable, my coworker & I got bubble tea after, and sports practice in the evening was so much fun.
🌸 i have the morning off today so i did some chores & now i’m enjoying a quiet cafe morning.
🌸 i did some online shopping yesterday & im excited for the new clothes to arrive!
🌸 gonna spend some time at the pool this weekend to get through the heat wave.

7:40AM: if my cat hasn't already woken me up by now, my alarm has. i get up and put on some workout clothes, sunscreen, then i feed the cat, and make a lil drink.
drink of choice: one scoop of trader joes chai, boiling water, topped off with cold brew ☕️
8:15AM: go on a hot girl walk. i usually walk for about an hour each day. i have a set route which makes doing the walk really easy, it's basically muscle memory at this point. i use these walks to come up with story ideas, or just think about things. it's a good way to spend some time in your day just thinking with an uninterrupted distraction.
9:15AM: shower if needed, or just get changed into clean clothes and freshen up for the day.
9:30AM: make breakfast! i'm a savoury breakfast person, and my hyperfixation breakfast of choice right now is scrambled eggs with feta, tomato, and green bell pepper on a trader joes hashbrown.
9:45AM: my girlfriend works remotely, so we usually sit at the table together and chat (if she's not in a meeting) and i will also write in my dream journal if i had/remembered my dream from the night before. this is basically my downtime before i go to class.
10:20AM: it only takes ten minutes for me to drive to class, but it's a good time for me to decompress, listen to music, roll the windows down. my class doesn't start until 11AM but i like to get there early to get a parking spot right outside my building.
10:30AM: i'll review/catch up on any assignments, or if i didn't have any homework, i'll scroll through pinterest before class. my professor is also the sweetest and brings stuff to make coffee with, so i will also make another little drink.
drink of choice: iced coffee with nutmeg and cinnamon.
11:00AM: class starts and doesn't end until 1PM. it's a comedy writing workshop and we're currently writing a sitcom about network television. since it's a summer seminar, it's only a few of us, so it feels more like a writers room than a classroom setting.

I must be in madness atm bc not only did I call out of work confidently and “How I used to at my x Job” but also I keep outloud chucking at grifters/trolls in yt comment wear as typically I get paranoid and worried from those sorts of things but its all so redundant and stupid that I can audibly and loudly laugh at them
