- MUN STUFF: My name's Kew! She/they, well over 21. No triggers. I don't have DID, any attempt to portray it is based on the show/comics. I only speak English fluently and any other language will be google translate. Please forgive any mistakes.

- If you want to interact, my DMs are open! Probably the easiest way to get things started ooc, but asks are also fine. They should be open to non-mutuals.

- MINORS BE WARNED: I'm not going to be super strict about weeding out minors since things aren't going to get smutty around here, but NSFW topics could still come up, and the show Khonshu is from does explore some darker themes. I dunno. You've been warned.

- GENERAL CONTENT WARNING FOR: Descriptions of violence, religious stuff, swearing, emotional manipulation, a.bleism (especially surrounding mental health stuff.) I’ll try to tag other things as they come up.

- GENERAL RP ETIQUETTE APPLIES: Don't make actions for my character without asking, don't assume past relationships/deep history without asking, don't read my character's mind (unless your character is a telepath, and even then I don't know if that works on gods), etc. - FEEL FREE TO REBLOG MEMES FROM ME. It actually helps me remember to send stuff out. You can also reblog art/headcanons, pretty much anything except RP threads if you're not the other party!

- NOT PRIVATE, BUT SELECTIVE: I sometimes don't follow big multimuses back since I have pretty strict tastes in fandoms, and I don't want to clog my dash with characters I don't know. That doesn't mean I don't want to roleplay with you though! As for selectivity, I reserve the right to say no if things just don't click writing-wise.

- SPOILERS FOR MOON KNIGHT EVERYWHERE. There will be untagged spoilers for both the comics and especially the show.

- KHONSHU IS AN ASSHOLE. Nothing he says reflects my real views about anything. If he’s mean to you, it doesn’t mean I don’t like you or you’ve done something wrong.

- FOR OTHER MARC/STEVEN/JAKE MUSES: By default, I'll play Khonshu like he's connected to your Marc/Steven/Jake. If you want it to be dimension-hopping shenanigans (which I'm super down to do, especially for ones more heavily based on the comics) you'll have to let me know! All these interactions will be on different verses, and I don't plan to have Khonshu be 'mains' with any muses.

- FIGHTS: With extremely rare exceptions, I'm just gonna say no to fight threads with Khonshu. Partly because he's incorporeal and really can't be hurt or hurt anyone else directly. Mostly because fighting other muses has always stressed me out. If it's something you really want to do, we can talk about it. (This doesn't mean your character can't attack Khonshu ever, it just means it probably won't work.)

☽ MUSE INFO ☾

NAME: Khonshu OTHER NAMES: Chons, Bloody pigeon, Silly old bird (He accepts none of those) PRONOUNS: He/him HEIGHT: Varies, usually around 8-10 feet tall. WEIGHT: N/A (Incorporeal, like a ghost) AGE: Has existed since the dawn of time, so who knows.

- KHONSHU is the Egyptian god of the moon, vengeance, healing and time, among other smaller things. While he is enormously powerful in theory, he’s mostly unable to affect the physical world without use of a mortal AVATAR, dubbed his MOON KNIGHT. Those who agree to be his Avatar are granted superpowers and near-invulnerability, in exchange for agreeing to carry out his mission: Bringing vengeance against those who harm his travelers of the night.

- Khonshu is also somehow a billions-year-old grumpy baby who flips over trash cans when he doesn’t get his way.

- By default, Khonshu's current Avatar is JAKE LOCKLEY, only. But, he can also be played before the events of the show, when he (technically) has the triple threat of Jake Lockley, MARC SPECTOR, and STEVEN GRANT.

- Jake will make occasional cameos on this blog, but I wouldn't call this a dual muse. (You can request him in asks if you want.)

- Normally, only his Avatar (or Avatars of other gods) are capable of seeing/hearing Khonshu, but let’s say this blog is a holy space where he can answer your prayers questions. (In threads, we can always bullshit a reason your character can see Khonshu.)

- This Khonshu is HEAVILY BASED ON THE TV SHOW, which means he lacks a lot of the harsher history his comic book counterpart has. You can ask about comic stuff, he just might have a different opinion.

- Some comic lore has been added/built upon, namely his fraught history with his father, AMON-RA.

Riley Koening watched, carefully from her spot perched up on one of the rooftops in Cairo. She had learned some time ago how to be a ghost, to make herself scarce and unseen. The life of a thief. The life of an untrusting runaway. She sometimes wondered what her Archeology-themed B-movie-loving grandfather would think of her now. Running into the homes of the rich and famous (And museums..but that's..another story altogether.) to return artifacts to their rightful owners and homelands. She'd just been in Athens not too long ago, a run for her boss to knab some Vase back from some rich dude - It was her philosophy to never ask that many questions about these things (Because somehow that always managed to lead back to 'It might cause an apocalypse, or it might be fine, don't find out.'). The teenager reached out and tore off the scarf she normally wore, a way to hide her face if need be, and shook it out beside her. After her return to Egypt, she'd found herself in the desert (Her boss liked to be mysterious. He really was just like that. No, she didn't know why.) and had been repaid with a good coating of sand in the most obnoxious places possible.

She wanted to crawl from her skin.

The brunette was suddenly broken from her thoughts by the sound of footsteps across the roof behind her. She immediately went on the defense, searching for the first possible thing she could use as a weapon. She decided, ultimately, on her fists.

Like her mother that night.

"Whose there!?" Riley shouted, bracing herself for a fight.

What if.... You're one of Khonshu's favorite followers. He's drawn to you for some reason, maybe it's your shy existence, your soft presence not willing to be the center of attention... something within him just clicks with you

And not in a romantic way. More like a "oh this human is tiny looks like it's mine now" kinda way

One day you bound up to him, all excited and happy, explaining to him that some guy asked you out when you took a lil "me trip" for fun into town today, you wound up talking for hours and by the end of it the guy apparently was all shy about asking for your number for a coffee or something later on.

And you being nervous about people in general, being too shy and nervous to go out on a date, he's... proud of you. Happy for you, even; that you're going out of your comfort zone to meet someone you felt you connected with.

But of course when said date comes, Khonshu shadows you to make sure he isn't some secret closet serial killer or anything (read: overprotective birb dad)

And imagine his utter shock, disgust, and horror--

Fucking.

On one hand he wants to be happy for you, but on the other hand.... The worm?! Really?!

-Expectations: One of the things I loved about Omegle were the casual vibes when it came to when an rp needed to end. So, while I hope for some long term rps, I’m looking for people who will be okay with rps ending when interest dissipates. Without the need for big explanations as to why. This goes both ways! I won’t expect such explanations from you either if we start any sort of storyline and you end up wanting to drop out. It was supposed to be a simple job. Help out the smaller mutants and get them out of town. He’d used his cab to get them a portion of the way there but with all the blocks put up it was impossible getting his cab out without getting searched. He’d abandoned it in an alley for them to take to the underground. Cab lights shone the way.

Jake got out and opened the truck. “New plan. One at’a time. Quit pushin’ each other.”

Trunk closed he guided the small group around to the front where the headlights illuminated a manhole cover, the wisps of humid air slithered out like tendrils from the cover. The group hid behind Jake and he took his jacket off, tossing it aside and rolling up his sleeves. He walked over to the manhole cover and began brute-forcing his way into opening it. Other mutants made it look so easy, but Jake was finding without the suit this shit was harder than it looked.

The group just stood in a huddle and watched him. Weren’t much help at all. He couldn’t understand for the life of him why anyone would want them.

Another figure stepped into the light, the group shot off towards Jake to hide in his shadows. Jake straightened up in a low pant. The cover moved but not completely out of the way yet. Maybe enough for those little things to squeeze in, he thought. Just needed to distract whatever came to ruin their night. Putting on his best non-violent tone that he could muster, Jake growled. “This ain’t the night to be messin’ with me, pal. Go find another alley. Go on.”

He got closer and Jake’s gloved hands balled into fists, until the face came into view and he untensed. “Shit, why didn’t ya say you’re the local stray?” Jake suddenly all light and a touch more playful. Him and this asshole went way back. The guy hadn’t killed a person in his life, so there was no need for them to be killing him. No doubt lingering feelings from that were still present, but Jake had no reason to believe tonight was going to be another fight.

“Get this for me? We gotta move.” He gestured to the manhole cover. Neither stepping back or away when the other approached like the others behind him did. Unintimidated by the werewolf’s presence.

Hope you don't hate sand! My name is Riley Koening, local runaway and relatively-okay-at-the-job Teenaged Artifact Theif (To be clear: From the bad people!!) Came here to talk about my life because..why not! She/Her pronouns, please!

Riley is an MCU canon-typical portrayal of someone who takes ancient relics from people who stole them from their original owners for a living. This blog is not a Condonement in any way of this in Real Life.

Riley is somewhere around 16-17, please keep it TV-14 (Dark TV-14 at most). Don't make it weird.

That being said, mod is comfortable with any of the darker subjects portrayed in Moon Knight (2022).
