Days 22, 23, and 24: It has been a wonderful three days. After having some hormonal issues and going months without having a menstruation, my period presented itself on Monday. It was quite a joyous moment, seeing that I am finally starting to feel like myself again.
Because I am on my period, I am attempting to do slower and deeper sessions, not because of any other reason than that it feels right at the moment.
I can't lie....it has been quite blissful.
I am starting to live my yoga more and more every day. It's not just something I do anymore, it is something that effects my life holistically. I am more calm, less attached to outcomes, and overall just more zen.

Que entre más me apego a ti: más me hago daño.
A qué no te necesito para ser realmente feliz.
A sentirme amado por otro: pues conmigo tengo suficiente.
El que realmente quiere estar, está. El que no, se puede ir.
Quien te ama, no te cambia, pero si trata de hacerte ser una mejor versión de ti, sin reprocharte nada.
A qué todo inicio tiene un final.
Nada es mío.
Lo único seguro es el día de nuestra muerte.
Que es mejor no esperar nada de nadie.
A gastar mi dinero en viajes, libros, comida y en mí.
Que la prioridad soy yo.
Que cuando estás con Dios todo es posible.
Dios no hace basura.
Familia no es aquella que lleva tu misma sangre, son aquellos que están en tus peores momentos.
Quien no demuestra interés, es porque no le importas.
Vive más en el presente.
Haz las pases con tu pasado y aguarda con paciencia el futuro.
Sé feliz y agradecido con lo poco que tienes.
Amate primero, antes de amar a otra persona.
No lo des todo a la primera.
No conformarme con migajas.
Valgo lo que peso en oro.
La vida es más bella cuando no dependes de nada.
Hacer lo que más amas te genera una energía bonita.
Todos somos especiales.
Ayudar a los demás te suma como persona.
No valemos por qué te poseemos. Valemos por lo que somos.
