Also someone else asked about how deadlifting doesn't kill my back, and the answer is that weightlifting with proper form is good for back pain >:]
Strengthening your stabilizer muscles is so good for your bones and posture! It doesn't mean accidents don't happen, as we will all decay in time, but it definitely helps me draw all day and night without crumbling into dust 👌

reminder to master chef twst jp players that:
the 20 minute ingredient gathering is the most efficient one, but find the one that matches your schedule
focus on getting sugar, eggs and fruits because they're pretty popular ingredients
use low/medium ingredients to raise skill level, only use high quality ingredients when the recipe is above 50%
try focusing on one recipe at a time
when you're done with the event, use up the rest of your ingredients for 100%, then do the recipes with the fewest ingredients
when nothing else can be made, just keep making black dishes to earn what medals you can

Wish me luck! I’m going to the doctor today (the double hour stuff with blood tests, EKG etc) but what I’m least looking forward to is the hour with the doctor itself as he’s been HORRIBLE to me and is extremely anxiety inducing! today I’m gonna, once and for fuckin all, let him know about these things and so much more. OK so, I actually taught myself English super young, thanks to basically living in English- speaking fandom spaces 24/7 (had no real friends outside of that, yikes).
Now I'm diving into a third language, and being in a non-English speaking country i get asked a lot about how i learned.
Here's my trick : Think in the language you're tackling.
Have your daily Inner monologues in that language instead of your mother tongue. But the secret sauce? Substitute words you don't know with English words or just make up nonsense that sounds like it could be from that language. Over time, as your brain learns new words it catches on, tosses the nonsense and replaces it with actual vocabulary, and suddenly, you're fluent. 🌟
No clue if there's any science behind this method, but it works for me. Language learning is personal and different methods click for different people but i hope this helps someone.
