Hi! I'm finally back from my two week abroad trip!

full body idea, the first outfit youd see him in before whatever happens.

i have an idea for his new story? but again im still taking feed back/ criticism because im def not the biggest "the before" expert or anything

i have a loose idea that icarus would just be an aimless soul (heh) getting by until he becomes friends with FIF!jash , then meeting his two brothers along the way and then icarus becomes like. the fourth brother /silly but thats just a loose bastardization because icarus is Not a Good Person, or atleast at first.

he struggles with codependency, abandonment and negligence, but at the same time is harsh , apathetic and destructive. icarus doesnt want to push anyone away, he just wants a stable relationship with someone, Anyone, but hes self aware. he knows his flaws, and as a defense mechanism to "protect" himself from everyone, he isolates himself. and yeah, it's bad, but thats all hes ever known. hes never met someone like the solo brothers, where they actually give him room to improve and take the time of day to help him out any way they can, because thats what friends do.

so he also tries helping them, doing small gestures in return. he doesnt understand that their (platonic) love is unconditional, so because he doesnt want to feel like a burden, he tries understanding and also mirroring their patterns.

#kris #deltarune #kris deltarune #speedpaint #hallo #i was able to draw for myself finally now that the semester was over #i died for two weeks and am arguably still dying (work... again...) but am doing my best to keep doing things #will try and iron out some details for another magma soon since there was a lot of interest in another one after the halloween one #i *was* gonna see if anyone was available this week but i was too drained to make a poll and a plan #so it might have to wait until after christmas #but soon! ...hopefully #anyway i tried the default watercolor brushes mixed with the one i usually use #they work well together :>#between those two and the pencil brush i was able to get in a lot of fun textures and smears #will try this again but it took a lot longer than what i normally do #so next time will be a lot more planned #also i'm proud as hell of those hands lets gooooo #ooh i just realized i forgot to finish something #i won't say what in case nobody notices it but i will know #but i am too lazy to fix it and redo the speedpaint so it shall stay like this

Bonus: My first bullet journal that I've been using for this a d last year. I named it CHONKY (ignore the bottom left sticker, a friend gave it to me. Probably for a reason but ain't gonna talk about that fjgfjffif)

#misc; ooc #//don't ask me how it turned looking like one of those scrapbooks on tik tok I don't have the amswer to that lmao #//but it's been great in terms of learning what works for me and not #//i'd say for me I mostly focus on the drawing aspect of it more than the actual journaling tbh I just love drawing #//while i have a separate planner notebook for my schedule and tasks and shit like that #//i'm just a lil worried about the new notebook pages bc I just realized thjs week they are thinner than my previous journal #//and if i put a bit too much glue to stick the pages together #//(bc i do stick them together bc the colors bleed through the pages so I leave the back of the pages I've drawn on untouched)#//--- the colors bleed through a lil bit from the glue (I use liquid glue) bc they get a bit wet and again these lages are VERY thin #//so I think instead of using glue I might stick the lages together with tape #//so that the colors don't bleed through the pages and also to avoid the pages getting crinkled #//if ya know what i mean #//and yeah I COULD do my spreads on a separate sheet and then stick it in the journal #//i've seen a lot of artists actually do that on those Create This Book series on YT #//but I don't think I want to make the new journal as CHONKY or even CHONKIER than the last one #//and if I stick a bunch on seperate pages i to it it would surely get very chonky #//(believe me I've seen how these Create This Book challenge books on YT have turned into after rhe artist(s) have done half of the prompts #//also if you're curious most of my spreads from the last two years were recreations and inspired by Amanda Rach Lee's spreads on YT #//I just love her art style it's so cute and how she isn't afraid change things up and also allow mistakes to happen #//if you do bullet journals as well and need inspiration I def recommend her channel
