I liked this Chinese rice noodle shop. Portions are good and the place seemed clean. They were friendly too. To order, scan the QR code. They’ll bring the food and bill to your table.

They had appetizers, rice noodle soup, rice dishes, and desserts. The rice noodle soups were mostly pork or beef based. You can customize them by adding an egg, veggies, or more soup.  They also have a self-service toppings bar where you can add your own cilantro and scallions.

Rice noodles with braised pig intestines with bamboo shoots and pickled mustard greens ($16.99): The broth was light and not too salty. The pig intestines were tender and chewy. It wasn’t spicy enough for me, but I added chili oil with a slight mala flavor, so that helped. The rice noodles were medium round and slightly chewy. I do prefer hand-pulled chewier noodles and a spicier broth. I also like having more a green leafy vegetable in my noodle soup.

My cousin enjoyed her pork blood and pork liver noodles.

Parking was easy to find. It’s in a big strip mall.

az a mennyisegu baromsag, amit ossze lehet hallani egy ilyen nap alatt nekem beteszi a kaput. szerencsere csak egyszer kerdeztek a velemenyem, amikor is akkora hulyeseget mondtam, hogy mindenki elnemult egy percre, majd betettek prezentacioba. egy mocktail utan sajnos tobb ember fule hallatara megjegyeztem, hogy ez lehetett volna egy email is, teljesen komolyan, mindenki nevetett, ennyi volt a kontribuciom a "karrier"hez. mindenesetre adtak meg tobb penzt, hogy csorgassam vissza a penztengerbe, azoknak a bacsiknak gondolom, akik ott ettek az etteremben, 10 tok egyforma ember, mint a rajzfilmben.

szerencsere nem volt sem csapatepites, se "fun", se "happy hour" se semmi.

⭐️🍜 特色酱子骨粉 (20 Yuan)

It's a freaking huge beef bone in soothing soup. There's lots of condiments to add to the meal. My favs were the marinated chili garlic and the lard with green chili. Both were spicy.

⭐️🍜 牛肉酱粉 (18 Yuan)

Beef and mushroom noodles. The sauce is more concentrated. It's mushroomy and beefy at the same time. Super tasty! This has definitely less meat than the other bowl but the flavour packs a punch.The noodles here are thick and flat, not exactly what we would classify as mifen

Az USA semmibe veszi Magyarországot, keletre nyalunk despota, tömeggyilkos diktátoroknak. Soha nem látott kevés gyermek született tavaly, fele annyi, mint ahányan meghaltak. Erre büszke a kormánynak nevezett maffia??? 🤔

Mifen101 specializes in rice noodle soup from the Guizhou Province of China. That type of cuisine is known for being sour and spicy. They like their vinegar.

The menu included cold dishes (appetizers), noodle soup, dumplings, and hotpot. The noodle soup can be customized by adding extra veggies, extra meat or extra sour & spicy flavor.

Beef offal mifen ($13.99): Asked for extra spicy and it was very tame. I added hot sauce and it still wasn’t spicy. Surprising because that area is known for pretty spicy food. The noodle soup looked nice and had a variety of textures including onion, cilantro, green onion, tripe, tendon, pickled cabbage, rice noodles and a spiced beefy broth. The round rice noodles were soft. The pickled cabbage was sour and crunchy. There was plenty of tripe and tendon and both were tender. The broth was beefy and slightly sour; the spices were interesting. There seemed to be a bit of a powdered soup taste though and it wasn’t served hot enough.

Seaweed salad ($7.99): Cut into thin strips, served with peanuts. My father said it was too salty.

No receipt was provided. They asked us to pay cash because the credit card machine wasn’t working. Would have been nice to have been told that before we ate. Service was friendly. Portions were generous.

The décor is minimal with big freezers in the hallway and a giant TV still in the box in the dining area. It’s a small place with a maximum capacity of 26 people.

Nem nagyon volt ilyen újévi fogadalmam vagy mifene. Nem hiszek abban, hogy egy ember egyik napról a másikra meg tud változni de kitűztem különböző célokat magam elé amiket el szeretnék érni.

Az egyik ilyen, hogy minimalizálom a feldolgozott és főleg az extrán feldolgozott ételeket. Így január 6.-án ott tartok, hogy már csak 2 extrán feldolgozott termék van amit rendszeresen fogyasztok.

Az egyik a Lidlnek a proteines joghurt/túrókrèmje a másik a fehérje(vegán és marha fehérjèt fogyasztok). Az elsőről azért nem nagyon tudok lemondani mert én nem szeretem az édességet de ez az egy amit így mindig meg tudok enni és tök jól esik. A második tétel igazából kényelmi célt szolgál. A héten rájöttem, hogy ha nagyon akarom még tudom oldani a fehérje bevitelem (kb. 170g egy napra) ha nagyon akarom de néha sokkal egyszerűbb és kényelmesebb bevágni egy turmixot vagy a zabhoz keverni.

Annyira szar, hogy igazából minden ilyen életvezetési dologról kiderül, hogy igazából csak kibaszott lusta vagyok!
