Zjadłam 555kcal, a spaliłam 277kcal.
Wczoraj zrobilam se metaday, chuj wie czy to działa ale tak.
Zaczelam brać multiwitaminę i elektrolity bo jest coraz gorzej, tak jak już kiedyś wspominałam potrafię zjeść, wstać i zemdleć więc pije witaminki.
Dzisiaj była jakaś istna masakra, myślałam ze jak wczoraj zjadłam 1500kcal, to dzisiaj nie będę miała mroczków przed oczami i będzie mi lepiej, szczególnie że jadłam i brałam te witaminy ale dupa.
Chudej nocy misie😚💙✨️🦋

Pra quem não sabe, eu tenho um problema metabólico muito grande. As vezes meu metabolismo desacelera demais sem razão, mesmo fazendo metaday. Por isso eu comecei a fazer sozinha um tratamento de enzimas que envolve muuitas agulhadas (cerca de 80 a 100 por sessão) e eu tenho um pavor inexplicável de agulhas (da última vez que tirei sangue, desmaiei) mas apesar de ter feito a aplicação sozinha e sem anestesia, eu tô muito feliz por que apesar dos roxinhos e da dor das agulhadas na hora e dias depois, isso me faz lembrar do meu objetivo é pensar que estou cada vez mais perto de alcançar ele.

My current weight is 48kgs, and my BMI is 19.3

Lw: 47,5kg
Ugw: 42kg (or lower ^^)
My goals for eating are:
-No binges
-I only deserve a Metaday if I am lower than 100 cals everyday for a week. With NO exceptions!!!
-Absolute taboos: Bread, Rice, Noodles, Butter, Oil, Fries, Softdrinks, Sweets, Ice cream, Pizza and generally fast food.
-Workout ATLEAST 3 times a week!!!

plan for tmr is to wake up before 6:30AM/7AM to go on a walk—i usually do 1.8-2.0mi, but we will be ramping it up to 3.0+ bc i will not let myself get away from my goals for one stupid holiday.
my c@l limit has always been 1900 (i’m huge n still in a rather large deficit + this helps me to not binge) but for tmr we’re gonna keep it to 1450/1500 so i can at least LOOK like i’m eating at bffie’s aunt’s house
also eating minimally today as well, praying for myself n all u angel babies to have a good thanksgiving whether u restrict, ⭐️ve, or r using tmr as a metaday—whatever makes u feel good & in control, i support mwah
