Finally made it down to the much buzzed about Little Kirin on St. Mark’s Place and can’t speak highly enough of the lunch we had there!

Their signature Pho Short Rib sandwich exceeded every expectation in its taste and tenderness...

Be sure to get the pho broth “dip” with it...

We also went for the new special, their Vietnamese Xiu Mai Meatball Parm with Thai basil, jalapeño and melted mozzarella...

A wonderful winning combo...

Their Loaded Tater Tots, with sesame aioli, ginger scallion aioli and picked red onion are not to be missed...

A short ten minute walk from our home, I have a feeling we’ll be enjoying a lot more of Little Kirin’s menu in 2023!

I’m experimenting with ground chicken meatballs, and so I wanted to do a version that’s flavored like chicken parm but with tomato powder, grated onion, black garlic powder, and lots ofParmigiano-Reggiano,  parsley, and basil. They still need a little bit of refinement, but so far they’re looking really promising!

Hello anon I am going to link you my fav easy recipes that I've bookmarked over the years. You can also modify these easily for dietary restrictions (use other meat/vegan meat. Use coconut milk/cream instead of heavy cream. etc.). Also add things that make stuff easier for you too like instant rice/pasta!
