it’s not even that it’s entirely their fault but hearing “i can’t wait to see you start exercising”, “it wouldn’t hurt to lose a few pounds”, and “you shouldn’t be eating that” on the daily aren’t exactly the best things to hear at all

hi, so some of you might think this is stupid and think these weights are “too high”, but truth is i don’t want any of you to end up hospitalized or dead, and these weights are the lowest healthy weight for different heights. they are all at a bmi of 18.5, which should be the lowest you go. again, please stay safe. i would hate to see any of you hurt, and if you need someone, i’m here.

Anxiety: Oh my god you’re going to gain 10 pounds
Depression: What’s the point anymore? You can’t do anything right, why even try anymore?
Logic: It’s pyshically impossible for you to gain any weight, you need to eat over 2,500 calories for that, and you already burnt more then that by walking today-
