tonight at a birthday party i refused a piece of cake (and i skipped dinner).
I feel so f*cking powerful right now. I’m so proud of myself.
(i’m not pro, it’s just because i ate a lot in the past few days and i demonstrated to myself that i am in control, not the food)

so i have to eat at least something each morning with my meds or I'll throw up and be sick for hours. well I thought it would be a genius idea to just
not eat
so i only took the bare essential meds; skipped the multivitamin, allergy pill, adderall, the muscle relaxer and 2 other meds for chronic pain. I thought i was so smart because for the first hour, I was fine!
well. it's been two hours since taking the meds and ive thrown up 4 times. which means the "bare essential" meds I took this morning, definitely did not kick in enough before I threw them up. so now my mental health will be even more rocky today. yay.
but hey, I skipped breakfast so that's a plus, I guess

i highly recommend 4nas to stop thinking food is an enemy and be nicer to themselves, we can use it in our favor! living off of fasts, water and negativity definitely ruins us for good, it's long term damage! so let's not be so harsh on ourselves babes, keep food and treats balanced within your calorie deficit (will allow you to satiate cravings while avoiding binges) and we'll all get there <33

Back in my bun head era. Let's hope my body image and body....gets what it needs. I'm excited but I'm also concerned. Yes I was the ED stereotype of ballet dancer with a restrictive ED who is/was a self destructive control freak, perfectionist. No I am not ashamed of it, but yeah you can laugh.
