Little update💗
So I just had a video call with the lady who kinda runs the eating disorder clinic and I guess it is going to be 6 days a week, like 9:30am-6:30pm I’ll go in, they’ll do group therapy, I have to eat there and stuff and they don’t want me to gain weight just maintain which I guess it’s not the worst but honestly kinda makes me upset that I haven’t even gotten sick enough for them to worry about my weight. I’m not underweight or anything I’m at a completely normal bmi, even on the high end of regular.
I’m scared I don’t want to stop losing weight and I don’t want to be forced to eat what they give me but I kinda have no choice, if I don’t go ill get kicked out so I guess we will see.
Ill try to update you guys(my very few loyal post interacters lol). So far the next step will be going to get a physical, like my EKG and stuff done and then I will probably start April 29 at the earliest, and the second week of May at the latest.

Omg I literally need help. I fucked up so freaking bad. Im a fat fuck. I gained back 40kg from the 70kgs I lost. Im back at 123kg. What have I done. Today for the first time in a year I stepped in a scale and was shocked. I need someone to control me. Help me lose weight tell me what to do what to eat how much exercise to do. To do daily weight check ins and for punishments If I haven't done it right. Please please please Ill do anything. Ill accept any kind of punishment. Just get me thin again.

i haven't binged since i got back from vacation! i think my personal trick for not binging to those who suffer is:
do not fast for long hours/do not do OMAD!!! // for me, fasting was doable, but as soon as i got to eat, i would binge. my brain didn't know how much food i really needed so i would just go all out and binge. so instead, i now have 150 calories during the day and 250 at night.
don't buy or have trigger food around // you think you can control yourself? nope. ur weak. u cannot stand having a whole chocolate bar in your pantry without eating the whole thing. if you are going to buy trigger food, buy it in a very small portion where you know all the calories. this means you will not be able to binge on it.
don't eat high-fat health food // so of course eating high-fat food is bad, but many fitness gurus will sell you the idea that you should be eating high-fat health foods (think almonds, avocado). sure this may be okay for some people, but for us bingers... no way. for a small handful of almonds, it's like 200 calories and that won't make you content. you'll keep eating the almonds until.. oh shit that's 2000 calories gone. high-fat foods are high in calories for small portions, and don't be tricked by high-fat health foods!! for some people, they can eat it, but for us it's a big no.

for a long time I refused to weigh myself because of "WAAH WAAH WAAH RECOVERY WAAH WAAH" ....before I was 55kg, im 5,2, could be thinner but that's fine-ish right?? I'm now 62 FUCKING KILOGRAMS. THATS SO BAD. I FEEL SO FILTHY. THIS IS AWFUL. need an 4nah coach or buddy quick because this is disgusting. I was once 48kg and now I'm basically obese. I really need help.
