In most of the fandoms I've been in there's always a specific AU that's really popular in both fanfiction and fanart and I've been wondering what that AU is for other fandoms.

For example, in the Hazbin Hotel fandom we have the "Overlord Husk wins Angel's soul contract from Valentino", for the Witcher fandom we have the "Geralt becomes a warlord and Jaskier is sent to him by Redania as trubute" and for the FNAF fandom we have the "Michael Afton travels back to the past to stop his father" etc.

So what's the equivalet in your fandom?

Hello! I don’t usually post text posts on this account but my friend said i should ask for requests from you guys since I’ve been struggling to come up with ideas. So im taking any and all requests, i cant promise to draw all of them but id be very appreciative for any!

So I had the fun idea of combining both of my favorite things, aphmau and my little pony, and so I’ve been working on a mlp mcd au. It’s basically mcd but if they were ponies/in a similar world to the mlp fim world. This may progress on my Emmalyn Design so far. IMO, Emmalyn gives off unicorn vibes, think Twilight Sparkle but more religious lmao.

So a MLP mcyt au, cutie marks appear on the middle of your chest and it shows what you are best at, just like in the show.

Techno has a image of a potato cause he’s the best potato farmer around, he’s also a wonderful fighter but he has a special connection to them

Phil has a image of birds, birds love him and because of this a huge murder of crows hang around him. and Tommy has a picture of sewing supplies. And boy, is he ashamed of it.

his whole life he wanting a mark, but as soon as he got it he wanted it gone, because doesn’t it show he’s weak? That his mark isn’t combat related? So he hides it and stops sewing.

it’s easy to do, it’s not like anyone asks him to take his shirt off or anything, or that anyone even asks if he got it yet. They have a war on their hands

most people just think he’s markless still, and leave it at a few pitying looks.

When Tommy gets exiled, and it’s much harder to hide. But somehow, someway, he hides it from Dream. Covering it in bandages was easy, it blended with all the true injuries.

when he runs to technos house, hiding in his basement until techno drags him upstairs. Telling him ‘you look like you eat mud. Take a shower. Then we’ll talk.’

thing is, techno also refused to give him bandages, because he wanted to ‘see his injuries’

cut to the rest of the fic, Tommy trying more and more ridiculous ways to hid his mark, and somehow getting away with it. Until he doesn’t

and I’m running out of steam but I think I may write it for real-
