Hi everyone. my name is Asanatu (call me sana or asa) and I just want to share my success story. Anyways, A+p, Intention, plus the void state was the method I always resonated with with. I also joined and was apart of tumblr pretty actively during the time when these were “the methods.”
I was making so much headway! I manifested money, better looks, better grades and mental health and I even mini shifted. Things were looking bright and I knew my shitty circumstances would be a memory of the past and everything would be easier. Then the switch to states, Neville Goddard,and Edward Arts happened and I was so lost. Then creators who even used the void or a+p were suddenly bullying and attacking people
for thinking thoughts create reality instead of states. They were attacking people for using the void and putting it on the pedestal even though they used it to achieve their dream life 🤡🤡 sucess stories dropped drastically, tensions were tight, and entitlement and shoving states down our throats was happening at an all time high. Honestly I gave up with the law and shifting bc I started to believe a+p truly didn’t work bc everyone was preaching that perspective out of no where even though we all started with that and people used it !!!!! Now the same is happening to non dualism…so it will be even more over complication and entitlement for the competition to be the most all knowing and debunker of the law. It will be less success stories, more tension, and paragraphs upon paragraphs on their beliefs but no success to show for it so I am most definitely leaving tumblr and for anyone who wants recourses maybe read and stick to the og creators from December for. Few posts and then dip

Myself. I’m sending this on anon mode because I have been so rude to so many bloggers and projected my newfound doubt to random, kind, helpful bloggers and I have to apologize. Most of them won’t see this because I’m blocked, but none of you guys deserved it. I would tag them but it was most Loa creators which is so embarrassing to admit, but again I apologize.
After having some self awareness I decided to stop being a loser and take accountability for my own life. I said fuck it and went back to a+p and the void state. I just affirmed robotically and used some subliminals for the void state from popular successful void blogs. After two weeks I got into the void state and manifested my dream life. After complaining and procrastinating for 6 months. As much as tumblr is toxic and the dumb entitled energy is radiating extra bright you all have to grow up and stick to what works for you. You have free will and godly powers no matter how many big headed bloggers try to intimidate you.
A summary of my manifestations from the void are: millionaire parents, 4.3 cumulative gpa, being apart of my schools honors society, dream graduation (it was yesterday) 10/10 looks, acceptance to Harvard, dream body and natural fast metabolism, being a master shifter, list of hobbies and talents, dream personality, huge mansion, cute kind rich bf, and being a desired it girl
I want to say so much more but Moral of the story is stick to what has worked you, take accountability for your journey, and ignore what doesn’t resonate with you.
I think a lot of people will relate to this. No matter what you believe in, whether that be states, non dualism, the void, a+p,etc just persist on your faith. Congrats anon and good on you for taking accountability for your own journey. I also can only speak for myself but I forgive you :)

Apologies in advance for this rant I am an absolute nerd about this topic as someone who’s completing a masters in women’s health
I LOVE this ask because menstrual trauma is a topic that is not focused on enough and it is so important to me. I will be talking about this specifically through Lu because I really do relate to her baptist upbringing and just due to thinking about when I was a young girl. I also think it’s so interesting to see this evolution of Ida helping her through her first period, and it being a not so terrible experience just because of Ida’s involvement, to her having to deal with it in the stalag. Because in some way, I do feel that her experience with menstruation would be unique as someone who’s had her period for such a short amount of time (I love what that anon said about her cycle being more crazy and irregular which causes Ida to fret about pregnancy). Anyways I think people underestimate how traumatic and difficult it is to menstruate in a situation such as this one. And we’ve seen some of it, like Gale hanging the clothesline for her which I loved and thought was very very sweet. But just the act of dealing with a period on top of everything else is no small feat. And I think of Smith specifically because the entirety of her introduction to menstruation has essentially been rounded out throughout the war. Like she has just begun to experience this and as a young girl who is just getting used to dealing with having a period, having to navigate all that in this sort of situation is so mentally and emotionally difficult. So I definitely think that she would have some trauma related to menstruation as a whole, I think it’d absolutely be something she dreads in the stalag and I think post-war, she could have some issues with her period returning/ going back to normal because again, her whole experience with menstruation thus far has been throughout the war. I think it’d take her some time to have it be something that she doesn’t struggle with.
Also, there are so many other complexities and nuances of menstruation that are so interesting to think on. I loved what that other anon said about the reasoning behind WHY women lose their periods in traumatic situations. It really is a survival mechanism because it allows your body to redirect nutrients and energy towards other bodily functions that are more essential for survival such as basic metabolic processes and supporting organ function. Those things are just more likely to be prioritized by your body compared to the functions of reproduction. But, also like that anon said, these sort situations are always nuanced and unique amongst individuals and as horrifying it is to think of these women in conditions that are so awful that they are losing their periods, the opposite is absolutely terrifying as well. Continuing to menstruate in a situation like this one is so concerning because your menstrual cycle would deplete your body of nutrients that are needed to maintain your overall health. Your immune system would already be weakened so you would already be more susceptible to illness and infection but if your body is expending resources to continue menstruation your immune function would be even further depleted.
I also started to think of this when I read those asks about Smith and Brady being sick. IF you do choose to go the route of Smith being malnourished instead of being hurt by the strafing during the forced march I will say that that would be interesting as well because younger girls are far more likely to continue menstruating in stressful situations. Their hormonal systems are still developing and maturing and so their hormonal regulation of their menstrual cycle is less responsive to external stressors, compared to older women who have been menstruating for longer. Also since your younger years are a time period of rapid growth and development it’s more likely for a younger body to prioritize maintaining the menstrual cycle to support further reproductive capability, even at the expense of other bodily functions. AND the health impacts of continued menstruation would be even more detrimental to a younger individual.
Anyways, I say all this because that anon asking about issues thst Smith may have with her period after the war really got me thinking. I feel like a big source of menstrual trauma for her could be that almost all the other women lose their periods and she just doesn’t. I find that interesting because for people who don’t know the health effects, this could be seen as a good thing, but it could be a big issue for her personally. Loathing menstruation is such a big issue for young girls, whether it’s due to stigma or discomfort or what have you, and it can have a lot of psychological effects. I think that if she continued to menstruate in the stalag it could be the source of a lot of distress for her and just have her caught in a bad relationship with her cycle.

OH MY WORD, the literal geniuses that adorn my inbox 😭🤯 I read this, mouth agape, devouring it. This is fascinating. And so helpful for crafting the story but also just enlightening in general.
This makes a far more compelling argument for her continuing to have her periods. Like, all of it makes sense, and adds to her having trauma with it, as you said. Coming from someone who often had and has them very ten days or so, can affirm stress only brings them on more often, which in a scenario when you’re trying to blend in as much as possible? I can see her literally beside herself with aggravation and embarrassment about it. Poor thing.

Socialite Series: Cherry’s Master Post
Things that have helped me, that could help you. Here is a master list of my softmaxxing journey!
Body:
J*hn Bent*n’s workouts: Yes he’s an asshole but his workouts really do work. He used to train models and his workouts are life changing.
2. B-12 Lipo salines: These you can consume in a shot (like an injection) or in a saline (go to a GOOD DOCTOR for this). I prefer the saline, and my doctor recommended the 6 week course for me (one saline every week). It burns subQ fat and that was the main reason why I began using those. There is zero side effect to these, acc to my doc. edit: don’t really recommend these anymore. I’ll update this list when I finish my Emsculpt.
3. Diet: More protein, more vegetables, more water and lesser intake of carbs. Carbs are important but i used to over-consume them. Cutting down has helped me a lot. I also did a gut bacteria test (you basically sent a piece of your shit to a lab and they analyse it) to understand what foods worked for me and what didnt.
4. Probiotics for metabolism management
5. Measuring: I stopped tracking weight and began tracking body fat % instead. I feel that this works better for me.
6. Wood therapy: I KNOW. You lot will think its bogus but it helped me and im sticking to it, so there. There’s no wood therapy spa near me, so i ordered the wood therapy tools from amazon, plastic wrap, a waist trainer, almond oil. I looked up videos on wood therapy and lymphatic drainage, and i do it for about 5 mins on my tummy and thighs before my work outs, wrap my torso with plastic wrap, throw the waist trainer on top.

Skin:
Accutane: this helped me tremendously with my acne and my skin is 95% blemish free now. If you are taking this, remember to be disciplined and regular.
Zero alcohol: I stopped drinking completely and its done my skin and health wonders.
Products: Sunscreen + Vitamin C combo in the AM. Retinol + moisturiser at night. Recommended by my dermat.
Hair removal: I refuse to shave because its so uncomfortable so i prefer to wax once in 2 months. Personally, when I began exfoliating my body twice a week - I use a scrub by the Body Shop - I noticed that the hair was growing back slower than it used to. I use a loofah for everyday too. I don’t believe in laser because it’s never just 6 sessions; you do have to have “maintenance” sessions as well post the 6.
Face sculpting: Gua sha on alternative nights. I dont know if this works or is placebo, but I felt like it did.
Body lotion every day. Twice a day sometimes. I swear, it makes you smell good and feel so soft.
Expensive make up: specially, foundation. I’m sorry, i know this could be controversial. But idk what cow semen Charlotte Tilbury puts in her make up, it seriously makes me glow. I’m yet to find a good drug store alternative. A while back, I stopped wearing concealer, and I began using a lighter shade of CT’s foundation as concealer over my normal shade. I feel that because the products are chemically the same, they blend better and don’t react and “peel.” Highly recommend that too. For the rest of my face like powder, blush, eyeliner, I do use normal drug store make up.

Oral hygiene:
I used to have braces. After taking them off, I noticed a difference in my jaw.
Brush, floss, Listrine, tongue cleaner
Mild whitening. I think Hollywood level teeth whitening looks crazy and I want to look as “naturally” beautiful as possible.

Hair care:
For hair growth: as recommended by my doc: minoxidil hair foam 5% w/w Tugain Foam.
High frequency wand before wash days on my scalp.
Moroccan hair oil. I use a tiny amount everyday on my ends after I finish my make up for the day and I swear it makes my hair shine like crazy.
I also got hair Botox done because i used to have curly but absolutely unmanageable hair. I tried to make it work for years but i gave up and caved in to having permanent straight hair and I love it.
I only shampoo twice a day so on days when i workout but don’t shampoo, i use hair perfume. I spray some of it on my brush and run it through my hair. I swear it works.

Overall:
The colour palette theory seriously works. I didn’t realise that wearing the right colours can impact you so much.
Confidence is absolutely key. I seriously recommend going to a group class of some sort if you have the time and just mingling with random people. Social situations are important to gauge your “standing.”
Random but if you have a big nose: grow out your eyebrows / fill them in slightly thicker. I noticed that when I had thin eyebrows, my nose would stand out more but when I made them thicker, it balanced my face out better.
Steam iron your clothes before you wear them. You will look 100% put together.
*IF* you’re aesthetically challenged when it comes to picking clothes, use my rule of thumb: never wear any more than 3 colours at once (remember: IF you can’t put outfits together).

More tokoyami bird mutation traits because he deserves it.
Birds have the ability to sense the electromagnetic poles surroundings the earth and they use it to know where they’re going. The most common instances of this are a pigeons “homing” instinct and migratory birds knowing what direction to go in when they well…migrate. Tokoyami (and hawks) has this and it’s immensely useful when flying through the city, he never gets lost.
unihemispheric slow-wave sleep is the ability to turn off half your brain and allow it to sleep while the other half remains alert. Birds can use this to keep an eye out for predators or stay in flight while migrating. Tokoyami is the master of sleeping during class (joking). Seriously Tokoyami’s brain is already weird enough having to share his head space with dark shadow and apparently he can, in theory, just turn off half his brain. This would be immensely useful for patrols and stake out missions. He probably also uses it to keep an eye on dark shadow at night if he has a feeling they are going to be rambunctious. Also bird don’t always sleep like this, they are perfectly capable of full sleep as well so don’t worry toko only uses this when necessary.
The metabolism of a bird is insanely fast in order for them to keep up the energy needed for flight. Hawks has the fastest metabolism which is why he’s always eating during patrols. Toko still has a fast metabolism and needs to eat much more than someone his size would normally consume. There is argument that dark shadow could be stealing some of his energy but it’s negligible. Toko is very thin, like momo he can never seem to put on weight, he is also very small which could be a mix of genetics and not getting enough nutrition growing up. I’m saying his genetics play a role because even without wings birds need to be lighter for easier flight so most avians are on the smaller side coughhawkscough
Tokoyami can do bird calls, or at least he used to be cable to. This hc gets a little specific but because of how embarrassed he is about his bird traits I feel like he was taught by people to suppress them (like he was taught to suppress his emotions). He was probably put through speech therapy as a child or even the MHA version of ABA therapy (because I am autistic and love using metaphors, like certain quirks being a metaphor for mental illnesses). Either way his unique baritone is actually unnatural to him and even harmful to his vocal cords, he gets sore throats and can’t yell or talk for to long before it hurts and he gets laryngitis. He knows sign language for this reason as well. Anyhow now that he’s in a supportive and loving environment he might be able to relearn these skills for mental health reasons and use his voice for practical purposes. Dark shadow was never directly forced to stop chirping which is why their voice is more squawky. They can imitate sounds very well from whistles, alarms, and instruments to peoples voices. They also know how to “throw” their voice so they can use it to confuse their prey the enemy. Tokoyami might learn how to do this too one day. Yes tokoyami can sing and while he sounds amazing he hates doing it.

BITCHI-YOGA
College girl Mia knew it was unhealthy to be so overweight and unfit, but she had a very slow metabolism and couldn’t seem to drop weight whatever she tried. She wanted to shed some pounds, not because of the bullies at school - but for her own health benefit and peace of mind. Despite the difficulty she was experiencing, she was a very determined person and she refused to give up.
Mia had tried various gyms, fitness classes and diets - but nothing seemed to work. Then one day she was looking through the exercise section at the local library when she found a book on “Bitchi-Yoga,” a very rare form of Yoga that claimed to allow complete body and mind control for the user.
Mia took the book home and began to read it, the information was fascinating and almost drew her in hypnotically:
New Practitioner. Soon you will achieve total control of your life and become the person you need to be. To achieve the desired effects - you must undergo both a mental and a physical change. The exercises and positions shown in this book unlock powerful mystical energies that flood the body with energy that can be directed to make you a new person. This energy will be controlled by your new persona and you will become a Bitchi-Yoga master.
Mia frowned. She wasn’t sure she wanted a new persona, she just wanted to lose some weight. Still it couldn’t hurt to read on a little.
Visualise the woman you hate and dislike the most. The woman that possesses the attributes and skills so unlike your own that you are jealous and envious of her. Think of the hottest, most desired, most powerful woman you know.
Mia’s mind immediately jumped to her principle bully Summer. The rich and spoiled princess bitch who was the most popular girl at college and constantly mocked and teased Mia for being fat and overweight. With her stupid designer outfits and party girl life style - she was everything that Mia hated. She was also super skinny and flexible, apparently she was amazing at sex too. She had everything that Mia didn’t.
Think of her and imagine her in your mind. Know now that this is the woman you really want to be. Through Bitchi-Yoga you can become like this woman. You must embrace your jealousy and let it corrupt you, adopting the persona of this woman in order to become better. You must become like her and eventually be better than her. It will feel so good.
“Noooooo, wait,” groaned Mia as her head span. “That isn’t what I want. I don’t want to be like Summer.” She tried to look away from the book but her eyes seemed magnetically drawn to the page and she couldn’t look away.
“Oh my God, why can’t I stop thinking about that bitch?”
As you fall deeper into the first stages of Bitchi-Yoga, you will begin to accept your corruption. Think of how good it would feel to be like the woman you most hate. You are probably jealous of her popularity, her looks and her sex appeal. You now want to be like her, you want to talk and dress and fuck like her. Soon you will be just like her. Bitchi-Yoga will allow you to corrupt yourself and make yourself into the perfect bitch that you now long to be.
Mia moaned. Her head was suddenly full of thoughts of being like Summer. Of having every eye on her, of being beautiful; of having guys want her and being an all powerful bitch.
“Ohhh fuck, yes; I want to be like Summer,” she moaned helplessly as the delicious thought of becoming an evil slut overwhelmed her innocent mind.
“No, what’s wrong with me? Uuuuuhhh I have to stop;” but Mia couldn’t. She was too far under the control of the evil book now and there was a growing excitement inside her own mind at corrupting herself into a bad girl.
Begin to perform the positions shown in the book. As you stretch and exercise you will begin to transform. Your old body and mind will be destroyed and you will become a new person - a better person. Let go of your innocence and embrace the corruption that will make you a Goddess.
Mia placed the book down carefully and her eyes still on the pages started to stretch as indicated. She moaned as she felt a build up of evil energy crackling around her fat body and her skin began to ripple and tighten.
“OHHHHH fuck - it’s transforming me, I’m ahhhhh becoming a bitch - OHHHH FUCK!”
Bones snapped and popped and fat shed away as Mia groaned in ecstasy and her old fat body began to transform into something far more delicious.
���Uuuuh, ohhhh yesssss! Get rid of that fucking fat and make me into a skinny bitch,” she giggled madly as her voice rose into a bitchy whine and her limbs became thinner and more elegant. Her rib-cage was now visible on her toned torso as her cheekbones rose to give her a haughty bitchy appearance and her flabby clothes magically transformed to match her new body - tightening sexily around her.
Mia moaned as she contorted her body into position after position, each one accelerating her transformation and corrupting her mind. She began to understand that all that mattered was looking beautiful and being popular. Having the power to break boys hearts and get whatever she wanted was all she needed.
“YES, make me into a fucking bad bitch, I LOVE IT,” she purred, her new tight pussy dripping wet as she completed the instructions on the page and her transformation into a skinny manipulative blonde was complete.
Standing up Mia stroked her thin, flexible body in delight. She was a new woman at last and there wasn’t even a stretch mark in sight. The evil yoga had completely corrupted her.
