Key West Half Marathon in the books. Too much beers and food past two weeks caught up with me. Still ran my heart out and gave it my all. My son's girlfriend ran awesome 2:11 for her first have left me at mile 4 and beat me by 7 minutes. 😀.... Happy Sunday everyone. 🤜🤛🇺🇸❤️❤️🇺🇸

Transformers One (2024) is a vividly animated exploration of the friendship between Orion Pax (Optimus Prime) and D-16 (Megatron) on the planet Cybertron. The film is distinguished by excellent animation and an interesting depiction of the world of transformers, and also attracts with dynamic action scenes and humor, especially through the image of Bumblebee. Although some scenes look a bit "toy", the film adds emotional depth to the franchise.

Four stars — stylish animation and an exciting interweaving of adventures and feelings.

Marathon, Florida Keys from about 11,000 m, 2022.

There is a half-marathon in September that I really would love to run. But to be honest, I have noticed during the past few weeks (since completing the 7k) that I find it somewhat hard to want to keep running longer distances (by longer I mean 30 minute runs, which is probably not considered long at all by most runners, but that is the comfort threshold where I'm at right now). Considering that, I'm not sure how realistic it is for me to commit to a 3-month-long training plan. I'm positive I could do it if I pushed myself, but the thing is, I don't really want to push myself in this area of my life.

I'm thinking that I will just continue my training aiming for a September half-marathon, see how hard it feels, and decide around the end of July or mid-August whether to participate in the half-marathon or just the 10k event on the same day.

All that being said, I had a very pleasant 30-minute run yesterday, so maybe I really only need to remain consistent, and the rest will take care of itself.

Anyhow, my main goal is still to enjoy running/jogging and keeping up the routine.

cool(-ish) fact about marathon: in every game, if you hold down ctrl+shift while selecting to start a new game, you will access a level select with a message on it. good for checking out multiplayer levels

Last run before Sunday Half Marathon. Humid and hotter this morning but still beat the sun. Heading to the room to pack and pickup my son and his girlfriend at the Ft Lauderdale airport and then driving down to Key West. Happy Friday everyone. 🤜🤛🇺🇸❤️
