i recently graduated from nursing school and this is unfortunately so true :/ i knew ppl who used it (one specific person i don’t believe should be a nurse for various reasons & now works in the ER of a trauma center meaning he’ll care for some of the sickest, most critical patients — which is a little terrifying to me) and in our last semester one of our professors even suggested it. that being said i promise there’s still many good nurses and nursing students who actually worked our way through school and didn’t rely on AI garbage. op’s message still stands tho, take care of urself and ur loved ones <3

i feel like it's absolutely crucial in the social justice world to take "he a little confused but he got the spirit" and similar sentiments/situations as a Win. intent is so much more important than saying it right the first time! if someone is approaching with scuffed language and incorrect terms but they're visibly being as polite as they know how, that person is a friend and should be treated better than what their words might invite in someone else's mouth.
