Luca’s backstory

After three days, Luca won the vote by one.

So, here is Luca Schedar DeKatt’s backstory.

Luca S. DeKatt (All Eyes On Me by or3o)

Luca was Lucy, a female dance prodigy until the age of 9. She works at the local circus with her siblings, while her parents worked as police cops. She was loved and adored by a lot of people.

When growing up, Lucy started to be obsessed with boyish topics, like wearing shorts instead of dresses. When she talked about it with her eldest sister Rara, she suspected that they were trans male, in which a female felt like they were a male. Eventually, the family get onboard with the idea and Lucy decides to be renamed as Luca.

Then, a tragedy struck soon after Luca made his choice. A fire had spread at the circus caused by a wanted arsonist. The siblings were fine, but their parents were soon not.

…The arsonist dragged them down with them with a murder-suicide bomb bang.

After their death, their children, especially Luca, were distraught. As the funeral takes place, Rara made an announcement that she, Luca and the twins would be moving out of Collardale for a while to recover from the loss. As Luca’s flame flickered away, the siblings moved to an apartment in Las Vegas for three years.

During those years, Luca took up drawing and karate classes, where his leg work from his dancing skills made good use. Until the day they returned back home, Luca could not have been more relieved.

The rest is history.

Just realised that 20$ seems like an evolution of Julien's perspective from Graceland Too. At least, to me.

Because in Graceland Too, Julien leaves the house "without an excuse" and then in 20$ proceeds to say: "When you wake up I'll be gone again".

As if this is something she has done several times before. But what's beautiful and moving about all of this is that, in Graceland Too, Julien clearly goes out to be alone (She picks a direction), whereas, in 20$, she's going out to see Phoebe and Lucy (In another life we were arsonists).

She has become the "Rebel without a clue" Phoebe was talking about and to see her best friends.
