Dr odyssey is objectively a bad show like it’s not good. But I can’t stop watching it because I never know what’s going to happen next because the moves it makes are so crazy. What do you mean our only option is to send a pregnant woman in a dingy in shark infested waters with a septic bleeding patient. While one of her possible baby daddies is flirting with a surfing surgeon in a surgery with no power or supples and the other possible bd is going captain we have to melt a hole in the ship’s hull. I fear Ryan Murphy may be one of the only people alive with truly fully original thoughts and he uses it exclusively for evil

this message rules. personally I would argue that ryan murphy has never had an original idea in his life but that his ability to arrange unoriginal ideas in an unexpected order is unmatched. and evil

I definitely struggle with sleepy hygiene, but this is a useful post that I’d thought may help others who also struggle with sleeping. I also think mindfulness, meditations, journaling, sketching would be a good way to wind down or even cuddling a cat to help you fall faster into sleep. We got this!

how to create a good night routine

it's important to take time to maintain yourself and prepare for bed every day. often we get caught up with life events and neglect ourselves in the process. this results in a messy sleep schedule and undue stress. each evening is a chance to work at consistency and self care, and we miss out when we rush our night routines.

planning:

figure out how much time you have, realistically. do you eat dinner with your family at a certain time? do you go to the gym with someone in the evenings? what time do you need to be in bed? ideally you would have at least an hour to wind down for bed.

write out a schedule. make sure you have enough time to prep for your night routine, clean up and do your skincare and hair care routines, prepare for the next day and wind down for bed.

make sure you have everything you need. use product that you already have before buying new stuff, but make sure you have the essentials you need to carry out your routine comfortably.

example schedule:

8.00pm - 8.10pm: get everything together, turn off the big lights, choose music for the evening

8.10pm - 8.40pm: shower, moisturize body

8.40pm - 9.10pm: skincare, hair care

9.10pm - 9.30pm: pack bags for the next day, choose outfit

9.30pm - 10.00pm: read, get into bed

a note on adjusting your schedule:

if your schedule doesn't work well, don't force yourself to fit into it. your schedule should work for you and you should change it whenever necessary to make sure it does. it's important to remember that you are the priority here and this is your time to take care of yourself.

"a month of my hard work.. cultivating, planting you, then spending the next 9 months taking care of you and my wife." he scoffs while the baby eyes his father. "and you look exactly like your mother."

satoru couldnt help but let out a silent sob and squeal, taking every single nerve in his body not to squeeze the baby to death in a hug. he wishes you were awake—so he could jump up and down in pure ecstacy like a 3rd grader. he just loves your baby so much. after, maybe, around 500 years of bearing the same white haired, blue eyed baby combo into the world, someone finally beat the gojo clan genes.

your baby has your hair and eyes. satoru is surprised, offended and in love. yes, he loves that his baby looks like his mama but were you really so greedy to leave nothing for him?

he can only hope that your baby will be as silly, as stupid and as strong as him when they grow older.
