#loss of hope

I'm losing hope but I remember I've been here before. I've been in a place where there was no hope, and I didn't believe I was going to make it. I continued living with no hope but I still did little things, just in case I would make it. I didn't buy anything, ever, saving money just 'in case I manage to run away from abuse'. I didn't collect belongings just in case I was able to move out at one point. I took pictures of the places I liked, just in case I can never come back in there so I would be able to remember what they looked like. I kept all my documents close and in a hidden location just in case I'd be able to grab them when escaping. I had a bag where I could put my stuff just in case I escaped. I didn't believe I would do it, and I didn't think I could make it, but all of the things i did 'just in case', ended up mattering. All of that helped me when I did escape, from a situation that gave me no hope of survival.

I'll continue doing just that. I don't believe I'm going to make it and live the life I want to, but I'll keep doing preparations, just in case. I'm going to keep collecting skills and knowledge that life would require of me, just in case I get there. I'm going to keep planning and learning and making habits that would be useful for my goal, just in case I get there. I'm going to keep trying to ward off depression, just in case it's not going to be the end of me. I'll keep eating and creating things and trying to take care of myself, just in case it ends up not being pointless. Even if I'm doing it without any hope, it's better to do it. I can't know the future and I cannot predict what will matter in the end.

(like the other one) Leo gets mad at his brother because they don't understand why he made that tough but looks easy decision with Krang. So he storms off to Hueso's, and after a quick chat, he leaves, but doesn't return. Big Mama's battle nexus has rapidly decreased in sales, and has got boring and less exciting. So she needs someone perfect and interesting to bring back the attention it once had with Lou Jitsu.
