California has been devastated by wildfires. Climate change is a problem we need to stop, but before we can, we need to help all of those affected. If you could, scroll through and pick a charity to donate to. I’ve only linked monetary donations so anyone can help. If you can’t donate, all I ask is you reblog so others can do the same.

Please help this gain traction so we can support those in need.

AMERICAN RED CROSS: They are helping to provide food, shelter, and medical aid to those affected.

CALIFORNIA FIRE FOUNDATION: They are working with local fire departments to help communities affected by the fire.

GOFUNDME: GoFundMe has created a centralized page to bring you to the pages all the verified people in need of assistance after this event. If you’re looking to spread your money donate HERE to the Wildfire Relief Fund.

DIRECT RELIEF: They are an organization based in California that is currently focused on handing out masks of the correct level to protect from all the smoke.

THE SALVATION ARMY: They are currently working with everyone they can to provide food and shelter to both survivors and firefighters.

PASADENA HUMANE: Pasadena Humane is currently working to help evacuate, temporarily house, and reunite owners with pets.

CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION: They are giving grants to communities affected by wildfires.

BABY2BABY: They are giving supplies to assist families with children that lost their homes.

WORLD CENTRAL KITCHEN: They are providing nourishing meals to people in need.

CORE: They are deploying emergency response teams to areas where the air quality is a major problem.

UNITED WAY OF GREATER LOS ANGELES: They are focusing on long term, and are collecting money to help those of low income who are homeless and/or have lost their livelihood.

BOBBIE: They are donating baby formula to any family with an infant who was affected.

MUSICARES: They are helping any musicians (we hope not the big ones) who may have been affected.

IN DEFENSE OF ANIMALS: They are assisting both wild & domestic animals after the events of the fire.

INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CORPS: They are delivering resources to those affected.

BEST FRIENDS ANIMAL SOCIETY: They are donating pet food and other resources to pantries.

FOUNDATION FOR CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGES: They are donating to community colleges that were affected to help people continue to get their educations, despite the fire.

WESTSIDE FOOD BANK: They are preparing to help donate food to those in need for the long haul, because people’s lives won’t recover overnight.

Anyway, this is a pretty neat shot because I know exactly where this Fatburger restaurant is located, and it's in between none other than my former childhood neighborhood of East Hollywood/Los Feliz, CA. This joint is right off of Vermont and Sunset Blvd, and has been there for fuckin' years, since probably before I was born and shit.
