　How old is the mental age of a newly born demon like the Xellos?

nobody gets wash and lina's roles in the found family dynamic of the reds and blues right. wash isn't their tired dad—that's alpha's role—he's their asshole older brother who is sometimes completely done with their bs but still really really cares about them and wants to make sure they can look out for themselves. lina isn't their estranged cool aunt/mom—that's tex's role—she's their bossy older sister who secretly really loves all of them and finds their bs endearing when they're not driving her nuts and would do anything to protect them.

Steve harrington is fucking good in Chess, he could easily go to Chess Olympics and get in the top 10 best players.

He started playing when he was around 6-7, his nonna teach him with and old and beautiful chess board made of wood, the pieces of chess where shiny and not made with the traditional black and white and materials, no, they where made of a green bright stone that he can’t remember the name, and the other half where bones of animals that where already dead.

Steve was the one who ask to play someday, and nonna excited access to teach him. He was good, a natural you can say, and he enjoyed so much, that every time he was at nonna’s house, they play, not always following the rules, sometime they change them and makes originals, with backstory’s and wars. But nonna dies when he was 12 and he stop playing, even so he remember how to play.

I feel like this is a trap for me so yknow what, I’m gonna give the favourite trait (or the things she likes) of/about EVERYONE in her life 😋

She like that Alfie lets her get away with a lot of things, he’s very lenient with her. While for Marie, she loves that Marie is loving to her. The trait that she likes about Lina is she doesn’t play favourites with her children.

She likes that Sofia would let her sit in her office while she’s working. And she loves it when Darien teaches her new stuff to bake 🫶🏼

i think about this so much in the context of selina reaching all the way down inside her to really rip out her own feelings about her father, about fathers, about how fathers hurt you, about how the very act of one even being a father feels like a violence to her. i think about how she’s killed carmine with her own claws, how she recalls the sight of joseph’s brains splattered across the carpet, how she knows exactly what makes someone want to kill their own father. her eyebrows raise and her head bops but it’s sudden, it’s dangerous, it’s peppered with a madness that speaks behind precisely this thought. their father makes a person want to kill their father. selina doesn’t say. i wish i had gotten the fucking chance the first time.

what would make a person want to kill their own father? selina asks, rebecca asks, daphne asks, all three of those people have differing reasons but the only one that’s true is selina’s (and all three are also only ever true, only ever real) (daphne’s father bellows like a foghorn. rebecca’s father drawls. selina’s father is still looking at her, his eyes dripping down his cheeks in chunks as his face crumples—)(selina’s the only one who has to feel it. she doesn’t know how she would survive if she couldn’t feel it in front of a camera. there’s catharsis in portraying that to millions of others.)

selina loves being seen. it’s such an enormous kind of comfort for her. but only on her terms. and sometimes when everyone else thinks it’s a lie.

I know you shouldn't cry over spilt milk or make a big deal out of small things but... my siblings ate the last two slices of pizza while I was in the shower, and while I DID already have two pieces, I'm like. Genuinely very upset.
