The basegame wedding dress has a pregnancy morph??

#I can never be positive if something in my game is like. a third-party launcher addition #but this is so funny and I had such a strong hunch #because rushing to have your Sim get married before they give birth is such a thing so many players would do!!#and it would be so funny to pay attention to that detail by having the wedding dress show the bump!!!!#all your sim's wedding photos very obviously giving away the reason for the rushed date HAHA #the dress with the pendant at the back that everyone default replaces off (the one with the knife texture) also has a preg morph #which I know because it's the one your Sims get forced into if they attend a wedding #but it's kind of unusual because pregnant Sims don't have the opportunity to change into formal wear?#like pregnant Sims get new undies pyjamas and swimwear in addition to their maternity outfit #and if you direct a pregnant Sim to change into one of them then it changes them into the appropriate maternity fit instead of their usual #but you can't direct them to change into formal and if you use a hacked option like the shop any-wear rack it uses their usual non morph fi #so it has to be something external like a wedding that triggers them to change into formal. and I have no idea why #does this mean there's a BG suit with a preg morph for men??#or did maxis not think that pregnant male Sims would be quite so desperate to get married #anyway I'm probably the last person to know about this LMAO and I'm sure no one cares bc everyone uses wear-anything mods #but I'm a scrub who still prefers to use the default maternity meshes so this is yuge to me #also if you've never seen this dress b4: in the early game all Sims getting married under an arch used to be forced into the same outfits #actually I can't remember if the men got forced into the same suit or if they just used their regular formal #because most BG formal outfits for men were mostly wedding-appropriate #but at any rate. all women wore the same wedding dress. and it was this .... beauty #and I don't remember with which EP it changed but probably pretty early on they just let Sims use their regular formal wear for weddings #so you could pick their wedding dress yourself #but this dress remained hidden by default (I think?) so ironically it meant you COULDN'T use the wedding dress even if you wanted to #also this is completely off topic but you would also go away for your honeymoon #which meant the Sims getting married would literally get driven away in a limousine and stay off-world for a while #it was kind of cute because it really was like they took a vacation from the player too. got up to their own mischief away from your contro #then with bon voyage they introduced ACTUAL vacations and they turned honeymoons into an actual game mechanic #but again these offworld honeymoons are no longer a possibility #kind of like teens 'going out' with permission got replaced by going out on actual outings/dates even though it was a cute event #wow this note section is long and irrelevant. anyway enjoy picking up your wedding dress from a store called 'It's Not Too Late'

(note: original image is from HERE (link) - but I edited it to add a wider variety of options.. also added $3 extra to the total, even though I know that makes it more uneven lol, I thought if you're adding 10 whole extra items, the money to spend should at least be increased slightly, if that makes sense..)

#I would get orange juice. black coffee. AND iced coffee ($3) because I love the variety of having multiple drinks #then sausage and scrambled eggs ($8). Then sauteed mushrooms ($3)....AND... hrm.. then spending the remaining $4 would be hard #I wish I could get waffles (as they are my favorite and are superior in every way compared to pancakes. donuts. etc.) but I'm not willing #to give up the other savory things just to get them. so... then maybe I could get a biscuit or english muffin? and just put jam or #honey butter or something on it so it can be my replacement 'sweet and bready' thing instead of something from the $5 row??#OR I could also just assume that having the orange juice plus iced coffee would provide enough of a 'sweet element' to the meal #(since I largely prefer savory foods. I only like a tiny bit of sweet added for variety) and thus forego any sort of #'bready' thing entirely and just get the bowl of beans/onion/tomato (I'd leave the avocado since I don't like the #texture of them really lol). THEN I'd have $1 left to get the milk or the black tea... increasing my total of random drinks..#which is always the goal of course.. as a chronic ''person who is sipping at 5 different drinks at their desk simultaneously always'' perso #OR... I could just do.. waffle. scrambled eggs. sausage. mushrooms. and black coffee and orange juice.. which is... okay variety #augh... so difficult.. As my Ideal Breakfast is like a buffet type thing or something where you have like 25 different things to choose fro #and can get a little tiny bit of everything. My eating style is very much like.. I'd rather pick at a small amount of a ton of #different things than just have a very large amount of only one or two things. Thats why I LOVE sample platter type stuff.#So it's like... augh... the ideal option would be a tiny portion of EVERYTHING actually lol...#Difficult to choose...#ANYWAY.. Also no idea why I added croissant instead of bagel. I only thought about that afterwards. I do actually like bagels.#I've only ever even had a croissant like 2 times in my entire life. Yet I've had many bagels. For some reason it stuck out in my mind more #when I was considering 'essential breakfast foods' somehow... how could I forget them... bagels my beloved...#Blame it on the hot weather... 'What in the blazes? The sun hath obliterated the concept of bagels from my miind!'#(< meant to be said in a silly overdramatic elderly wizard accent or something)#Also I don't think ''bowl of beans. onion. avocado. and tomatos.'' is necessarily a breakfast classic or something gbhjjh #but I was just trying to think of a versatile vegetable-ish side that could be full of common breakfast additions #so people could do stuff like ''oh I get the toast option and then the bowl of stuff and I put the avocado on the toast'' etc.#Like a mix and match. You could mix ingredients from different parts. You could put scrambled eggs and bacon and onion #on the bread or soemthing. etc. I just feel like something is always missing if a Full Breakfast Spread #doesnt have some sort of onions or beans or mushrooms or asparagus or spinach like... some sort of thing that isn't just eggs and meat and #bread.. you know? lol..#But then again.. I am the Sampling Plate Style Variety Lover and Tiny Portion Of Food Picker so maybe thats just a me thing.

Typing "capsaicin snake effect" into the search bar so i can figure out if yakumo can eat spicy food

#it's telling me that primarily mammals are affected #and the few times they tried it on snakes #it didn't really do much except mess with their processing abilities a bit #so what you're saying is that yakumo will primarily not be affected by spicy food.#but maybe with super spicy things #he might get a lil loopy? a lil nose clogged ? a momentary distraction? but no pain #if yakumo's tears are mala sauce then it only makes sense that he can eat mala amirite #mammals are the ones who suffer huh.........#i am imagining the yokai trio eating some hella spicy food #yakumo is eating unaware of the presence of capsaicin. he's happily describing the textural and flavour profiles of the dish #garu is a lil confused. this food hurts a bit. but it's still tasty so... gotta keep eating.. #i love hack #can really give a destiny ghost vibe if it actually has its own personality but crypto won't give it one #ok art ramble time #i think i change how i do coloring everytime i try to do that #this time instead of using a hard asf brush for the first layer of flat color i use opaque watercolor (from old csp brush set)#and just use that brush for almost anything until the metal part where i start using the blend brushes like before #in hindsight opaque watercolor is kinda good for quick stuff like this #it kinda has its own lowkey texture #i think in terms of my recent art all textures were from blend brushes #that does work. its just if you already have some texture from opaque watercolor maybe it wouldn't look that bland when doing flat colors?#anyway. this turned out well. kinda unexpected tbh #which is good because this is just a quickie and i dont actually wanna do lineart for this #apex legends #apex crypto #my art

every day im reminded that though my parents may have wanted a dog they clearly did not want to take care of a dog

#and i KNEW this which was why i insisted on not getting dogs though they keep trying to gaslight me #into thinking that i agreed on the dogs. i didnt and i wish id railed against it harder #because ill be honest i knew i didnt want to take care of a dog i wasnt in the headspace #but i also knew that if they got the dog that the actual caring duties would be foisted off to me #and the things that They would have to do ie go to the vet nd pay the bills etc theyd complain about and avoid #and thats one thjng. but oh my fucking god. my dad specifically #its like hes trying to get these dogs to die. we have several plants in the backyard #bad for dogs. i point them out. i have pointed them out Several times.#theyre his plants the gardens his thats none of my things. he just goes oh they wont get into them #THEYRE DOGS. but he doesnt want to move his fucking plants #one of the dogs is on medicine but has a habit of not eating his food in the morning #which means if u leave his medicine in hjs bowl the other dog might eat it #one solution is to give him the tablet straight. because hes good about eating it #he doesnt want to because 'thats gross'. Are you five fucking years old #the dog doesnt like the texture of dry food so another solution is to wet it #dad wont do that either because 'hes too spoiled' and 'it takes time' ONE MINUTE?????????#like i have to assume this is some kind of ploy to make me do it instead when i dont wake up that early #because if its not then hes truly just incompetent or doesnt care about the dogs #which brings me back to WHY DID YOU GET THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.#im sick of having to worry about them when he just does shit like this its wasting my time and its wasting money #but ohhhh we dont want to give the dogs away theyre part of the family 🥺#CLEARLY. because apparently u wanted kids but didnt want to take care of them either!!#im pissed off!!! im tired!!!!!!!!#i need to know im not going batshit here for being pissed off!!!!!#the dogs are getting back to back problems and at least some of it would have been mitigated by oh.#i dont know. the bare minimum?????#at least if the plants had been taken care of i wouldnt have to wonder if theyd just gotten into them #or if its an actual problem like a mass or bite. but no now i dont know #and at this rate were going to waste money going to the vet every fucking week

Outer Wilds painting I did a year ago after I finished the game 👍 I just never became satisfied with it to post it. Although I was/am pretty proud of some of the details. It's a really small painting so the majority of this was painted with itty bitty detail brushes. Also it's gouache and a bit of colour pencils, but mostly gouache

Anyways the idea was [We have a little more time together to get a group photo taken ( Esker included, fuck Feldspar tho)
