Reader who normally doesn’t wear makeup (they just don’t like feeling substances on their skin, which is unfortunately most products) but they come across a brand that they can actually tolerate and they take full advantage of it, looking nice in addition to dressing up a little for a casual outing on the Luofu with their beau Dan Heng—
—before dragging him away to a secluded corner for a heavy makeout session with no explanation for it whatsoever, kissing him silly and all over the face before deciding it’s enough and they leave to resume their activities.
And when Dan Heng steps out, he gets funny looks, snickering and winks from random passersby, even a few catcalls. Even one of the Cloud Knights in the area gives him a thumbs-up.
It’s not until he passes by a mirror or a window (something with a reflective surface) that he finally sees all the lipstick marks Reader left all over his face.
It’s fine if you don’t wanna write this, I just felt like sharing this silly idea. I think Dan Heng would have a cute reaction. 🤭

Mine to Claim
Summary: You decide to dress up a bit for a casual outing on the Xianzhou Luofu with Dan Heng, taking full advantage of a new makeup brand you can tolerate. Midway through your date, you drag him into a secluded corner for a spontaneous, passion-filled makeout session, leaving him dazed and covered in lipstick marks. Unbeknownst to him, you also leave a cheeky "MINE" written on his collarbone in lipstick. The aftermath? A flustered Dan Heng getting attention from amused passersby and realizing your handiwork only after catching his reflection.

A/N: 🤭💕🫣I LOVE LIPSTICK KISSES!! (I hate lipstick in general because it's such a weird sensation on me just like how you described it🧍‍♀️)
Tumblr media
The bustling streets of the Xianzhou Luofu were alive with activity, the air rich with the scent of spices and blooming flowers. You adjusted your outfit—a casual but elevated look you'd put together for your rare outing with Dan Heng. Normally, you wouldn’t bother with makeup, but the new brand you’d discovered had been a game-changer. The light, breathable formulas didn’t bother your skin, so you’d gone all out. A subtle shimmer on your eyelids, a touch of blush, and the pièce de résistance—a bold, rich lipstick shade that you’d been dying to try.
Dan Heng, ever reserved, didn’t comment much when you met up with him, but the subtle way his sharp gaze lingered a fraction longer than usual was all the validation you needed. The two of you strolled through the Luofu, sampling street food and admiring the intricate architecture. Despite the casual nature of your outing, Dan Heng looked as composed as ever, his dark attire and serene expression drawing a few admiring glances from passersby.
But you had a plan.
Spotting a secluded corner down an alley, you tugged at his sleeve. “Come with me for a second.”
Dan Heng raised a brow but followed without question. The moment you were out of view, you turned to him with a mischievous grin.
“What’s this about?” he asked, the faintest hint of amusement in his voice.
“Shh,” you said, placing your hands on his shoulders. Without warning, you pulled him down into a searing kiss. His body tensed for a brief moment before he melted into it, his hands finding your waist. You kissed him deeply, letting the world around you fade away.
But you weren’t done. You pressed soft kisses across his cheeks, his jawline, and his nose, leaving a trail of lipstick marks in your wake. Dan Heng, caught off guard by the sudden affection, could only stand there, dazed and bewildered, as you reached into your bag and grabbed your lipstick. Before he could react, you tilted the collar of his shirt slightly and wrote, in bold letters, “MINE” on his collarbone.
“Alright,” you said cheerfully, capping the lipstick and stepping back to admire your handiwork. “Let’s go.”
Dan Heng blinked, his brain still catching up. “…Go? That’s it?”
“That’s it.” You smiled innocently and took his hand, leading him back into the streets.
He followed, bemused but compliant. It wasn’t until he noticed the odd reactions—a Cloud Knight giving him a thumbs-up, a group of merchants chuckling as he passed, and one particularly brazen individual catcalling him—that he began to suspect something was amiss.
Finally, a reflective shop window revealed the truth. His normally pristine face was covered in lipstick marks, each one vivid and impossible to miss. His collarbone, barely visible above his shirt, bore the word “MINE” in bold, unmistakable letters.
Dan Heng froze, his cheeks burning with a rare flush of color. He turned to you, still holding his hand, as you tried and failed to suppress your laughter.
“You…” His voice was calm, but his narrowed eyes betrayed his exasperation.
“You’re welcome,” you teased, leaning up to press a kiss to his cheek—this time leaving no mark.
He sighed, shaking his head, but the ghost of a smile tugged at his lips. “You’re impossible.”
“And you love me for it,” you replied smugly, dragging him forward before he could protest.
As mortifying as the situation was, Dan Heng couldn’t deny the warmth in his chest, even as he resigned himself to being the center of attention for the rest of the day.

Super glad the UT and DR wikis moved off of fandom, that place sucks. Now if only I could edit Papyrus' page. Then it would be perfect (or at least much better). But no, they want people who want to edit the pages to join a discord. Why can't I just email someone with my List of Grievances.
Which include but are not limited to:
Tumblr media
HE IS NOT OBLIVIOUS IN THE NO MERCY ROUTE! HE IS *pulls out megaphone*
THE ONLY CHARACTER WHO POINTS OUT THAT THE HUMAN IS COVERED IN DUST!!!!!
Tumblr media
The wiki page also calls him oblivious an additional two times. What if I bit people. What then. Who could truly stop me.
Tumblr media
Aren't Wikis supposed to like. ATTEMPT. Writing about the subject with a neutral tone? What's this horseshit where the author is OBVIOUSLY implying "You might think he's smart but he likes KID STUFF! THAT MEANS HE'S A FUCKING IDIOT!!!" How about I hunt you for sport. How do you think every adult with toys from their childhood/toys they bought because they WANTED THEM feels reading this sentence that makes an unfounded assertion about this fictional character's intelligence based on something TOTALLY NORMAL.
Tumblr media
*Wikipedia editor voice* [citation needed]
Okay so this is something that actually makes me SUPER angry. IT IS NOT STATED BY ANYONE, ANYWHERE, THAT PAPYRUS IS NOT PAID FOR HIS DUTIES AS A SENTRY. It is only stated that Sans pays all the rent. But what about electricity. Water. Cable. Internet. Food. Puzzle maintenance supplies. PAPYRUS STRAIGHT UP SAYS HE PAYS TAXES (the Snowdin Snowball Tax). As someone who is an Expert at being unemployed (I am disabled) YOU DO NOT PAY TAXES UNLESS YOU HAVE A JOB THAT PAYS YOU.
THIS MEANS HE HAS AN INCOME TAX. WHICH MEANS HE HAS INCOME.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Papyrus is BASICALLY the MAYOR OF SNOWDIN. UNDYNE IS HIS FRIEND!!! She's his boss too, so don't you think she would feel LIKE SHIT IF SHE DIDN'T PAY HIM TO MAINTAIN AND BUILD ALL THOSE PUZZLES? FOR HIS DAILY PATROLS? HIS REPORTS? Politics bear refers to Papyrus talking to Undyne as "politics".
And it all comes back to this ridiculous double standard people have for Sans and Papyrus where they assert Sans' Sentry work is paid (even though Undyne admits he does only just enough to not be fired), but Papyrus' isn't. Sans is a Darkner but Papyrus Isn't. Sans is secretly a Human but Papyrus Isn't. Sans is a Boss Monster (like Asgore and Toriel) but Papyrus Isn't. HELL SOME PEOPLE BELIEVE SANS IS IN THE ROYAL GUARD AND PAPYRUS ISN'T AND THAT'S HOW THEY JUSTIFY THINKING SANS IS PAID AND PAPYRUS IS NOT.
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT.
Anyways this post was incited by me checking the new wiki and seeing that not a single thing that bothered me about Papyrus' page from the old one has been edited. And the last time I checked it was August 30th 2021. Here's the post I made then, with screenshots I took on March 29th 2020. Yeah. The exact same biased writing for over 5 years. Maybe longer. I don't know when they were originally written.

One-Shot: Baking Mishaps
Summary:
Baking with Azriel doesn’t go quite as planned
Word Count: 619
Warnings: None just fluff
The House of Wind was filled with the warm, inviting aroma of baking. It was a rare day off for the Night Court, and Y/N had convinced Azriel to join her in the kitchen for a fun, relaxed afternoon of baking. Despite his stoic exterior, Azriel had a soft spot for spending time with her, even if it meant getting his hands covered in flour.
Y/N laughed as she watched Azriel struggle with the measuring cups. "Az, you’re supposed to level off the flour, not pack it in like it’s a weapon."
Azriel looked up, a rare smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "I’m trying, but this isn’t exactly my area of expertise."
She stepped closer, gently taking the cup from his hands. "Here, let me show you." She demonstrated the proper way to measure flour, her hands brushing against his. "See? Easy peasy."
Azriel’s eyes softened as he watched her, his shadows swirling lazily around them both. "You make it look easy."
Y/N grinned, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "That’s because I’ve had lots of practice. Now, how about you handle the eggs?"
Azriel nodded, taking the eggs and cracking them into the bowl with surprising precision. "At least I can do this part right."
Y/N giggled, nudging him playfully with her elbow. "Look at you, Mr. Perfect."
Azriel chuckled, the sound warm and rare. "Only when it comes to cracking eggs, apparently."
They continued working together, mixing ingredients and sharing laughter. The playful banter and lighthearted teasing created a bubble of happiness around them, a stark contrast to the usual seriousness of their lives.
As they moved on to mixing the batter, Y/N noticed a smudge of flour on Azriel’s cheek. Unable to resist, she reached out and brushed it off with her thumb. "You’ve got a little something right here," she teased.
Azriel’s eyes twinkled with mischief. "Oh really?" He dipped his fingers into the bowl of flour and gently flicked some at her, a playful smirk on his face.
Y/N gasped, feigning shock. "Did you just—"
Before she could finish her sentence, Azriel flicked more flour at her, and she retaliated by grabbing a handful of flour and throwing it at him. Laughter filled the kitchen as they engaged in an impromptu flour fight, both of them covered in white powder within minutes.
"Truce! Truce!" Azriel called out, holding up his hands in surrender, his face covered in flour and his eyes shining with joy.
Y/N giggled, lowering her own flour-filled hands. "Alright, truce. But only because I don’t want to waste any more flour."
Azriel wiped flour from his face, his smile softening as he looked at her. "You know, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you this happy."
Y/N’s heart warmed at his words. "That’s because you bring out the best in me, Az."
He reached out, taking her flour-covered hand in his. "And you do the same for me."
They stood there for a moment, the world outside forgotten as they basked in each other’s presence. Finally, Y/N broke the silence with a laugh. "Come on, we should probably clean up before Rhysand comes in here and sees the mess we made."
Azriel nodded, still holding her hand. "Agreed. But I think we make a pretty good team."
Y/N smiled, her heart full. "The best team."
As they cleaned up the kitchen, their laughter and lighthearted banter continued, filling the House of Wind with a sense of warmth and love. And in that moment, Y/N knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, hand in hand, with love and laughter guiding their way.

Consider, the AE crew playing horror games and it’s poor March’s turn on the controller, but reader serves as her emotional support by being a comedian, kinda like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SErWi_NZ8DI&t=62s
If this link doesn’t work it’s just Markiplier playing Fatal Frame 2 and making funny noises while reading the taboo tome. XD
Press X to Panic
Summary: The Astral Express crew gathers for a cozy horror game night, with March 7th bravely (and nervously) taking her turn at the controller. Thankfully, you’re by her side as her emotional support comedian, lightening the spooky mood with jokes and over-the-top commentary. While March struggles to handle the game’s scares, Caelus brings his Gen Z flair, Dan Heng offers quiet amusement, and the room is filled with laughter, camaraderie, and wholesome chaos.

The lights of the Astral Express flickered dimly as the crew settled in for one of their rare moments of downtime. The usual hum of the train was replaced by laughter and playful banter, the crew gathered in the lounge for a much-anticipated horror game night.
March, with her usual spark of enthusiasm, was eagerly clutching the controller, though her nervousness was apparent. Her eyes darted between the screen and the rest of the crew, trying to psych herself up for what lay ahead.
“Alright, it’s time for me to shine! I’m gonna do this!” she cheered, though her voice wavered.
Caelus, leaning back in his seat with a laid-back expression, raised an eyebrow. “Bet. We’ll see how long you last, though. You’ve got this... if you don’t panic too hard.”
“I’ll be fine!” March said, trying to convince herself, but the controller shook in her hands.
The rest of the crew was gathered around, each of them either anxious or excited to watch March’s impending demise at the hands of the ghostly horrors that awaited her on screen.
You sat beside March, always her emotional support and comedically prepared for the situation at hand. You grinned, already planning to provide her with some comic relief.
“Don’t worry, March, just remember: the scarier the game, the funnier I get,” you quipped, offering a wink.
“You think you’re funny?” Dan Heng, ever the stoic one, asked with a hint of skepticism in his voice, though there was a glimmer of amusement in his eyes.
“Absolutely,” you replied, resting your chin on your hand dramatically, “because nothing says ‘comedic relief’ like absolute panic and awkward breathing. Just wait for it.”
March finally took a deep breath and started the game. The room fell into an expectant silence, the eerie music from the game heightening the tension. The moment a ghostly figure appeared on the screen, March squealed and immediately dropped the controller, her hands flying to her face in a mix of embarrassment and sheer terror.
“I can’t, I can’t do this!” she squealed, looking at you for comfort.
With a theatrical sigh, you turned to her and offered a comforting pat on the back. “Alright, alright, March, no worries. Take a breath. What’s the worst that could happen? It’s not like the ghost is going to come out of the screen and—”
“Boo!, you’re dead!” A ghostly figure jumped on the screen with a dramatic pop-up, causing March to shriek.
“See? Told you it wouldn’t be that bad!” you chimed, even though March’s face was now a few shades paler.
Caelus, reclining lazily in the background, finally broke his silence. “Yo, that ghost is low-key a vibe though. Like, it’s got the drip.” He smirked, clearly teasing. “I mean, the ghost has better fashion sense than me.”
“Caelus, you cannot be serious,” March shot back, though the faintest laugh bubbled up through her fear.
"Bro, I’m dead serious," Caelus responded nonchalantly. "This is giving me major ‘ghost trying to flex on everyone’ vibes."
The energy in the room shifted from nervous to playful, as everyone took their turn to gently poke fun at March’s reactions. You, however, stayed in your prime, leaning into your role as her emotional support—by adding hilarious commentary.
You leaned in closer to the screen as March steeled herself to continue. “Okay, you’ve got this, girl. Let’s face it, you’re gonna be fine. The ghost is literally just here to vibe and chill. Look at him. He’s probably just like, ‘Yo, can I get a selfie with you?’”
Dan Heng gave you a side glance, though his lips twitched in amusement. "You're impossible."
“Impossible? Nah, I’m just the emotional anchor here, bro. We’re gonna make it through this game with no stress,” you retorted dramatically.
March, still shaking, picked up the controller again. She slowly moved her character through the hallway, peering around corners.
“This is so intense,” she muttered, inching forward, every step slower than the last.
Suddenly, the screen flickered. A ghost leaped from the shadows, and March screamed, throwing the controller up into the air.
“March!” you shouted, laughing as the controller flew, “We were literally this close to making it through. But hey, no shame in the game!”
“I’m sorry!” March said between breaths, completely overwhelmed but now laughing at herself. “This is too much for me!”
"Bro, it’s just a ghost, chill,” Caelus chimed in again, rolling his eyes dramatically. "Don’t let it gaslight you like that. Just ignore it and it’ll go away, like a bad tweet."
“You sure?” March asked, eyes wide as she glanced at the others.
“Absolutely,” you said with a grin. “Now, get back in there! Ghosts only get more dramatic if you let them win.”
With a deep sigh, March took a deep breath, her face scrunching in determination. “Okay, okay, here we go.”
The game continued, but now the room was filled with a different kind of energy—one where even Dan Heng cracked a rare smile, March found a small bit of confidence, and Caelus, of all people, offered a small chuckle.
Eventually, the game concluded, and March let out an exaggerated sigh of relief. “I’m never doing that again.”
“Next time it’s my turn, right?” you asked, your voice pure mischief.
March shot you a playful glare. “I swear, if you even look at that controller next time, I’m hiding it.”
The crew laughed, and for a moment, the tension of the horror game faded, replaced by the warmth of friendship and the undeniable joy that came from their shared shenanigans.
It wasn’t just about defeating the game; it was about the bonds they formed, the laughter that broke through the fear, and the understanding that, no matter what happened, they would always be there for each other.
And if that meant being March’s emotional support comedian for the rest of the night? Well, you were more than happy to oblige.

thinking about floyd and riddle spending their first halloween as a couple together... i think floyd absolutely loves how varied and lively all of the different halloween traditions he's learned about since coming to live on land are, and he wants to try out as many of them as he can each year. so when riddle tells him that his mother always made him stay in his room studying on halloween, and that the only halloween activities he's ever done were those that NRC students were required to participate in, floyd decides that the two of them are just going to have to spend the day doing everything they possibly can. riddle tries to say he's far too busy for such things, but floyd will not let it go and honestly riddle is only half-heartedly protesting anyway because he secretly did always dream of doing the things that other kids got to do on halloween, and maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal to take one day off and spend time with his boyfriend.
so, riddle never got to make jack-o-lanterns? floyd decides to "borrow" about half a dozen of the pumpkins jade and azul had bought for mostro lounge and takes them to riddle's dorm room. riddle is terrible at trying to carve them at first and floyd can't help but laugh at him a little, but since he knows it's not riddle's fault he's never gotten to do this before, he says he'll show him how to do it. unfortunately floyd isn't nearly as good as he thinks he is on account of having lived in the ocean for almost his whole life and now riddle gets to laugh right back at him. they probably both get the hang of it right as they're down to their last two pumpkins.
riddle never got to go trick-or-treating with his childhood friends? floyd texts trey and convinces him to get in touch with chenya as well so that they can all go together. when they approach the first house, in the costumes they had prepared for each of their school's halloween events, riddle starts to get nervous and asks if they aren't all a little too old to be doing this. floyd shoves several huge handfuls of candy from that person's bowl into his and riddle's pumpkin-shaped buckets and tells him it's not like there's any rule that says they can't, and besides, riddle is such a cute little goldfish that he practically looks like a kid in his costume anyway! chenya stifles a laugh while trey has to stop riddle from committing murder that night.
riddle's never gone to a haunted house before? floyd and chenya both think it would be hilarious to make him go to one, so they do. riddle absolutely hates it, but it honestly does make him happy to see everyone else enjoying it--even if floyd and chenya both keep trying to egg him and trey on and get them to go down creepy corridors and check around corners by themselves, and even if floyd keeps running off to different parts of the haunted house and then coming back and hugging or even lifting riddle from behind knowing full well that he'll get freaked out by it.
riddle never got to play the apple bobbing game that's traditional in the queendom of roses? turns out there's a place right by the haunted house where they can go to do it! predictably, floyd is great at it while riddle ends up drenched without getting any apples, but just giving it a try is more fun than riddle expected.
riddle's never gotten to make candy apples before? luckily, trey knows an amazing recipe as well as what combinations of toppings work the best, and he's willing to teach them both! riddle gets very confused at imprecise directions such as being told to use "a few" drops of food coloring on the syrup or to drizzle "a little" white chocolate over it, and keeps asking trey exactly how much he should use. floyd thinks this is adorable. he also thinks it's adorable when riddle tries to scold him for ignoring half of trey's directions and just doing whatever he thinks sounds good.
riddle's never done a horror movie marathon before, or even seen any halloween movies in general? floyd insists that they marathon at least 3 movies together. after the experiences he had at the haunted house, riddle doesn't think he'll enjoy horror movies, but he tries to keep his cool throughout the first one anyway... which does not work out, because he really can't handle jumpscares or excessive gore. during the first movie they watch, floyd (who loves slasher films so much that he laughs and cheers every time the monster gets a kill) is happy to let his goldfishie cuddle up to him and grip onto his arm to keep himself from knocking the popcorn bowl onto the floor, but you know that once it's over riddle is getting teased relentlessly about how scared he was. floyd decides to be nice and put on something tamer for their next two movies, and riddle actually ends up really enjoying coraline and especially beetlejuice.
by the end of the night riddle realizes that they've stayed up way too late at night and a small part of him wants to scold floyd for keeping him up so late, insisting on having him do all of these silly activities and eat all of these terribly unhealthy snacks. another part of him wishes he could scold his mother for keeping him from doing any of these things as a kid, with his friends and the other kids in his hometown, the way you're supposed to do it... and another part of him still is just incredibly happy and grateful to floyd for finally giving him the chance.

The brotherly moments are what I’m looking forward to the most for the sequel. I’m hoping we can potentially get a scene that will top the reunion scene. Are there certain kinds of brotherly love moments you’d like to see in the sequel?
Big same. What I'm most looking forward to is all the little subtle shows of affection: headlocks, side hugs, cap tugs, belly pokes, shoulder nudges, jabs, jostles... all the bits of body language that made their relationship feel so close and real in the first movie. And of course, the return of that silly little secret handshake.
Tumblr media
Another thing I want to see is more of Mario's protectiveness. I know some are hoping that he gets a little overprotective after being separated from his bro in the first movie, but if we don't get that I want to at least see Mario's pre-adventure protectiveness.
Tumblr media
Or the kind of protectiveness he exhibited in the Super Mario Adventures comics, where even though he's focused on the fight he always keeps an eye on his brother, and the moment Luigi calls out for help he immediately becomes first priority.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On the flip side, I want to see more of Luigi being the emotional support/voice of reason. He may be a ball of nerves in moments of peril, but he's proven to be very levelheaded overall. Since I picture the arc of the sequel being Mario slowly coming to embrace the role of a true hero– with all the responsibilities that come with it– it'd be nice if he had a low moment of feeling like a failure that Luigi talks him out of.
Tumblr media
Now, if they're going to try and top the reunion scene in the first movie, there is one surefire way to do that: slow down. As good as that hug was, there was so much going on that it was hard to feel the full impact on the first watch. Quiet things down for a moment... pump the breaks... focus in on the facial expressions... let us really feel the hug. Throw in another forehead touch while you're at it.
But you know what I'm really really excited to see? Sword and shield fight dynamic. I desperately want to see them fighting side-by-side without the superstar! Give me Mario spearheading the charge while Luigi watches his blindside! Mario throwing himself mindlessly into a dangerous stunt so long as Luigi is there to catch him, Mario fighting in close combat while Luigi draws the target's attention with long-range attacks, both of them falling into perfect synch when they need to deliver an extra-powerful blow.
I am so aggressively obsessed with the idea of their character traits being fully exhibited and explored through the way they approach a fight, you have no idea.
