This doesn't include an additional word count from a tumblr post I will be reading, which brings the total word count up to 8.9k, also I am still in the set up phase? Kinda sorta. I've stated a few parts of the theory, but the main meat will come up next, and I will reiterate these supporting/related theories.

Hello! Sorry if this has been asked before but what do you think about the theory Papyrus is the Egg man? I think it alongside Knight Papyrus still have lots of strong buildup but I'm interested in whatever you think. Thank you for answering if you do and I'm looking forward to your next Papyrus video.

My personal opinion is that the egg man ties back into a traumatic event from Kris' childhood, specifically I think that they saw a dead body. This is why they cover him with a tree, hence why the egg man is linked with the idea of repressed (forgotten) memories.

Also I'm glad you're looking forward to it, I'm having a fun time writing it, it's helping me think of the story in three dimensions. Just earlier I think I figured out what Toby means by "just one ending" and that is also going in my video. The next video is less "Papyrus and only Papyrus" and more of a mega theory video that goes over several theories (Papyrus Knight, Dess Knight, the Kris-Knight[-Carol?] Conspiracy, the Player Angel Theory, the Skelebros travel from Deltarune to Undertale theory, my theory for how there's "only one ending", and I think there's a few more), and how they all link together, plus the evidence for each.

Currently I feel like I'm going fucking insane because I feel like I can hear specific leitmotifs in Bonetrousle and vice-versa, specifically I feel like I can almost hear Lost Girl in Bonetrousle? And like I can hear Bonetrousle in Black Knife. But I might just be losing my mind because all I've thought about for nearly two months now is Papyrus, Dess, the Knight, Deltarune, and theories. The prognosis is grim. One month to live before Papyrus deltarune-undertale comes for my ass in real life.
