damn it’s crazy liking the dynamic two characters have and then getting into a fandom. Like ok yeah they’re a popular ship/dynamic but everything interesting about them has been stripped away and they’ve been folded into neat little fandom boxes. God forbid they have a quasi-sibling/familial relationship because now the majority of the fandom puts them into the nuclear family concept. #man wont let me be happy.#at least. i think he attributes it to the horrors. yeah im pretty sure#BUT ITS NOT.#genuinely all the wounds i have these days are accidental.#sure. im more prone to wounds but thats just because i have a restless and wreckless soul.#and i am admittedly also. not normal about wounds.#but that is LITERALLY not any different than from before the horrors started. so >:P#sillyposting#anyway *twirls hair* lemme talk about my wound >:3#okay so first one today was while prepping condiments. weve gotta put them in tiny tubs for the guests#and somehow. the pumping hold-onto-thingy. caught the hand-part of the thumb.#which was really annoying bc this was at the START of my shift and bandaids refused to stick (bc high movement)#anyway that one is pretty cool but not. serious.#neither is the next one but =w=b#ANYWAY the next one....#idk i was putting away a glass to be cleaned and. it exploded a little. whoops. no clue how.#but it nagged a part of my finger pretty hard.#so. ofc. blood. whatever. gotta go wash it off!!#i go. wash it off. and then i let the water stream from the same direction i was cut from. and i YELLED.#the water revealed part of the wound that was still concealed from me. namely. the part under the skinflap the glass had created.#so i got direct water into a relatively deep and fresh wound. yayy#we have someone thats in college for like. nursery or summ so she helped me put a bandaid on =w=b how nice.#so!! back to work i go!! absolutely not minding my finger and just going about. but then..... i look down again.#and blood is pearling trough the bandaid. trought the multiple layered bandaid.#back to nurse girl we go. o7#new bandaid and some gauge this time. ok =w=b#anyway yeah not much else but this is pretty awesome rn if i do say so myslef.#i hope it scars but :/ since its in high movement....#idk#=w=b

#thg#the hunger games#and let me be clear: I LOVE HER FOR THAT#suzanne collins is a queen because she's not constantly on twitter#among other reasons#my interpretation is that it's an extension of the capitol's power#katniss only knows about things within d12. she is prohibited from fully seeing them as people.#insert the 'ppl in d1 name their kids such dumb shit' quote#it's a way in which the districts are further alienated from each other#and snow doesn't give a flying fuck about anyone other than himself. except for that brief window he was infatuated with lucy#he had to know 12. he had to see that they existed and to interact with them#he didn't have to for any other district so he didn't see them beyond their industries#and i'm not saying 'their names weren't really their names and the narrators made them up' no i think that's a major stretch#i'm saying that the narrators only being able to associate with (katniss) and choosing to associate with (snow) 12#led them to initially perceive them as their industries#but ofc this continues for snow throughout his life. katniss stops when she goes into the games#(consider names like annie and woof. like yeah 'crest'a like a wave but that's not how she's referred to)#names are important#i think names are a reflection of the narrator's relationship with the other districts at any one point#uhhhhhh yeah :P
