I frickin hate flights that depart after 12pm.... Your entire day just gets killed by Needing To Get To The Airport where you don't want to do anything too big that might compromise your ability to get to the airport but you also have so much goddamn time before you need to get there that it's like. Okay? And what am I supposed to do with 10hrs before my flight when I only need 3hrs of that to get to the airport and go through security?

I REALLY DO UNDERSTAND EVERYONE'S WORRIES ABOUT THIS TBH

after what happened with vice versa i think what we all want the most is for last twilight and jimmysea to be given a chance without the constant comparison with other series or other actors, which is definitely gonna be hard if the show airs at the same time as such a popular one like only friends

the way i see it tho, there really is no perfect time for last twilight to come out. even if it aired when there were no other BLs around, if someone doesn't want to watch it or only wants to criticize it regardless of whether it's actually good or bad, nothing is gonna stop them

i think the best thing we can do is spread as much positivity and excitement as possible, maybe promoting the show in our own small way, and then just hope that the story and jimmysea's talent are gonna be able to pull everyone in and make even the most reticent of people who don't care about them change their mind

I woke up to my alarms around 8 this morning, then procrastinated getting out of bed before I procrastinated taking a shower, so I didn't start making progress on my schoolwork until about 10:30. I made some decent progress but the database I need to pull student demographic data from decided it was going to be offline today, so I couldn't finish before Paige and I went to work's trunk or treat

we had a really good time at the trunk or treat, we honestly got an easy job of setting up the drinks (lemonade and tropical punch) and keeping them stocked up for the whole event, so that was the easiest $150 we've ever made. I got to count the votes for the best trunk, plus I got to see some of the kids from the daycare, and Paige got to see some of her old client kids, which was great. they asked about the house as I knew they would, so I had to tell them that we put an offer in on it and I may be having to leave earlier than we were planning. it genuinely makes me upset, I love that job so much, I really don't want to leave my kids, especially in the middle of the year, but I guess my own life has to come first sometimes. work knows that too, even though they want to keep me as long as they possibly can

Paige and I went to Sam's and then Aldi to get groceries and things for dinner - we brought home 6 hot dogs from the event and I made myself a massive Caesar salad from a Sam's kit and rotisserie chicken. I tried to finish up my schoolwork project after we got home but the database was still having issues, and apparently some of my classmates let the prof know bc he extended the deadline to Wednesday

the three of us did the self care that Peyton wanted by putting on face masks - the whole idea got vastly trimmed down, originally it was going to be a comfort movie and total spa evening, but we ended up just finishing up the season of Bob's Burgers that we were on while the face masks did their thing. Peyton read a couple more chapters of Royal Ranger to us while I worked on another paper sudoku, and he just headed off to bed. I'm about to join him as soon as my stomach stops gurgling, maybe my massive salad was a little bit too much
